We live in Sienna Hills near the mountain. About a month ago, our Verizon home internet AND our LTE/5G data signals got much, much worse. We pay over $250 per month, and yet we can't send a text in our home. The other day I couldn't even make a phone call or pull up a webpage. I ordered a Network Extender on August 15th. I was told it would arrive in 2 days. It has been 34 days, and we still have not received it. If you live in SH or Verrado near the mountains, do NOT get Verizon. The signals used to be barely good enough...now they are horrible. We will have to switch phone carriers and internet providers. We have visited the store and called customer service many times over the past 5 weeks...nothing has changed or improved. Plus, the employee on the phone told me that the tower in our area is now 37% oversaturated!! Does Verizon have any plans to change this or improve this?! read more

I switched over from an other company for the promotion and new start. I was told since my phones were in good condition they would trade them in and we wouldn't pay for the phones themselves just the lines. The agent helping us gave us a good quotes which ended up selling us . Now our first bill came and on it said we were paying for the phones themselves which was not the deal we got. Each month is the same thing having to contact customer service and repeat the same process saying I shouldn't even have been paying for the phones in the first places. Now if the representative at the store would have explained or didn't lie about this deal I doubt we would even be contracted with them. Service was horrible! Walked in today on a Thursday morning right when they opened at 10am. Waited 45 mins and the one and only employee there said it will be 15-20 mins before another employee will be in to assist us. 1130 went by and no one came in and the current employee there did not even acknowledge us or the other customer that was waiting as well. Came in to pick up my upgraded phone, the order ended up being cancelled by the guy that helped me because he wanted to make sure "it was done right". Ended up having to call a support line and had me there waiting for 30 mins just to fix the issue he caused. I was only suppose to come in and pick up the phone, pay taxes and leave, but instead I left without the phone I ordered and it's still on my account as if I picked it up. The Worst experience at a phone company store. I should have switched carriers while I had the chance. They only care about selling and store numbers. Everyone in this store is rude and only helpful if it's beneficial to them! My phone was broken I had no choice but to go get a new phone. They only cared about trying to sell and upsell honestly fuck all that! Tony ruined my backup and deleted my old phone withoutttt paying attention! I tried to say something is not right he kept telling me give it a few hours. No I had to go back to the same store twice in one day and then again the next day because like I been said it was not right! Now my entire restore is messed up. They erased my old phone so now I'm locked out of ALL my accounts emails ect cannot get back into. I've exhausted every type of troubleshooting nothing has worked. I went into this store yesterday to look at an Ultra 2 Apple Watch. I told the young gentleman that waited on me that I wanted to try it on to see if it would fit right. He was nice enough to let me try his on. The watch fit fine, so I let him know that I was interested in purchasing it through Verizon. He tried to sell me everything else in the store while we were waiting, like a car salesman would do, but I declined and to waited patiently for the safe to open so he could get the watch. Once he had the watch, he added things up on his calculator and told me I would be responsible for $99.35 out of pocket. I questioned this $99, asking him what it was for and he would only tell me I had to pay the tax for the Watch and other fees which he never broke down for me. I asked him why I would be able to get the watch on Verizon online without paying any fees to which he had no answer for. I then told him that my daughter actually went into a Verizon store near her home just yesterday and was able to get the watch in the store for the same deal as Verizon had online no money down, no fees, activation on next bill. He said she must've gone to a corporate store in order to get that deal in which I told him that was not true. She went to just a standard Verizon store not unlike the one I was in. I then stated well I will avoid those fees by just going on Verizon online and having it delivered or shipped to this store. To which he said they could not do that there in that store. So I showed him online as I was getting ready to place the order that I could indeed have it sent to that store for pick up, he then changed his tune a little bit and said well you can do it that way, but it's going to take several hours in order for you to be able to pick it up. At this point, I was done working with this store and walked out. I feel like charging tax and additional fees without telling me what they are for is completely dishonest. I went home, ordered the watch to be sent to a different store, and picked it up, with no additional fees. So Jorge is very nice and helpful, and I enjoyed talking with him. However, I had an issue with my watch pairing to my phone (after paying $19.99 for it to be set up) and when I texted him, he never responded. Prior to this text he did however text me back about being charged for setting up my phone $29.99 + $35 activation and $19.99 + $35 activation, when he never mentioned the $29.99 or the $19.99 I was told the $35 would be all inclusive. So you are their best friends until after the sale. Kinda disappointed in that aspect. I spent $330 for taxes and a few items. read more

Bought a new iPhone 13pro today! Andrew was our sales person and it was the best experience I've had when buying a phone. I usually dread having to buy a new phone almost as much as buying a new car. I have attempted to use this Authorized Verizon dealer approximately 7 or 8 times over the last few years. Each and every time I do it always results in the same ending: me being absolutely livid, completely unsatisfied and vowing to never return. But I do as it's the only Authorized Verizon dealer around and the nearest Verizon is about 23 minutes away. The individuals that work here are young and immature. They have no concept of professionalism, respect, consideration and most definitely lack product knowledge. They consistently speak to their customers as if they were speaking to their friends on the street. I went in to purchase a tablet and got sidetracked with discussing some strange charges on my bill. The young man assisting me tried twice to explain the charges but I was still not comprehending. Out of nowhere this young, little chunky girl who was sitting in the back of the store playing on her cell phone with 2 other employees yelled out at me, "we can't tell you what that is. We're not tax experts." I replied "you're an authorized dealer? This is my Verizon bill. I am not asking for tax law descriptions merely what this charge is for? I am not understanding ". The young man assisting me stated "I have already explained this twice. I am not sure what there is to not understand ". I was stunned. It was very clear that the young girl's position was "you're too old and stupid to understand and we are not going to waste our time explaining it to you. " I looked at the young man and asked him why she was even interrupting as I was dealing with him and he responded that she was helping him. By yelling at customers from the back of the store?? That's certainly not the type of "help" I require. I asked the young man if I could purchase the tablet at the actual Verizon store to which the little girl in the back responded "yes. You should go. We wouldn't want to be pissy about it ". I looked back at the young man and again asked my question. Up until this point the young man had been relatively polite but it appeared that he had adopted the other employee's attitude because he responded rather rudely "yeah. You can buy it there ". I left. I do not know why I continue to go there other than they are close compared to the Verizon store. But do not go here if you want to be treated with courtesy, professionalism and respect by knowledgeable staff. They speak to their customers like lesser class citizens and they fail to LISTEN to their customers which leads them to never address a customers's problem or question. It is very evident the dealership hires a specific 'TYPE' of person and they only wish to service a specific 'TYPE' of customer and I do not meet their criteria. read more

I went into this store with hopes of switching from Sprint/T-Mobile to Verizon and get new phones. The guy who assist me and my wife was not helpful at all. In fact this guy explained to us the cost, but we were unable to follow due to how he was explaining the billing really fast., and not walking us through the billing. So his explanation did not make any Sense to us. I reminded me of a shady use car salesmen trying to rip us off. This guy was not helpful at all and didn't seem he really cared about gaining our business. This is the first time stepping into a Verizon store and probably the last. Stay away from this store because, this guy didn't seem to care helping anyone out. He did mention he worked for all the phone carriers in the past and maybe this was the reason why, he is terrible with customer service and maybe it's time for him to move on to something different. I will absolutely be going back to this location for ALL of my wireless needs!! From the moment I stepped in the door they were so helpful and friendly!! Priscilla was the 1st one I encountered who helped me. They were unfortunately having an issue at the store and I ended up having to come back to get my new phone... that's where my sister and I came in and worked with Jonathan and Gloria... 2 of the friendliest people ever at ANY Verizon store we had been to. They were very patient with us and our needs and were extremely helpful. Literally felt like we were just there doing business with old friends!!! My wife and I purchased 2 I Phone 11s on 4/11 and the transaction was good but the salesman said I wouldnt be charged an upgrade fee but the fee is on this months bill. And of course I didnt know to ask for the "proof" of fee removal because I guess I believed the salesman at his word. I called Verizon and they said they couldnt help me because there was no "proof" in the paperwork...Its $80 and thats a lot of money in these times. read more

Called today after speaking to Verizon due to seeing online iPhone 6 went down $100.00 and I had purchased 2 14 days ago. I was told that I had to contact the store and they would be able to adjust it and had to do it today since I was still in the 2 week period. I called them and was told they do not honor price changes and they have different deals then if you go through Verizon online which I find strange because when I was there 14 days ago it was the same price as online. Today I went in to have the glass protector replaced on my Iphone. I paid $70 for a lifetime replacement should it crack. I have had it replaced a few times. Today they told me that they have instituted a new policy that "lifetime" means they will replace it for only 2 years!! WTH!!!!!! I would never had paid $70 for a screen protector if I knew they were going to do this. So, just because I keep my phone for longer than other people (they said the lifetime of most phones is only two years) I get ripped off by them??They were more than happy to take my $70 two years ago, now they just said, sorry but that is our policy. The first time I stopped into this store I was very satisfied with the customer service and care they provided. I was informed that while purchasing the iPhone 6 while it was just coming out that the $35.00 protective screen would have a lifetime warranty and that all I had to do was bring the damaged screen in and they would replace it for me. I brought my screen in and was informed it was $80.00 to sign up for two years of free replacement and that I needed to register the product online through a different company in order to have the warranty. The excuse that was provided to me was, "that guy was new at the time". Awful customer service! My husband and I have visited this location on various times and days, each time the sale reps are rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. In my most recent visits, I attempted to purchase two brand new iPhones. I waited 40 minutes before I was even greeted, during that time one of the sales representative was having a personal conversation with a family member while the other representative was finishing up with a customer. Once a representative was available they were unwilling to look for the iPhone being requested and simply advised to go to another store. Needless to say, we ended up having to go 30 minutes out of our way to the corporate store. In my last visit, I was yet again not greeted when walking through the door, after about 15 minutes a sales representative made his way and unprofessionally asked for my phone number for callback and that the wait time was 40 minutes. He did not ask what I was in there for. I asked if it was possible to schedule an appointment, all I needed was to turn a device in for store credit, he rudely said no. I ended up leaving and just called Verizon customer service to have them ship me a box and label. This 3rd party vendor is the absolute worse. We have had a better experience at the Corporate store. read more

My experience at Go Wireless in Buckeye was great. Rodolfo was very helpful and they were all very courteous. I recommend them.

This place will rip you off with a smile on their face. You think they are helping you buy they take advantage of you. Went in with a phone issue and was told the phone was broken. ( I sincerely doubt that now) I told them I just need something simple as I only talk, text, and go to Facebook. I left with a $650.00 phone and $200.00 of accessories! They told me that is what I needed. While I was in the store returning everything (Best Buy had the phone I really needed for $148.00 so I got that one) the sales guy told another customer that his battery was bad and he could either go to a repair shop and pay $300-$400 for a battery or buy a new iPhone 7. A new battery costs 30 bucks!!! And comes with the tools to replace it. Go check the Better Business Bureau website. 100% negative reviews!!! Wish I would have looked there before I did business with Go Wireless in Buckeye, AZ. read more
