I went for a pedi. I can't do shellac anymore since I became allergic, so I always feel like the red headed middle child when I say regular polish. I paid for a deluxe pedicure, which is 45 dollars. I guess I should of asked for the paraffin treatment. I asked for short square nails. They don't look super terrible... but I did give her 15 dollars tip... the massage was real nice tho. The set up is nice. They serve drinks/ alcoholic and non. It is really bright, just wish they had the pedicure area where you could turn off a light or something. Looks clean. It's 2 mins from my house so I guess I'll try again and see what happens. read more

I should've gone to the first place I thought was this location, I read the reviews and thought well let me try this place. I called ahead of time letting them know I was on the way. Mind you I work till 6:30ish the website says 7:00, the man said 7:30/8:00, I head over. Showed the color and design type, I asked for matte finish over my powder dipped nails. Went in to get a pedicure today and i usually dont have any major complaints, but not this time. while the tech was almost done, whatever she had on her glove ended up on my skin near the inner side of my left ankle. It started burning and I had thought it was the hot water but it looked thick and clear, obviously it wasn't water and I told her it was burning. She immediately wiped it off and then sprayed hydrogen peroxide on it and said she was sorry about 4 more times. She said it sometimes happens to her on her wrist. She continued to wipe it off with a towel and i just said its ok because it was kinda making it worse by touching it. This was about 30 min after I had left. read more

horrible service i did a full set and a pedicure i had to constantly tell the worker to make my toe nails shorter and they were different shapes on all my toes and the french tip lines were all different sizes my nails came out so bulky there was nearly any nail polish left in the bottle she put the last bit and the nail polish seemed old and thick will never go back there read more

This place just opened and they are good. The prices are not too high and they do a good job. Jimmy one of the technicians did an amazing job on my pedicure. I loved how caring he was and really took care of my feet. Was very nice and professional. I wear boots everyday and my feet are always not tip top shape because of this. So when I come into a nail salon once a month my feet truly need care. I will be coming back and asking for Jimmy. Go and check this nail salon out and write a review. I'll take photos next time. My fiancée went to get a pedicure here yesterday and told me that during her pedicure the lady was digging hard in her nail wall to get out "cuticle". Yes her toes needed to be done. However, clean sterile instruments should not cause an infection!! Clearly the instruments were not clean/sterile! Stay far away from this place! Urgent care visit later from how much pain she's in and antibiotics. We called and they are saying she must go in to see for theirselves that an infection was caused however we are 3 hours away this weekend visiting family & they also said "it's unlikely since you just got your toes done yesterday". I guess not only was she given an infection but also basically being called untrustworthy!!! We would have made this place our regular for the next 15 months while living here but will be going far away from now on!! read more

If this is the new Converse nails & lounge I was completely satisfied. Took my pregnant daughter and myself for pedicures. We were both happy! The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was a massage was included in our upscale package. Both of us felt the massage was barely felt and didn't last as long as other places with the scent lotion.. This wasn't just the worse nail salon but the worse business. It's been a week and some of my nails are coming off. My daughter lost a nail, came to get it fixed and I had to call the police because one of the techs got out of the chair and started yelling profanity at me. The manager allowed it! Went for a fill and paid extra for cat eye polish. Not even a week later the polish lifted on one nail due to the black polish under the cat eye was never cured all the way. I went back and they fixed it only for it to do the exact same thing the very next day. They didn't let me leave my hands under the UV light for the time that I was asking and now all the polish is off one nail. read more

Just left the salon, decent prices so no complaints there. However, the guy who did my manicure wasn't very kind. He didn't speak and seemed liked he an attitude. Also, left a tip because I'm a business owner and I know how it is and he was short and cut me off when I was telling him how much for him and the lady who Did my pedicure, which she was nice. He wasn't doing me any favors because I am paying for a service, he didn't do anything for free and because of his attitude and how he made me feel, I may not go back and if I do, I won't let him work on my nails.
