I don't know how to convey just how horrible this store is. Undercover Boss should do a reality show here. I made a terrible mistake by switching carriers to this carnival freak show and its costing me dearly. The five times I have tried to go and ask someone with any useful knowledge about my bill (was $100 a month now over $250!) I walked through the door and was instantly approached by an "employee" holding a tablet wanting to know my reason for visiting the store. Before I could finish explaining my reason (obviously not a commission customer) I was told to wait. My recent visit was the worst due to the couldn't care less attitude by the employee helping me. She was not helpful and rude. In the end she never answered my questions and when I asked what it would cost me to just get out of my contract she said I didn't have a contract but I would have to pay for my phone. MY PHONE WAS ALREADY PAID FOR TWO YEARS AGO. Apparently she didn't understand what I was saying and it only went downhill from there. Verizon is negligent by not properly training their employees. There is no excuse for rude employees. If you are thinking of switching carriers DON'T and if you are stuck like me for two more horrible years I am truly sorry. read more

I was a customer of this store for over ten years. The service has never been great, but, but it was pretty consistent and reliable. My last visit was this past Sunday. My ip6 has been getting progressively worse over the past month and I had a moment to attempt some resolve so I went in around 415. I was immediately greeted by a young lady who initially seemed eager to please. After explaining my issues the tone of the conversation changed. The young lady became very arrogantly confident in the assumption that I was the problem, not the phone. The following four or five minutes involved a lot of teeth sucking and a great effort to prove the initial assumption, all the while experiencing the same glitching and seizing I was there for. After a solution was unable to be found I was instructed to go to a Apple Store. "Well thats 40 minutes away and I bought my phone here" was my response. I was informed that the problem "was apples, not ours". The wait at Apple for a walk in was 5.5 hours today. I drove the hour plus round trip to find that out. I arrived at 11:15 and went back to my shop after checking in. At 538 I received a text that they were ready to see me. I will be contacting verizon customer service to see if they are interested in helping. read more

Called Verizon Wireless Customer Service and it turns out this isn't even a corporate store but a third party store, not that they tell you this straight up at the store. So if you run into problems, the actual verizon wireless has no control over this store and can do nothing about it. RUN and RUN AWAY FAST. They overcharged us, and we did not know this because we thought this was an actual store, and Verizon Wireless does not have the authority to do anything about this. read more

I have been a customer of Verizon Wireless for over 10 years and since I had been paying for Unlimited Data plans for 4 of my 5 phones, Verizon Wireless grandfathered them in for me so that I could keep them. Recently, when I temporarily changed my phone to a basic model, I changed my mind and told Verizon Wireless that I wanted my old plan restored on my old phone. The store said they would. The next month I looked at my bill and it said 2Gb allowed for data. Multiple calls and visits over many months to the store and Customer Support, got me nowhere as they pointed fingers back and forth. Recently, they even said that they couldn't restore it because they didn't offer it anymore (Unlimited data plan). This has become quite ridiculous, so my next step was to contact the President of the West Area for Verizon Wireless. A few days later, I received a call from an employee in Executive Relations for the West region saying that she had opened a case for me, but that she couldn't promise anything. She also attempted to give me other options that Verizon Wireless offers, attempting to dissuade me from pursuing this and attempting to prepare me for an answer that I wouldn't like. She said that I should have a response by April 16th. It is now April 21st and no response. I will continue to pursue this as it is in Verizon's own rules that if a customer returns a phone within the allotted timeframe for any reason, they will be reinstated on the previous plan. I even asked the store to reinstate me and they said they would. Right now, I would not recommend Verizon Wireless for anything, as they have played around with my issue for many months now, and have not wanted to resolve the issue. This is not how you treat long term customers. And if it continues, I will take my business elsewhere, consider legal avenues, and tell everyone I know to switch their plans to another carrier or not to look at Verizon Wireless at all. read more

I've been a Verizon wireless customer for over fifteen years with five phones. I'm done with Verizon. They said when my iPhone was stolen I could put my phone back to the 9.99 cent phone that I had instead of canceling the phone and they would remove the online package. Now today im still on a call with them it's been 72 minutes and I'm still waiting for a supervisor. Because now this lady says they can't take off the 30.00 online package. read more

I went to this store had the worse experience with DAWN it was 5 minute to closing. When me & my husband were @ the door & DAWN approached the door & locked the door & mind u it was 5 minutes to closing! (Talk about not happy with their job) So rude! That shows u that she could careless of customer service & our money... Verizon needs to make changes @ this store and let them know closing is @ 9 not anytime before 9pm. Then I call her to the door just to let her know it wasn't 9 pm. And she tells me that it was 9pm. On her phone & I told her I own a Verizon phone as well so ure telling me that the time on my Verizon phone is wrong! she is so full of herself and not worried about customers nor her job obviously.... A Impossible store, I went there to activate my company phone since old phone blacked out. They refused to help me even my name and phone number on the order paper. I even show my driver's license which matched my name on phone order. They want to call account holder which is the president of company. Either people r incompetent or system incompetent. read more

I just bought a new Samsung Note 3 at the Glendora location yesterday and just wanted to report the great service I received from Candice. I had a particularly sticky situation and she went above and beyond with her service to make sure that my needs were met. Changing phones can be traumatic, but Candice did a great job of smoothing the transition. I would definitely seek her assistance again. read more

Okay People, WATCH YOUR BACK! This store and its employees (Including the managers) tack on additional charges to your bill, like insurance and other additional charges that you did not request. Then to add insult to injury they don't want to give you any credit back for their mistakes. They make it perfectly clear that your business is unimportant. If that is not back enough I returned a phone within the allowed 14 day period. They tried to tell me that I could not return it. When I called customer service and reported them they finally took the phone back that was defective from the beginning. Even after they gave me a receipt they did not issue the credit, I had to call in to customers service again to have the charges removed from my bill. After talking with other customers that are my friends I learned that they to have had items that are not requested added to their bills, along with having paperless bills attached to their account without permission. If you have to use Verizon, its best to visit another store with a better reputations. :((((((( read more

This place is a complete joke. Every time I've ever had to go here, the wait was SOOOOOO long and most of the time, the people weren't nice or helpful and every person would give you a different story. When they tried to charge me $5 to print me out a copy of MY bill that I could not access on their website, I about lost it. They would only give me the total which is complete crap since Verizon made it quite the habit to overcharge me constantly. I told them I was not going to pay a bill off of just a total they gave me, I wanted to see the breakdown of the charges, and it was not my fault that their website would not allow me access to my bill. Finally after a lot of back and forth and them telling me they could only mail it to me and would waive the $5 fee...my bill came in the mail WEEKS later...and of course in typical Verizon fashion it had the $5 bill charge on it...actually 3 of them lol. I very quickly switched all 4 phones to T-Mobile and have not looked back. I had a long and extremely painful history with Verizon and greatly appreciate my new life not getting sticker shock on a monthly basis anymore when I get my cell phone bill and not having to deal with the employees of Verizon any longer :) read more

First of all I'd like to point out there that I love Verizon and always have and I have never had an experience like this one. I just left the Glendora store very unhappy. I went in to activate my new iPhone xs because it wasn't working at home so I thought verizon would be able to fix it. That was very untrue. The women helping me could not figure out what was wrong with my phone and kept saying she's never seen that before instead of calling another sales rep for help cuz she obviously didn't know what she was doing . So after 30 min for standing there hearing her say "I've never seen this before " over and over and her just scrolling through my settings making look like she doing something I said just give me my old phone and I'll take the new one some where else. So she gives me back my old phone but it's deactivated. So my new phone is not activated and my old phone is deactivated so now I have NO PHONE ! I can't make calls or text unless I have wifi and it goes through my email. So thank you glendora for changing my mind about Verizon. This place is trash take your phone some where else. I got a new phone and in 4 months had to get two replacements. I went in this store to see if I could pick a different phone, even something cheaper, I didn't care as long as it worked. I was told by Masis the manager on duty, that my only option was a refurbished phone (the two that broke were NEW, so I didn't want a refurbished one), or I could buy any phone I wanted at FULL RETAIL price. He said me and 93 million other customers have to live with the refurbished warranty policy. Does this idiot realize that me and the other 93 million other customers are keeping him employed? I called customer service and they helped me get a different phone AND shortened the length of my contract by 12 months. Now why couldn't he have done that in the store instead of treating me so rudely. I almost paid to get out of my contracts with Verizon because of this jerk. read more

Granted, Verizon is a corporation. So , really they all look out for the company. Not for you. If you buy, they will treat you as wonderful and as friendly as ever. If you go to complain about a problem or ask for a replacement you are persona non grata right off the bat. You can hear the sigh from the salesperson as soon as you tell them why you are there. Their Edge program sells you a brand new phone, in my case a new iphone 5S, and you make payments along with your service costs until the phone is paid. Then you own the phone. A couple months after i started the program my phone went into an unending search mode. I could look things up but could not make or recieve calls. i took the phone and they replaced the sim card. still nothing. finally they said it was the phone. I asked for a new phone and they immediately look at each other. They said they would have to ship me another phone in a couple of days, even though they have an inventory of new iphone 5s in stock. Then the salesperson told me another option was to go to the apple store and they would give me a new phone, since it is there product and this was a warranty issue. Great, i needed a phone asap. I went to the Pasadena Apple store and asked if they had the iphone 5s in stock. "YES" But when i told them i needed a replacement they said they can't do that. But they threw Verizon under the bus and said the reason they won't give you a new phone is because they dont want to have to re register another new phone from their precious inventory. The phone problem is theirs, not mine. anyway, I go back to verizon where they said again , apple should give you a new phone. Its all a game. Stay away from the Edge program and Verizon altogether. read more

Save yourself the headache,money and time by not going to the store. My husband and I visited the store couple of days ago to switch service from sprint to Verizon. The representative that day told us that if we bought two cases and screen protectors for the two phones we just bought then he would waive the activation fee. So we bought the accessories but were charge the fees anyway. A couple of days later we told the store manager and he said "I will talk to the representative but there is nothing that I can do about the fee." The day we bought the phones we're also told that we can exchange them within 14 days if we wanted to. Which we did because the 5s was coming out in a week. On the day that the new phones came out we waited in line for two hours, then dealt with a rude customer service representative inside Who in the end didn't even activate our phones. We had to call customer service to do that. We were also charged a restocking fee. So now we are out $140. Also don't fall for their promotion of $200 off an iPad mini. It retails for $365, if you buy a new iPhone then you get $100 off plus another $100 off if you trade-in and old iPhone. Ideally we would pay $165 plus tax. We bought two new iPhones and traded in 2 old iPhones, but tell me how our total came out to $650. Do the math and tell me if they are not ripping people off. read more

Zero stars for this store due to their horrible customer service! Went in to upgrade my phone and the associate says "don't worry I will hook you up." When in reality he screwed us over! Don't really remember asking to keep our unlimited data because they were getting rid of that option once you upgrade your phone (even though we have been a customer since 2000). He said there was a way around the system and then when I check my bill the next month I am getting charged for another phone and line I never signed up for? An extra $200 for a droid? And $80 a month? When I called they said they would take of it but that was another lie. When I went in they said they would take care of it AFTER I paid my bill and I would just get a credit. The next month comes along and they said "No, you signed up for this third line."So I signed up for another phone but yet they never gave it to me? Makes no sense. They are shady and I am definitely canceling all my lines! Might as well...because they will keep charging me for a phone I do not have in my possession! I think I'm considered a somewhat new cell phone owner. I'm not the savvyest when it comes to technology and to date I have only owned 2 cell phones. In the last 24hrs. my phone and my sons phone had issues that needed to be dealt with. We had gone to another location, I didn't like nor felt like I had choices or options that I wanted. So back to the Lone Hill location I started out at 5 yrs. ago. Now I know why I keep going back to this location. Today my "Solution Specialist" was KYLE WARMBOE. Anyone going to this location I suggest you ask for this gentleman (he has a wild hairdo to). He definitely earns the "Solution Specialist" title because that's what he does, helps the customer solve there solutions. He was friendly and informative. Both my son and I were able to get in and out quick. He made suggestions that fit our needs and most important to me HE DID NOT TRY TO SUCKER SELL ME! When people give good service to customers I believe they should get a good shout out! My son loves his new phone and you helped me out a lot. THANK YOU AGAIN KYLE WARMBOE you da man! I will always be going back to this location. I hope you will still be there when I return! read more
