I called to inquire about their standard diagnostic fee so I could bring in my Brother ink printer. They proceeded to provide me the fee but suggested that I first call Brother's customer line which would be free of charge to me to see if they could fix it and if not at least give me an idea on what was wrong so I would be better equipped when I did have to bring it in. They even gave me the number themselves! No other service center had suggested that and SafetyNett was the 4th I'd call that day. Brothers customer line was able to fix the problem for free! Recently I told the owner Murtaza that my Samsung Laser printer that I have at my home office is a dinosaur. He interviewed me on the way we use our printer. I explained to him that we print contracts all day long so we need a heavy duty office printer without the office price tag that comes with it.
