What a wonderful local business. We are a small business and our printer went down during our busiest season. We couldn't secure a new printer in the timeframe we needed. SafetyNett jumped in and said they had one I could use for a few days. It's rare to find this type of service and willingness to accommodate a consumer. Well done SafetyNett. Can't wait to send all my referrals to you! read more

Wow. I totally didn't expect that. It is so refreshing to find a business that is not always trying to upsell you or rip you off. I emailed Murtaza about my two printers that had problems with streaks and poor print qualities. He and his team took the time to diagnose them and told me how to fix them on my own instead of bringing them in. His fixes worked 100% and I didn't have to pay anything. If and when my printer breaks, he definitely has earned my business. I highly recommend SafeftNett. read more

He was very helpful and kept me informed about the details of the repair the entire time. Thanks Again Mark! read more

I called to inquire about their standard diagnostic fee so I could bring in my Brother ink printer. They proceeded to provide me the fee but suggested that I first call Brother's customer line which would be free of charge to me to see if they could fix it and if not at least give me an idea on what was wrong so I would be better equipped when I did have to bring it in. They even gave me the number themselves! No other service center had suggested that and SafetyNett was the 4th I'd call that day. Brothers customer line was able to fix the problem for free! So I'd recommend this shop to anyone based on their customer service and ethical services any day! read more

This time, because of Covid, we wanted to see if we could resolve the issue by changing the parts ourselves so we don't need to have a tech come out to our office. Murt was kind enough to send me the parts I needed as well as instructions on how to do it ourselves. Voila! Now our printer's working back to normal and no more issues! We bought our copier from Murtaza, and thus far I am very happy we chose SafetyNett. We got quotes from 3 or 4 different companies and Murtaza stuck out because he was very interested in giving me multiple options on how he might be able to do something differently to get us what we needed at the best price. He listened to what I had to say, and figured out the best way to get it done at the lowest cost. read more

Murtaza and his company are great. We have been buying my toner from SafetyNett for years and we are extremely satisfied with their quality and service. Recently I told the owner Murtaza that my Samsung Laser printer that I have at my home office is a dinosaur. He interviewed me on the way we use our printer. I explained to him that we print contracts all day long so we need a heavy duty office printer without the office price tag that comes with it. He could have sold us the biggest and the most expensive unit he sells but instead he set us up with an HP laser printer that is faster than the one in my office and it has built in wireless so everyone at home can use it without plugging and unplugging a data cable. Murtaza set it up so all I had to do was plug it in and the laptops did the rest. Great service and a great team that listens to our needs. We tried to purchase a printer at one of the big box stores and none of the sales clerks offered any service remotely close to what you will get at SafetyNett. We highly recommend them for all your printers and toner needs. read more

Just had my printer repaired by Rennan. Without knowing what all might be wrong with my printer, he showed up with all the tools/test equipment he might need just in case. I handed him a list, 10 items long and he made sure to address each and every one before leaving. From my first call for service (Emma in the office was amazing too!) everyone I've dealt with has been polite, professional and efficient. I even got a follow up email from Emma within an hour of the conclusion of the service call. Highly recommended! Thank you SafetyNett! read more
