They told me that it would take 2-5 days for the key to arrive and stated it should come Sunday Nov 23rd. It didn't come Sunday and still no communication from the company. I called Sunday and they told me the key should come Monday. I called Monday and was told it should come Tuesday. I called Tuesday and they told me it should come Wednesday. I don't know if this is a trend or bad luck but in situations like this I would hope companies would reach out to customers to inform them. Hopefully the company reads this and works on the communication between the customer. Please do better.

They only install wireless systems such as Google Nest. We had already had another quote from a…read moredifferent company who said they could use our existing Cat 5 and move us away from the current wireless cameras on the home to a wired system that would be integrated with our Starlink. They could also install a wired mesh system which would then help the wired cameras. We are a tad rural and have to use Starlink. It will take a day or so for the owner to do the work and it wasn't cheap but it was 100% doable. We will also have access from our betas through a mobile app. Eagle said they could do nothing for us without an internet company like Cox. The estimator honestly wanted to get out of there as soon as he could. I am sure they are a competent company but if you want a system that isn't Google or something similar, look elsewhere. They also said we had to pay some kind of monitoring fee which I did not want as we have an ADT alarm system we have to pay for .

I called today and spoke to Sara to get a timeline on the form and share their network is still trying to connect and sending us notifications. She seemed to get upset and note it was just her and Lucas running the company and there is nothing she could do it. She seemed very confused and ended up hanging up on me because I asked her not to call me sweetheart. After hanging up she called back 10 min later and gave me a new name of Brandy and when I questioned if she was Sarah or brandy she said she had two names. Never acknowledged that she hung up and just noted she sent a note to IT and kept calling me honey and sweetheart. Just really bizarre behavior. The cameras - At first they were great, but then started to lag greatly. (We did upgrade the WiFi and all that) the doorbell was hit or miss sometimes it would record and other times it wouldn't and then eventually stoped working. When we would call to have someone come out they said someone would get back to us but they never would. The monthly price is low at 29.99 which is a big sell but you get what you pay for. We have our security system with Vivant and decided to switch our cameras with them and it ended up being the same monthly price but a company that has great customer service and responsive.

I never knew that they were an authorized Medeco shop and I used them in the past for hard to get keys for our shed and golf cart but it only took a few minutes for the owner, Brian to explain that they are a Medeco authorized shop and prior to any work being done I needed to get the official Medeco authorization card. Although it took a lot of time to get the Medeco authorization card which is needed to have any work done on Medeco locks and for the parts to come in we are extremely satisfied with the work of Brian's people. Once all the parts came in, the locks were rekeyed, repaired and installed in a timely manner.
