Despite multiple nail techs being available, they did not work efficiently--no one doubled up on services, meaning we had to sit through separate manicures and pedicures instead of having them done at the same time. My nails turned out terrible. Instead of properly painting them, the tech used white powder and seemed to avoid doing the job correctly. The result looked nothing like what I requested (see attached photo). To make things worse, when I had to return for a simple fix on a smudged toenail, they made me wait until they finished with five other customers before addressing it. A five-minute polish fix turned into yet another long, unnecessary wait. If you care about the quality of your nails and the service you receive, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I would absolutely not recommend this salon. I will say it's a nice clean salon. If they tried harder they could fix their 2.8 yelp review score.

I was waiting for the polish to dry, but they had put on my sandals and was told to pay at the front. Because it didn't dry all the way, my pinky toe got scraped off. I won't be back and I don't recommend. I was really looking forward to support local businesses, but this place wasn't meant for me. I went about a month ago, and I had an older lady which was new for me. I had asked for just a fill and yellow nails with white pokadots. And I told her to just paint them yellow and let me go I didn't even care about the 75 dollars I just lost. I wanted to cry. I don't recommend coming here.
