I've been to this location twice and both times the staff displayed a blatant refusal to assist me and referred me to calling the 1-800 line. Today, I just wanted a carrier unlock on my phone. Not only did they argue saying it's not possible, but I wasn't even given the phone number to do so. Instead the employees decided to speak Spanish anytime they spoke to each other, but then would pivot back to English when speaking to me. They could've just told me that I could go online to file an unlock request. Instead, they gave me false information and also told me I'd need to find a corporate store to service my account. Made zero sense. Decided to do a google search and just unlocked my phone on AT&T's website within minutes. I really find this store to be incredibly unhelpful. It's worth driving to Goodyear and going to the "corporate" store as they refer to it. At least they help with my requests. read more

I hate retracting my reviews but hopefully this will help someone else in a situation such as mine. When I went into this store location, Micheal the manager told me that my Apple Watch was free due to a bundle deal. I questioned him about it and he insured that it were free and if I were charged for it to bring my bill. Ever since April, I have been bringing my bill and he has been adjusting it to reflect the free watch. He gave the same story of "his fault, he put it in the system wrong " etc. now fast forward to July. I found out he charged me for merchandise that I never received and that I am paying for the watch! Now I know why I never got a receipt. When I called the AT&T store, they said I have to go back to the store and clear it up. I go back to the AT&T store and asked for my receipt, he (Michael) gave me one with just one item on it. Truth be told, this felt like a scam, he lied about the promotion, I didn't receive something he charged me for and this has been a straight up nightmare. I have talked with everyone at AT&T and the loyalty program told me to have them open up an investigation. I don't know his angle or his gain in doing this but to me it was fraud. You can't portray merchandise as free only to have the consumer footing a bill you lied about. Now he's no longer at the store and the other employees are gone as well. This is very bad business practices and I will see this through to the end. read more

I'm that annoying person who walks in just before closing to set up a new IPhone. Steven was absolutely AWESOME! He took his time setting up my phone and explaining some basic features. My phone hadn't been backed up in ages and was going to take like 8 hours. No problem, they left it on overnight and all of my stuff was downloaded from the cloud in the morning. In a world where most customer service sucks I really appreciate great service. Thanks! read more

We decided to bring our 4 lines of business from Sprint to ATT. After a nightmare experience with the sales rep we came to our local ATT store. They acted friendly and knowledgeable. However, they proved otherwise. We have been wasting our energy with the store manager , Michael. He took 3 of our trade in phones and was to submit them to the promotion department so that we could receive the credit and buy out Sprint. This was in December. Fast forward a nightmare later. Only one of our 3 phones was located and when I would ask Michael about it he has lied and provided me falsified receipts. I would highly advise to take your business elsewhere so that you don't experience the exhausting experience I have. This is only one of our issues but I'm already exhausted re-living this BS. I had a great experience at this store. I went in to upgrade my iPhone. Vanessa and Christopher gave me lots of options and offered.ways to save money. Vanessa showed me what's different on the new iPhone and helped me set it up. Plus they transferred all my data and made sure I saw that my old phone was wiped. I realize this sounds like any AT&T store and service, but they didn't get tired of my indecision and both were super friendly. Great service and products! read more

Terrible all the way around. We literally spent 15 hours total time on 4 or 5 different Saturday's trying to return the note 7 and get the taxes we paid back on the credit card. I still have not gotten the taxes back on the first note 7 we returned. Seriously I do not know what is going on at this store. We went to Goodyear and we were done in less than 10 minutes. I told him about this store and he shook his head and said they are not a comanpy store and that was the reason we had so many problems. In all seriousness save yourself time and headaches and just drive over to either store in Goodyear. Night and day difference. read more

Do not go to this store!! I received my new iPhone today which I ordered from the Dysart store. I called and asked if this store could help me set it up as it is much closer to our home. Elena was warm and welcomed me to come down immediately and she would set it up and transfer phone numbers etc. When I got there, Elena wasn't available, however the nightmare Laura said she could help. DO NOT let this girl touch your phone!!! After an hour of her screwing it up totally and having to reset it twice, she wasn't able to set up an apple id, enter a correct email, informed me it was mandatory to put a debit card on the apple account (which it is not btw) then left my debit card on a counter accessible to a total stranger, told me something wrong with my phone. I said so, you can replace it right? I brought it in the box I got today, she said no, I asked if someone else in the store could set it up, she informed me to go back to Dysart she was getting busy, that the calling part worked, I could as least make a call. I said incredulously, youre kidding me right? You just screwed the whole thing up and youre not going to help fix this mess? She gave me an extremely snotty look and said whatever, and walked to the back room. I left very angry, went to the Dysart store and explained what happened. Chris and Leanne were extremely kind and capable, had my phone up and running in no time and gave me a few perks along the way. It was the best customer service ever. Stay as far away from the Watson store and the rudest, illiterate, employee I have ever had the misfortune to come across. read more
