Absolute worst Verizon location you could choose to go to. Don't waste your time they will not help…read moreyou. They will make up any excuse to tell you why they can't help you today and you'll need to come back. Over the past three years I have come for different simple things and not once have they actually helped me. But I go down the street and get help without any issues. Today two employees could not help me get a physical SIM after Online customer Support told me they could. They demanded that I had a physical drivers license with me to be willing to help me. I went down the street and got everything I needed with no drivers license simply using the Verizon authentication process that everybody else in the network uses. It is annoying how constantly incompetent they can be, so save yourself the time and go to any other location

So I went back to this location and call customer care again to get this pin and have the Rep at the store verify me. After arguing with customer care on the phone, your new transfer (assuming) from Cali named Stephen/Steven was a godsend. He had me grab my old T-Mobile phone, put a SIM card in it and locate my pin through the T-life app. That man, even though I was leaving T-Mobile after being a loyal customer for years and transferring over to Verizon, showed the most hospitality I've ever seen in any business I've been to. He took his time to help me out even though I wasn't going to be a part of Tmboile anymore. I just wanted to say thank you sooooo much to Stephen/Steven, everything transferred over and is working perfectly! And thank you again for helping me out for most of your day today, you can tell you really care about your job and the people you serve.

I called CM Wireless and Electronics about installing a Dish satellite…read more I live in an HOA and I first had them come out to locate the cable connection and advise where the satellite dish could go that would be HOA approved. CM Wireless send Carl and Mark. To say they were amazing doesn't give them enough credit. They located both where they could bring the connection into my home AND found an appropriate location for the satellite. That was the easy part. I made an appointment for them to return with the Dish Hopper and Joey. They 'inherited' my mess from the previous owners of the house. Cables, CAT5, speaker wires all ending in a heap on the floor in a small closet. They sorted out the mess. Installed the Satellite, ran new ethernet cable where necessary. Sorted out other ethernet connection problems. They worked tirelessly. Patiently. Successfully. They did not let the job ruin their disposition. They were nothing but polite and friendly the entire time.
