The Nike Factory Store is located in the Outlets at Anthem also known as Outlets North Phoenix. This is a little confusing as the outlet itself is nowhere near North Phoenix. I am sure there's a story behind it. I knew what to expect upon my visit to the Nike Factory Store. There are other similar outlets located in various malls. It's all about Nike clothing, shoes, bags, socks, and all types of accessories for men, women and children. The store was nice. Everything was clean. The only regret I have is there's no tall sizes. Everything is for small people.

I have to be honest I was a bit terrified to come the week of Christmas to the outlets because I'm just not a crowd person and try not to be a last minute shopper, but I had ordered some shoes online and they were just off a bit in size so I decided to make a run right at opening today to see what I could possibly exchange etc. I was pleased to see the parking lot wasn't yet as bad as I'd expected and I was able to get in pretty quick to the store. Service was great immediately and I was told to just hold on to my shoes until I either find what I'd like to switch them out with or if anything I could return them. I was pretty bummed at first because I really love the ones I purchased online, but they felt a little too snug. I unfortunately didn't see anything remotely similar in the store. As I was sitting trying on a few different shoes another associate walked up and we chatted for a few minutes. I told him my dilemma and he offered to scan my shoes to see what else we may be able to do. To my surprise they had another half size to a size up online and I was able to do a straight exchange and the shoes will come right to my house. Service at the counter was wonderful and it couldn't have went better. The store was clean and organized. Every employee I interacted with both greeted and offered help where they could. Prices were fair for the quality and they had some great sales going for the holidays. read more

My daughter is obsessed with Nike socks. I checked all the stores around and they were all out. Then I remembered we have a Nike outlet store in Anthem and called ahead to see if they had them in stock (crew socks). They said they did and said they'd hold them for us till we got there. We rushed over and I had to laugh at myself because they have SO MANY pairs in huge baskets and hanging in the store. Of course we bought them and some other socks too. The employees didn't make me feel dumb at all, ha. Anyway, I downloaded the Nike app while standing in line and signed up. As I checked out, I showed them my new app for the Nike member number and at the register it auto took 15% off my purchase! So cool. And like in said, I had looked everywhere for these socks (Amazon, Walmart, Kohls) and they were either out or charged too much. I got the same socks for much less at Nike. We did browse the clothes and shoes too. We didn't buy anything, but there was a lot so if you're looking for Nike anything, this is your store. read more

When it comes to Nike Factory Outlet stores, it is hit or miss for me. Either I find great deals or I leave empty handed. For this outlet store in Anthem, Arizona I was not lucky. Nada for me. On the positive side, the store looked good.Staff was helpful. My brother n'law found a fabulous deal on running shoes from their clearance section. He saved about 75% from the original price. They have great pairs of shoes at discounted prices. They also have different apparel for cheap as well although its not consistent. However, if you are ever in the area you might experience the WOW FACTOR like I did when I scored two shirts for $20. I was in dire need of some more workout clothes and was recommended to check out this particular Nike Factory Store. Knowing that there would probably be some Labor Day sales, I stopped in during Labor Day Weekend and did some pretty decent damage. I walked away with a good amount of stuff for an outrageously low price! There were items that were both regular priced and on sale so I would recommend asking the employees if there are any additional sale items available that aren't on display. That is literally how I walked away with 3 different sports bras for about $30. WIN. I shall be back Nike. Most likely if there are holiday sales. You cant beat some of these prices! read more

This is my favorite of all the Nike stores in AZ. They always have a great selection, and good size runs. Their prices are already discounted from the original retail price, and they often have sales that slash the prices even more. The best thing about this particular outlet is that they often have samples that are not available for purchase at other retailers that sell Nikes. The only gripe I have about it is that it is so far away. The location is just terrible. read more

Did some shoe shopping for Kiddo and bought a pair of sandals for him here ($20). The store was pretty busy....arguably, the busiest store in the deteriorating Anthem Outlet Mall. Very disappointing to enter a store in a location (Maricopa county) that has a mask mandate and see so many people not wearing masks. When I asked an employee about it they told me 'we can't police it'. I didn't feel safe shopping there with my daughter for shoes and won't be back. All other stores in the same outlet mall had clearly marked signs and were enforcing masks. Having an employee at the door telling people to 'mask up' doesn't take much and will hopefully help our state recover more quickly. read more

If I could give zero I would . Worst customer service experience ever by Amera and the manager who wanted yo back her when we called , Me and my husband don't live near by . We work a lot , when we finally get a day off together , we go to the outlets . We both play sports , coach , umpire and workout . When we first entered I thought I was being helped, to find out my husband was watching me be followed , and came and grabbed me to shop with him . On the men's side of the store . So to come here as an interracial couple to be followed by one girl the whole 20 min I was in the store trying to help my husband pick sizes . We came with hundreds to spend . Beyond insulted is an understatement. Then asked by 3 different men excessively if we needed help . Apparently we didn't . Us both being in retail we are fully aware we were being profiled because I had a coat on god forbid it's 40 degrees out and a large shopping bag from buying designer bags , I got so aggravated by being followed I went to leave , left my husband who was still browsing, while I stepped outside . I reached down to grab my phone out of my purse to have the same girl following one step behind me . I will never ever shop here again . read more

I came in over the weekend with my girlfriend to buy her a pair of shoes. Nothing bad to say about the store but one of the first things I saw when I came in was a shorter middle aged man with light brown hair and a goatee that turned out to be the manager, getting way to close, touching and hugging on one of the employees who had to be barely 18. Literally in the middle of the store. Super inappropriate and just wrong and I will never be back because of it. read more

Had an amazing experience shopping at the Nike store in the Anthem outlets. Great customer service and selections for both men and woman's side were outstanding. Prices for clothes and shoes were super reasonable and made my shopping experience more exciting knowing that I was getting very good deals for everything. Employees around the store made sure to check with me a couple of times to see if I was still doing okay and If I had any questions to let someone know so that I could get helped. I use to love this store until I met up with the store manager Derrick. First off they allow employees to put shoes in the back (not fair). Went to buy Jordan 5's for son next day of sale and all six pair were gone. Have been back weekly and suddenly a pair shows up before father's day. I ask if I can buy and get difference of 20% the next day. Mind you I missed 30% off because the employee's hide pairs in back of store. The manager, Derrick, said no. Mind you I have always done this, every retailer in USA allows you to take advantage of sale, or return an re-buy at the discounted price. He told me that if I return on the sale day that he would not allow me to re-purchase at discounted price! How do you forbid a customer from buying product you don't personally own? He is an unprofessional idiot who started yelling at me in the store. I had to calm down, realize that I'm arguing with this person who has zero customer service skill set over shoes. I requested the DM information and he refused to give me that name too. I have since called Nike Corp to complain who have put this under investigation. It a shame that Nike employ's a manager who represents them horribly. Avoid Derrick at all costs is my advice to you. read more
