Monica efficiently dispatched my file migration project, expertly multi-tasking while occasionally peering over to confirm my files were still transmitting. In the past 21 years of using smart phones, I've dealt with T Mobile stores in Chino Hills and Diamond Bar. With the latter location now shuttered, San Dimas emerged as my new go-to location.

I wasn't asking for anyone to drop wha they were doing and come help us. The reason we went in is because we were having trouble with their customer service. They told us we needed to go back to the store where we purchased the phone to solve the issue. It was just frustrating because we were getting the run around from everyone. Thankfully we were able to finally handle it online after several tries. I can see why their rating is so low. This is the closest Verizon store to me, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on. The women working (I think her name was Darling or something like that) was incredibly dismissive and rude. Rather than helping or explaining anything to me she simply gave me the phone number to costumer service. Keep in mind I had already called customer service the day before and they weren't able to help me. If I wanted to talk to costumer service on the phone I wouldn't have gone out of my way to go to the store in person. At certain points she was straight up ignoring me and had an AirPod in while talking to me. Instead of trying to help me she said I should go to another store. I've worked in customer service for many years, and I've honestly never seen someone who seemed less equipped to work with people. I understand everyone has difficult days, but part of working in customer service is treating people with basic courtesy and making an effort to help even if you can't solve the problem yourself. At no point did I feel like she cared or even wanted to try. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope this location takes customer service more seriously because no one should be treated this way when they're simply asking for help.
