His price beats everyone in the area. It literally took him 10 minutes to replace the screen. He gave a free screen protector and offered a free case. You can't beat this type of service. Ari responded right away and worked around my schedule to get me right in. He gave options and replaced the screen and put a free screen protector on. I was out the door in 15 minutes. His price, very fair. For comparison, the last time I had the screen repaired through AT&T insurance, I had to book days in advance and it was a 3 hour repair. When the screen started behaving in strange ways, he had me come back in, again, working around my commitments. He installed a new screen "under warranty" and said he would not put on a screen protector this time explaining that sometimes the screen protector installation itself tweaks the screen on an iPhone 15. Quick Fix & Fair Price for My MacBook…read more So I needed my MacBook screen replaced (and wow, I didn't realize how expensive Mac screens are ). I brought it here, and they were able to fix it for me at a reasonable price. The only thing was they didn't have the exact matching case color in stock my laptop is the darker gray, and they only had the lighter gray frame but they gave me a discount for that. Plus, they told me that once the darker gray came in, they'd swap it out for free. When I picked up my MacBook, I noticed I couldn't copy/paste anymore. Turned out it wasn't the repair itself, but some update my computer needed. I brought it back, and they reset everything properly so it worked again. Luckily, my computer was new so I didn't lose anything major, and they made sure it was running smoothly before I left. At the end of the day, I decided not to go back for the darker gray frame honestly, it didn't matter to me anymore. I just grabbed a sleeve, and it looks fine. Overall, the price was fair, the service was helpful, and they took care of the problem. If you're in a bind and need your Mac fixed without Apple-store-level pricing, this is a solid option.

I have been loyal to T-Mobile since 2012, but this experience has completely changed how I view the company. Very disappointing and not what I expected from a company that promotes itself as customer-friendly. One star.
