I've been wanting to come here for a while now but didn't get the chance to until last week. It's in a great location and the brewery itself is open and vibey as can be. We got there about an hour before closing so we didn't end up getting to listen to the music that was playing as they were packing up as we came. I hope we get there earlier next time as we love listening to live music as we sip excellent beers. The beers were spectacular. I had the Local IPA and my gf had the Sour City: POG. The server was very welcoming and friendly. There was probably 8-10 people there when we came and everyone was happy, smiling, and enjoying themselves and their beers. It's a smaller brewery but has that homey charm to it. A must try if you are in the Clifton area. Parking does fill up quick!

One of the best perks about the place is that Rutts Hutt is across the streeet for when you get hungry. Ghost Hawk also throws great outdoor events with food trucks and local vendors selling their products. If your lucky you might catch a local hardcore show one night. They've got a solid core range of beers - IPAs, lagers, stouts, sours - and special/seasonal flavors too, and even have their own hard seltzer line for those non-beer drinkers. I'm not an IPA person but lots of people seem to like their hazy IPAs (which my husband ordered). I stuck with my usual wheat beer and had a Belgian white...with blueberry! Delicious. The laid back and friendly vibe, down-to-earth crowd, and bright interiors with café-like seating areas all make Tribesmen a relaxing place to keep company. The calendar is filled with events such as trivia night, karaoke night, live music, and quaint social activities like crochet & sip and bonsai bar. Best to eat before you arrive. Overall, Silk City Distillery has remained consistent since my last visit. Extras: - All alcohol is made at the distillery. - Distillery tours are available by appointment. - SCD has some hilarious Tee Shirts for sale. - 2 Restrooms on the premises. - Adjoining Ghost Hawk Brewery shares a small parking lot with SCD.
