Customer service team super rude. Ask a question get a snarky answer. My radio came broken I sent pictures and they told me not their problem. All I wanted was the product I paid for to be sent to me in working order. The customer service worker was obnoxious and did not care. I heard they have a good product but if the staff treat you like garbage and do the care about their customers I would say not a good fit for anyone to do business with. At first, they reacted fast (as promised) and was very obliging. Two persons emailed me a few times daily at the same time. Not sure why, but it's better than no one. But after the payment they waited for a 2 days cancelled my order with no any caution. I asked when what happened and they told me that they do not ship to Russia. What??? I paid by using my European credit card and specified shipping to my US address in PA. I bought just Vertex accessory, but not something special like encryption board. After my questions they told me that their boss doesn't feel confident with address provided. After that they are disappeared from communications. What is this? I bought item I needed in place where I buy things for a 7 years, just overpaid $12. Looks like their boss is paranoiacs. And due to this reason they lost client who ordered 2000 radio things in other places like Ameradio, SandyComm, SwissComm, etc. during 10 years. They only sell you Fake products. Even after only requesting Motorola brand merchandise, they still sell you knock-offs. Then, they have different item numbers for the same fake product so they can charge you different amounts. Be Aware. I also had a radio repaired by them 7 months ago and the radio broken again.
