They provide great customer service unlike the corporate store on Bell Road. Thank you for helping us switch from android to apple!

Another place I had gone to said my battery needed to be replaced and that the rest of the phone…read morewas fine. Unfortunately for me, that shop closes on my only day off work. So I decide to come into All Cellular since my mom had a good experience some years ago. They initially told me $45 for the battery replacement. The guy says "wait 10-15 minutes," I happily say yes. About AN HOUR later the same guy comes out to tell me that he couldn't get the home button on my iPhone to work. That wasn't a problem before. "It'll be $20 because I need to replace the entire screen now" he says. "But that wasn't a problem before coming in here" I responded. Basically, I had to have my screen replaced to have a working phone. He said "I'll pay half". Whatever. Sure. About 30 minutes later it's done. He says they only take cash. Why wasn't this mentioned during the almost hour and a half I was just sitting there? I'm extremely upset at this point and ask where I can find a Chase ATM because I'm not spending more money than needed on this little deal. A girl with really long hair who works there says "go to the Walgreens right there they have a chase atm". So I go. Oh and I had to leave my phone, that's fine no big deal. Turns out that the Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm so I paid $3 more for this whole ordeal. I couldn't map a nearby chase atm because once again, I had to leave my phone at the store. I come back to the store and the guy says it's $65. I'm like what? I only got $60 because $45 + the $10 (remember he had said he'd pay fo half of the 20 for the screen WHICH WAS HIS MISTAKE to begin with FYI). So he says ok, and I thought I would get $5 back....but of course not! And I told the girl "by the way, Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm. I had to pay $3 extra for this" and she unapologetically just says "ok". Horrible horrible and I feel like they find ways to get more money out of you. I wasted my time and my money. If you're looking for cheaper places that actually are honest and do a good job, I recommend a phone repair shop inside the flea market called El Centro on indian School ad 43rd. They've done an awesome job on my phone and don't charge you for their mistakes (which don't happen anyways)

Went in a couple weeks ago to upgrade phone and iPad. Quoted $6/mo for phone and $500 net cost for…read moreiPad. Come in today to pick them up, observe them "trespassing out" another customer, we have to wait for some safe to unlock, then they proceed to give us different deals like $10/mo for phone and $750 for iPad. We walked out. Bait and switch or just incompetence. Will call Verizon corporate about this.

Went in with the intention to upgrade my phone, and to put things shortly, that didn't happen. I'm…read morenot sure what the issue was, but the rep spent over an hour on the phone with corporate and he was unable to upgrade my phone. Anywhere else I've been to, upgrading a phone isn't a big deal. So after waiting around forever, he gave me some vague message about there was some balance due with a "sub account" under mine, without telling me how I can resolve it or who to contact to get it fixed. At this point customers were starting to line up so I was told to go take care of that then I can get my upgrade. Yeah, thanks. The icing on the cake is that my disney and google playstore subscriptions, added to my account as a promotion from my last interaction with Verizon were taken away and I no longer have access to. So not only were they not able to fulfill the apparently complicated issue of getting a phone upgrade, but I left minus some perks and in an overall worse state than I began with. If I go to a business to try and purchase a product and leave without the product and even less than before I walked in, I feel obliged to leave one star review.
