She saved me money, switched the phones and added the new line for my daughter (in-law) making everything work seamlessly! I went down the street and got everything I needed with no drivers license simply using the Verizon authentication process that everybody else in the network uses. So I went back to this location and call customer care again to get this pin and have the Rep at the store verify me. After arguing with customer care on the phone, your new transfer (assuming) from Cali named Stephen/Steven was a godsend. He had me grab my old T-Mobile phone, put a SIM card in it and locate my pin through the T-life app. That man, even though I was leaving T-Mobile after being a loyal customer for years and transferring over to Verizon, showed the most hospitality I've ever seen in any business I've been to. He took his time to help me out even though I wasn't going to be a part of Tmboile anymore. I just wanted to say thank you sooooo much to Stephen/Steven, everything transferred over and is working perfectly! CM Wireless send Carl and Mark. To say they were amazing doesn't give them enough credit. They located both where they could bring the connection into my home AND found an appropriate location for the satellite. That was the easy part. I made an appointment for them to return with the Dish Hopper and Joey. They 'inherited' my mess from the previous owners of the house. Cables, CAT5, speaker wires all ending in a heap on the floor in a small closet. They sorted out the mess. Installed the Satellite, ran new ethernet cable where necessary. Sorted out other ethernet connection problems. They worked tirelessly. Patiently. Successfully. They did not let the job ruin their disposition. They were nothing but polite and friendly the entire time.
