Instead the employees decided to speak Spanish anytime they spoke to each other, but then would pivot back to English when speaking to me. They could've just told me that I could go online to file an unlock request. Instead, they gave me false information and also told me I'd need to find a corporate store to service my account. Made zero sense. Decided to do a google search and just unlocked my phone on AT&T's website within minutes. I really find this store to be incredibly unhelpful. It's worth driving to Goodyear and going to the "corporate" store as they refer to it. At least they help with my requests.

Watson Rd, Ste F-104)…read more On August 27, 2025, I went to this store to sign up for the Value Plan with a First Responders discount and home internet. I was told my activation fee would be waived, I'd get an extra $20 discount, and internet equipment would be ready in 2 days. I purchased 4 phones and was charged $60 tax per line ($240 total)--but I was not given a receipt for that payment. The only receipt I received was for $0 down on internet. When I returned, the story changed: I was told the First Responders discount didn't apply, there would be no hotspot, and the price would be $159/month even with the discount. The store manager, Marco, refused to call customer service for clarification or cancel my service. Because of the conflicting information and missing receipt, I filed formal complaints with the FCC, BBB, and the Arizona Attorney General. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and verifying discounts before paying.
