We pay over $250 per month, and yet we can't send a text in our home. The other day I couldn't even make a phone call or pull up a webpage. I ordered a Network Extender on August 15th. I was told it would arrive in 2 days. It has been 34 days, and we still have not received it. If you live in SH or Verrado near the mountains, do NOT get Verizon. The signals used to be barely good enough...now they are horrible. We will have to switch phone carriers and internet providers. We have visited the store and called customer service many times over the past 5 weeks...nothing has changed or improved. Plus, the employee on the phone told me that the tower in our area is now 37% oversaturated!! Does Verizon have any plans to change this or improve this?!
