Such disappointment. Just stopped in to avoid traffic for a quick pedicure with polish (and I had even had it with me). Their menu gives prices with and without adddibg shellac/gelX.

Got a full set and a pedicure with gel polish. It was $130. I gave him $140 cause I didn't have change. He gave me $5 back and then I gave him a $3 tip not realizing that he'd already tipped himself. I didn't think about it until I was halfway home. Other than him stealing from me. Love the color, shaping could be better. My pedi was bad, she cut my big toe pretty bad and my heels are still a little crunchy.

Christine was great - I stopped in to get my nails done on a whim as well as to get a fill! At first I was hesitant because I had her trim my nails... I'm not used to there being so much white but after a couple of days I loved it! She did a great job and will definitely be back!

Beyond disappointed in the unprofessional behavior of Angie and her husband Peter who is the owner. After being a regular client making consistent appointments I was rescheduled an hour before my appointment because of a double booked appointment despite my appointment being made first! They were aware of my disappointment with the last service in which Peter rushed my nails and was constantly interrupted by leadership tasks. If you need to be management then don't schedule appointments. My gel polish flaked off in under 3 days and my tips were chipping. I canceled my appointment and scheduled with a competitor salon. Overall unprofessional And unhygienic vibe. What a change when they get popular.

I had an appt at 2PM for a full set. I showed up at 1 to walk in to a pedicure. They brought me a complimentary drink and it was all going fine, however my toe nail was cut way too short to the point where it actually hurts every time I step. The woman asked me about 10 times what color I wanted which made me feel so much pressure to choose. I was not relaxed at all. Idk why she kept asking me when we were barely 20 minutes in to the service. They then moved me to the other chair for my set. My drink disappeared and I thought they were bringing a fresh one, but no such thing ever came. No water or anything. Angie tells me "If I knew you wanted a full set I would've started on you when you were in the pedicure chair." No one asked me anything. I thought that was clear when I booked the appointment. I ask her for a design and she says she can do it. She starts cutting off my old set and clips my skin. I winced loudly and she says "Oh it's your skin. You scared me." And I said "YOU scared me. You cut my skin." Once my nails are done soaking and completely off she puts nude on 8 of my nails. The receptionist brings her a clipboard and Angie stops working on my hands and starts doing things on the clipboard. She leaves her chair and is gone a couple of minutes. When she gets back she starts putting away the nude and then realizes she missed two nails. She finishes the two and then tells me we're gonna let that dry and walks away. She is doing other things and I keep looking for her like what? Where is she? I've never had to "let them dry" at this stage.. the powder is already dry. It's 3:52 by the time she returns and I tell her this is a very disappointing experience. She keeps working and I tell her you're gonna have to skip the design, because it is now taking way too long with all of her walking away from the chair. She says okay what do you want? And I said "just do red." She says "oh you want red?" And I said "no I don't WANT red but now I have no choice." She starts saying "next time bla bla bla" and I said I will not be coming back here. I pay and leave. 12 hours later the shellac on my thumb nail is cracked. So I'm back here again wasting my time. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again.

I am not someone who gets my nails done often. I needed to get my wedding nails (which were an acrylic set) taken off and my natural nails taken care of. My nail tech, Ryan, was super knowledgeable and informative, as well as skilled, and explained my builder gel (Zen brand) each step of the way. I am thrilled with how natural and light they feel. Supposedly they last a month and will be about $50 a month to maintain. I can add any color on top (but I prefer a natural look looking nail). I appreciated the time and attention that Ryan took on my nails, and love how they look!

I should have left when the tech was refusing to put acrylic on my broken toe nail when i specifically requested it. Then, they could not see that my big toe nail was slanted and not squared out. I took the file and tried to fix it myself, they had another tech come and try to make things right but they never fixed my slanted nail. The paint job is sloppy with flooded cuticles and thick application. I wanted to cry sitting in that chair and they should have let me leave when i asked the first time. will not be back

My experience was excellent. It was my first time coming and I will most definitely come back. Everything was so relaxing. They even offer complimentary drinks I got the Vietnamese coffee. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I will most definitely be return.

Such a great nail salon, Ryan really took care of me. His attention to detail is amazing, and he really took his time to pay attention to the inspiration that I was going for. Peter, the Nail shop manager was nice. He spoke as soon as I walked in. They do offer beverages, both non-alcohol and alcohol. I don't drink and drive so I elected for a water. The cons are they only offer dip or gel for either manicure or pedicure. They do not use regular polish of any kind. Their reasoning is that dip or gel last longer. That is not always true and seeing how my nails only lasted 2 days after paying $63 I won't be back. Although it was great service, my money is valuable and I didn't feel as though my manicure was worth the money spent. Manicure: 06.15.23 1st nail break: 6.17.23 (pinky finger) Two broken nails on left hand; one broken nail on right with the index finger on the bend of a break. Each break was down to my nail bed, in which I bled and was painful. See photo for yourself. 3rd nail break: Today, 6.21.23 P.S. My work consist of me typing on a laptop. I do not use my hands for any kind of hard labor or heavy lifting.

Returning visitor! I got a mani/pedi and was very happy with the service! During the pedicure Angie was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout and liked to pedi color before proceeding. The pedi tray has cute presentation for the strawberry delight pedi! Drinks are always offered, as well as refills which is an added bonus! I'm so glad I found this nail salon. I'm new to the area and been needing to find me a good place near my house. I've attempt several nail salons with none to my liking but I love it here. I went in for my nails and toes on a Friday and it was so busy I was worried that they wouldn't be to do my nails but even near to closing Peter the manager/owner did my nails and was done in a hour. This is the fasted I ever had my nails done. They have earned a forever customer. I'll just make sure to make a appointment because this place is booked and busy. Free alcoholic beverages which was super nice!! Honestly the only reason this place got three stars though :( I payed 180$ for two pedicures for my male friend and I... the price was so high cause I payed for the nice package that was to include a massage of feet and legs... both my friend and I were disappointed with the massage... the ladies kept stopping to talk, or finish things on the toes they missed... which cut into the massage time... (yes they set a timer for our massage... since my friend is a guy they also automatically assumed he didn't want color... but charged me as if they painted his nails? Not cool... my toenails were crookedly cut... but at least my polish has lasted... not good quality for the price.. read more

Jenny wasn't having a good day. As I sat down waiting with excitement hoping this time at a nail salon would be different, in walked Jenny with her crusty attitude. She didn't even look at me to say hello. I wasn't sticking my full hand under the UV light so Jenny decided to grab my wrist and force my hand under yelling "you need to put IN, IN, IN.!!!" I guess Jenny was done with me because she handed me to another woman after I told her 5 times I do not want "fake" nails. I was calling them acrylic nails but she referred to them as "fake" over and over again. I would avoid Jenny and go to Angie or anyone else. read more

Their nail work can be awesome; however, they continue offering you drinks so you won't notice the thievery that happens when you have to pay them. I was told my nails would be $55 and he told the manager to charge me $65. My 78 year old mom paid and they charged $85 for ombré nails with 2 colors not Even covering the entire nail with color! Then they added a $21 tip while my mom was distracted. She noticed it when she got home. Crooks! I'm never going back there! read more

First time coming to this salon and I was helped by Angie. When I first walked in there was a fairly strong smell of chemicals but I'm also pregnant so that could be heightened sense of smell right now. I was greeted warmly and asked what service I would like, went for a full set. I was offered an array of drink options (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and waited about 3 minutes for Angie to help me. I also noticed some debris on the work station which considering I was probably the first one there since yesterday was a little concerning. After looking through their book of colors I chose the pumpkin orange and asked if she could put glitter and a Jack-o-lantern. She said yes but I wasn't aware they were stickers. No big deal, they had a lot of variety. She mentioned they have only been open for a few months so there is always room for improvement but overall I feel like this place is my new nail salon. read more

I was very pleased with the attention and great service I received. Peter was very welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate all his customers. I had to wait a bit but Peter accommodated me with refreshments while I waited. I got a pedicure and manicure by Anna who took her time to make sure my nail polish was to my liking. Today was my second time going to Veneto Nail bar! The owner of the salon is very polite and respectful. He walks around greeting everyone and asking if he may serve them beverages. My nail tech name Angie was amazing. She was also very polite and took her time on my nails and eyebrows. The location is very peaceful and clean and they are very professional. Long Post! WONT BE BACK! I first came to this nail salon in May, and thought they did a pretty good job with my nails. I had an appointment and was taken back right away. No issues with customer service at all. After all was done, my nails came out great and slowly thought this was going to be my new nail shop, however, I was sadly mistaken. On my second visit to the shop, it was pretty packed, but was taken back since we had an appointment. Also, I had brought my mom to get her nails done as well. We were waiting for roughly 15 to 20 minutes before my mom was taken care of. On the other hand, I was still waiting to be serviced. After this, I was serviced and then was getting my fill on my hands. Both me and my mom were getting manis and pedis. While receiving my manicure, she was being cut by the technician!!! Her thumb was bleeding profusely and the technician was all nerved up. Thankfully the owner came over and finally got her antiseptic after waiting for the bleeding to be stopped. I've never been more pissed off with a nail appointment in my life. Yes, mistakes happen, but for the service I received before, I would've never expected such service. ( side note: my moms thumb was still hurting after 2 weeks). Yes, we got a discount for my mom's manicure, but still won't be returning to give more money to this establishment. Don't recommend. read more

The level of customer service at this location is phenomenal. The moment I walked in they immediately asked what I wanted to drink. A wide selection from non-alcoholic to alcoholic. I observed as the manager Peter offered a child chips or candy. He walked around and ensured all the customers were comfortable. The chairs were comfy. Ms. Anna who did my toe nails ensured everything was up to par. LOVED THIS LOCATION. It is an amazing place to come to when you have had a long day at work and need a place to relax with a mani/pedi. Prices were reasonable as you would expect at a nail salon. Mrs. Anita did my mani and absolutely love the attention to detail. I arrived at 6:50 pm and event then Peter did not turn me away. They didn't finish my mani/pedi until after hours and never felt rushed once. These owners have such a great work ethic and genuinely love what they do for their clients. Went to get a pedicure, was asked if I had a appointment (no one waiting) I didn't, then was told they only do gel polish on toes?! Ummm ok....I literally went there two weeks before and regular polish was put on my toes. Y'all stay trying to scam on people for more money. Let the customers chose what they want, always trying to upsale. Not everyone wants their skin burnt w UV light. read more

I arrived and was seated right away. I got my toes and nails done and I was there for a total of 3 hrs. They had to take all the gel polish off my toes and re-due them because there was polish all over my skin and bumps. After my toes were finished I sat for 30 mins waiting to get my nails done. My skin on my nails were bleeding and stuck to my skin. I got acrylic nails with gel and two days later two of my nails broke and the gel chipped off one of my fingers. I ended up spending $95 with no tip. I was told the cost would be 80$ but because I needed three nails redone she charged $5 for each nail. It was a long experience and will not return. read more

Peter and Angie are so nice and friendly. Their shop is clean and bright. Best of all the service was great. I got a shellac pedicure and a dip manicure. I couldn't be happier. Peter made sure my nails looked great. They are reasonably priced. Go check them out! read more

Although I live quite a bit further now I will continue to make the drive to her shop. She consistently does a great job and I've never had a problem with the quality of her work. She is not afraid to tell you if she doesn't think something will not look good. She is down to earth a hard worker. Despite multiple nail techs being available, they did not work efficiently--no one doubled up on services, meaning we had to sit through separate manicures and pedicures instead of having them done at the same time. My nails turned out terrible. Instead of properly painting them, the tech used white powder and seemed to avoid doing the job correctly. The result looked nothing like what I requested (see attached photo). To make things worse, when I had to return for a simple fix on a smudged toenail, they made me wait until they finished with five other customers before addressing it. A five-minute polish fix turned into yet another long, unnecessary wait. If you care about the quality of your nails and the service you receive, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I would absolutely not recommend this salon. I will say it's a nice clean salon. If they tried harder they could fix their 2.8 yelp review score.

Overall, the staff was kind, and the space is lovely, but the timing, technical consistency, and attention to detail weren't what I expected for a first visit.
