This is my wife and I's second visit here in the past few months. The staff has been welcoming and friendly both times we've been in. This is our go-to stop after church for a quick tasty lunch. We each always order the detox island green smoothie and the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. The food doesn't take long. You get chips with your sandwich. The Detox Island Green has kale, spinach, mango, pineapple, banana and fresh ginger. Sometimes you can really taste and smell the ginger, other times it's mixed in well. This smoothie is also naturally sweetened. Looking at the menu board, you'll notice this smoothie has less than 200 calories compared to the others which have 500-600 calories.
