The store wasn't busy when I was inside. I was able to go to the Samsung phones area and look at their phones. I like how the Galaxy S24 look and also how light it is. I was also able to check out the Samsung Galaxy watches and tablet too. They scammed me out of $500 on their "on us phone deal." We went to this store and wanted to open a account and a line and they said if we get the premium line or whatever it's called they'll give us a phone on them (the phone we wanted was the android flip phone) then they told us our payment per month and what we have to pay upfront which is just taxes and activation. That total would've been $130 (both the managers confirmed it would've this price) which I was fine with paying then after when I checked my account they took $475 out of it and when I asked them they said there's nothing they can do. All these reps will lie to you to get their commissions. I got their in-home internet but canceled the same day because it doesnt work in my home. But they will tell you, "Take it home and just try it free for 15 days. If it doesnt work for you, come back and return it no charge." Went home, tried to connect it and it says it wont work for my area. My boyfriend and I went to get our phone upgrades like right before closing and he not only went through every promotion for my phone upgrade, he went over EVERY possible combination to get us the best deal to save us money for the upgrades and plans! This promised the rates advertised (2 lines @ $50 each no other fees) but added us to a T-Mobile business plan which was $130 plus a $10 "high speed boost" to a line that wasn't setup correctly yet and $13 phone insurance plan that neither was mentioned about or agreed upon. We were helped by Jocelyn (was sweet and nice), was getting "coached" by another girl on how to enter/create the acct. BE CAREFUL and PAY ATTENTION to the interactions between employees. Make sure to look at everything before you sign. People got to make money but shady business is not right. I'm only giving 1 star because I actually like T-Mobile as a phone service provider but would give the store 0 stars . ***BEWARE SALESMAN WILL ADD ADDITIONAL SERVICE WITH OUT CONSENT*** I have been a T-Mobile customer since I was a teenager. Was able to get the new GO5G plan... I only was getting the plan itself which is supposed to be 150$ a month for 3 lines including a new iPhone 14, then I got curious and asked about an Apple Watch. The salesman then told me because I had gotten an iPhone 14 I could get a free Apple Watch and only pay taxes that was it no additional information, essentially he didn't tell me the catch. I got the Apple Watch again only assuming I just had to pay taxes, after activating all 3 lines and everything was basically finalized which I did not get any paperwork or set up my T-Mobile account (apparently is a must to do in store) I asked the salesman how much my bill was going to be, he confirmed it was 150$ monthly but did not show me this on paper or screen it was all just off the top of his head, I felt great happy with everything UNTIL I SAW MY BILL again I did not have access to my online portal or even over the phone because my pin had not been set up in store, once that was situated, I was then told over the phone that my monthly bill was $200. Apparently not only were there extended warranties on the iPhone 14 and a Apple Watch, but there was two additional service lines added to the bill. Apparently the catch on getting a free Apple Watch is to get a service line on it. I WAS NOT TOLD NOR AGREED TO ANY ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS AND WAS SOMEHOW PAYING MORE FOR SERVICES I WASNT AWARE OF. Very shady and was trying to give the salesman the benefit of doubt but customers service made it clear that there was no mistakes and these were add-ons that has to be manual entered/agreed to be apart of the bill. I wish I got my salesman name to report because that was so unfair and really ruined my confidence with T-Mobile themselves, I'm really not one to speak up for myself but this was straight ILLEGAL PRACTICE to add and not tell customers of add-ons in order to get more commission. After going back, returning the Apple Watch canceling all the added services plus paying a restocking fee and getting my bill back to 150$ a month, I talked to the manager to let him know what had happened and he had accused me of not paying attention and agreeing to those add ons and saying he doesn't feel his salesman did anything wrong. I'm a car saleswoman I know about reading between the lines, paying for what you get and how dirty sale tactics work but this was beyond just "misinformation" this was a malicious intent to get more commission point blank. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! I'm 60 years old, a retired Major from the U.S. Army and have been all around the world and under very adverse conditions and I've never been treated this poorly by a business before, this store lied to me by selling me an Apple Watch SE and telling me that it was an Apple Watch 10, which is what I was trading in my Apple Watch 7 for, flat out lied to me. I discovered the fraud two months later because I was traveling and began experiencing heart pain which necessitated use of the ECG function, which isn't included on the SE version of the watch. Fortunately, the health issue resolved itself but [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was upset that I had been lied to after specifically asking the young salesman if the new watch had all the features and being told yes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In fact, I traded in my 7 for a lesser product that didn't have the features I wanted and also took on a contract after clearly expressing my desire to pay for the device up front. The salesman told me the device was free and that I was paying for the line activation, which was dormant based on my son having broken his watch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After having AppleCare identify the problem I contacted T-mobile, who 3-wayed me in with the store who promised me a call from the manager the following day. It never came.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I called the store myself and spoke to Jay, at least that's what he said his name was, but I doubt it. Jay essentially told me there was not he could do because the two week warranty period had lapsed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I laid it out plainly for him so he could see the fraud that his employee perpetrated but he could clearly care less.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I called back to t-mobile, then back to the store for a higher level manager, to no avail, then finally back to t-Mobile to switch over to Verizon. The store and all but the final lady at T-mobile simply told me to suck it up and an upgrade would cost me more 100's of dollars. At this point I was done, I've moved on to Verizon who were professional and offered me a better deal for less money. I was Nextel, Sprint and T-mobile customer since 1999, and even sold my unit of the company many years ago which resulted in a 50 phone contract, not to mention the countless people I've persuaded to change to these companies over the years. I was the fool and Jay made that very clear by his words and actions. 2 Employees convinced me to try the home internet service by telling me I had 14 days to try the service and could return it if I wasn't satisfied. Unfortunately the service didn't work for me so I returned to the store to return it (that's where I got it!!) I was told (by the same employee who sold it to me) that he couldn't not help me and got sent home with a phone number to call and NO ONE has been able to help me cancel and return the router! The store will NOT take responsibility for helping me get this returned!! I've spent HOURS calling every number I can find and still can't get it resolved! DON'T "try" the "hassle free" internet! SALESMAN ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS AT THIS LOCATION - Avoid this location in the Glendale Galleria Mall. I went in for Black Friday to purchase 2 new phones. The sales person said, "We have a gift for you, it's our Holiday Bundle." She said we would get a free case and screen protector with each new phone. I chose the "gift" accessories and then went over the monthly charges with the sales person. She wrote down the monthly charges, 180$/monthly with auto pay. I said great and paid the balance due for the new phones and went home. Then my bill comes and what do I see? The "free holiday bundle" is actually a monthly charge (accessories cost $180.00). I called manager, Christopher, and he proceeded to tell me his associates would never say it was free and that it was my fault for not paying attention. I don't know Christopher, when someone says something is a gift and you ask them, "are these free?" and they say "yes, they are free" that usually indicates you won't be charged. After I continued to complain, Christopher said he would check with his district manager to see if they could take the charges off. He promised he would call me back. Of course, he didn't. Thankfully, TMobil's customer service was very helpful and they ended up taking the charges off my bill, after I explained the situation. I actually like TMobil, but this Glendale location is full of a bunch of liars. The manager's behavior is truly disgusting. Avoid this store. read more

Had 8 calls in to customer service, 3 visits to our main store at San Fernando & fletcher in the preceding few weeks. After jumping through a million hoops (sim swap/reset, software & os wipe/uninstall/install) the previous 21 days to try to get one of our phones working properly, I was at the end of my rope. At this location, the tech/service ladies verified all our info & set us up on the right track w a warranty exchange. my husband and I got new phones and an iPad! We are over 60 and wanted a plan that was affordable we originally were part of Sprint! The sales man said that our bill with all the phones and the pad would only be under $120! When we finally got our bill, it was $175! We called the sales person up and he told us no worries it's because you were part of sprint. Your plan will change next month and you'll pay the lower amount. next month came and went and we still paid $175! my husband called the sales man again, and he said he take care of it within two weeks! A month later, it was still 175+ we saw two lines that were not ours and a protection plan that we didn't want to begin With! The sales person promised us a credit which we never got! we did called customer service T-Mobile and they changed our bill but said we'd have to go into the store if we needed a credit for the two months we over paid! The manager kept insisting that original bill with Sprint was 175 (which I know for a fact it was not!)! he also said they'll be no credit issued, although we tried to explain that the salesman said we would get a credit! Switched over to T-Mobile this past Saturday and was helped by a girl name Stephanie. She was super helpful and patient as she talked to my boyfriend and I in the store as well as making sure we had the right information to relay to my mom, brother, and his girlfriend. She assisted us in making sure our information transferred over properly and waited as I got exact information about the phone lines and account situation from my mom. She took the time to make sure I that everything I needed for my new phone. And was willing to talk to my brother and his girlfriend over the phone to make sure the transition for him was smooth since he was I. Sacramento still. The process took a long while since we had to pause in between the process to talk with my family members and to finally get everything finalized with all the back and forth going on. And she stuck with us till near the end where we signed the forms and had my information on my phone transferred to the new one.
