I paid & started the tech services to only be laughed at, denied service for my equipment & reimbursed 10 minutes later before even viewing it. The tech lady didn't know my model & laughs with the cashier in the back room assuming they are correct. Another customer heard this & was just as disappointed. Apple Support referred me here & they don't work on Apple? ...and I almost signed a repair waiver? SCAM ALERT! Unfortunate experience & lost trust. Train your employees properly, you'd make more money.

The man at the door asked how he could help. Then he directed me to the appropriate section. He said he would call someone over to help me. I waited at least 15 minutes with the blue shirt boys literally avoiding me. I guess a 55 year old woman isn't worth a conversation. So I started asking GROK to help me select what I needed. Once I guesstimated the appropriate computer I had to chase down a blue shirt to go get it. When trying to confirm that I was selecting the correct computer, the kid kept looking for an escape instead of making eye contact with me. I walked out without the camera stuff because I couldn't stand another minute with the young man who was totally put out helping me. If you are looking for knowledgeable customer service, you should shop somewhere else.

I was looking into ATT U-Verse service online and wanted to see if the store had any additional…read moreincentives they could offer that may differ from the web. When I initially called I got Nick on the phone, he told me that they do offer U-Verse in the store and that they could match or beat anything that was available online. I went into the store later that afternoon with my two boys and Nick was there to help me out. I told him what I was looking to get, and he suggested different options to ensure I would be getting exactly what I wanted. Everything we saw online, he matched without a problem. Nick was very patient with me as I was letting my other little boy (1) stretch his legs and explore around a little and I had to excuse myself to loop him back around to keep close by, he even told me that my other kiddo could play the games on their display iPad's. Ultimately we got everything signed up, but the next available install wasn't for another two weeks. The kiddo's were ready to go and there as nothing else we could do at that time regarding the late install date, yet Nick told me that he will make a call to see if they can expedite it at all. Nick told got in touch with me a short time after i left and told me that changes couldn't be made within 24 hours of set up, and that he will try again the next day, and asked what time of day I would prefer. The customer service we received today was something that you can't get online, or over the phone. I'll skip all the little kiosk's or ATT stores along the way and make it a point to stop back to this location. -D

Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!…read more In an effort to save time, I upgraded my phone online and arranged it for pick up. I got to the store around 10:30 this morning, picked up my phone, and returned home to do the transfer. After 3 attempts, I couldn't get the phone to transfer and neither of the phones had service. I went back to this location, which is about 20-25 minutes away and It took an hour and a half for the sales associate to realize that I was given the wrong phone and that is why it could not be activated or transferred. Whoever processed my order the night before bagged up my order, attached my receipt, and yet today's associates completely missed it and was trying to activate a phone that didn't belong to my order. At no point did anyone confirm if the SIM cards matched the order nor did they scan the phone to begin with. Even after that fiasco, it took another hour to transfer everything and at no point in the 2.5 hours did a manager step in to try to assist or even offer an apology for the crazy long wait. This location is full of young employees and incompetent leadership. There's a real lacking of understanding when it comes to customer service. Next time, I'll drive to Vacaville.
