    this is NOT a review for T-Mobile. this is a review for the experience I had at this location with…read moreone employee: Zachery. when I was sixteen, my father gave me an excellent bit dating advice: "NO, is a good enough answer." that being said, in business, "no" is not a good enough answer. work the problem. if you can't come up with a functional work around, ask for help. I was rude to Zachery when he and I were face-to-face and owe him an apology. I was at wit's end and did not handle the situation well. that's on me. it doesn't make my behavior okay, but I spent my morning with T-Mobile tech support trying to get my wi-fi running again. eventually, those fine folks (who WERE very helpful) figured out my modem wasn't updating properly and sent me to a store to swap out the old modem for a new one. that's where I had the misfortune of being "helped" by you, Zachery. I understand you're poorly trained and poorly managed and that's not on you, but you can't live your life in fear. next time you poke your head out of your hidey-hole, engage your little-pea-brain. figure out a solution, and stop being part of the problem.

I…read morelike that the modem is now in my room not attached to an umbilical cord like stupid Cox cables old ass technology. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. They sent out my new modem in less than 2 days, and I was up and running in 5 min. I am even considering switching my phone line to T-Mobile as the CS rep suggested on my initial call. I was more worried about getting online first to see and so far, it streams fast and I have full parental control over who uses it and when. I will turn it on when my son has schoolwork to do and shut it down, so he is not up all night playing video games. I am overall very pleased with kicking Cox to the curb for overcharging me and joining T-Mobile (check out that review). Thanks again T-Mobile for the great service.

I spec'd out datacenter grade CAT6A and associated components. Brian's work is very high quality and he was very flexible and always listened to exactly what I wanted. And trust me, I was VERY specific, as I'm an IT Pro/Blogger. I'm VERY hard to please, and I was very happy with the work. I wanted my wiring closet to look like a work of art, and it does! While I connected and labeled the patch cables myself, his home run keystone runs were exceptionally tidy. I would hire him in a second for any future drops.

We have a decent sized house, and the Internet wasn't working consistently to all areas for a few years. The first tech who came out, was here for at least 6 hours and could not figure out what the problem was. The second company I hired, charged me a fee to come out and take a look. He was here for about 15-20 minutes and told me I needed to upgraded my equipment and charged me $200. He said there was something unplugged, which there wasn't. After he left the Internet was still not working properly. I found Simply Wired on Yelp, and boy am I happy camper. He came out for a free consultation, sent me a quote within a few days and a list of equipment I needed to purchase (my old equipment was a few years old and I just wanted to start new anyways). After receiving all the items, Brian came out and set it all up. My 'wire closet' or whatever it's called was so messy and full of old wiring and equipment that we couldn't even close the door. Not only can we close it now, but it looks amazing. He also used some of my old equipment to help boost the signal in certain areas. After the install, I had a couple of questions, texted him and he immediately responded. Brian is professional, reasonably priced, has great communication and smart! Don't hesitate to hire him. I only wish I found him sooner!

    Horrible experience. Cox started raising my $60.00 a month bill for unlimited internet. Well they…read moresaid I went over my limit?? how is that "unlimited" they started charging me $10 bucks for every gig I went over a certain number of gigs. Apparently, I went 6 gigs over in 1 month so there was an additional 60 bucks, basically my bill doubled! I had done nothing different from the prior year I had service with them, that was weird. The next month they said I went 7 gigs over. So, my bill was $130. I called customer service and talked to someone in another country, clearly not named Steve but prob Sarvesh. I got nowhere with that call. Then they shut off my service after only 2 months WTF! I called again to complain and got some rando chick from the Slumdog millionaire club who was not understanding the situation. I literally told her, "Either you are AI that does not understand ROI and customer retention, or you are a really slow human!" she just stuck to the prewritten script and said I can't reverse the charges, I said yes, you CAN! but wont. So, you are willing to lose a lifelong customer for $110.00 dollars. They tried upselling me and wanted more money and I said to go F yourself are you deaf? I said Bye Felicia! In entering the store, we were greeted by Justin and immediately assisted. He spent over 1 1/2 hours assisting my 91-year-old client with a cell phone to Cox transition and other questions.
