At this point, I didn't want it anymore, but then they gave a told me the total and I ended up just driving up to the front because I thought maybe they finally got it and the picture is what I received it was a scoop of pistachio and chocolate ice cream with caramel and almonds, and a whipped cream and cherry on top nothing at all like the Dubai chocolate sundae. They charged me $10 for this and it went into the garbage. I've talked to online support and they have given no help about the situation. I don't understand how you release a product and nobody knows about it or how to make it at anywhere.
