Always looking for a new ice cream place, when we came across this one. Stopped in today for some ice cream. This place has a lot of different options for you from ice cream cones to sundaes, banana splits, and many more. Lots of flavors of ice cream too. It's a ptakeout ice cream place with a couple of seats, where you can enjoy your treat. The woman who waited on us was very nice, and although we were there early, she served us anyhow. Here is the problem. Over eight dollars for a small cone. Secondly I ordered ice cream and had absolutely no flavor. Hubby Ordered pistachio ice cream and a small cone and he said he had no flavor. I'm disappointed with this place. I was hoping to find a good ice cream stand that we could go to when the urge struck. This is not the place. I doubt we will be returning. read more

We love their ice cream, and we are loyalty members. On Customer Appreciation Night, they did not give us the discount automatically when ringing up even though they asked for our loyalty number. When I asked why, the girl working there said her manager told her not to give the discount unless a customer specifically asked. I love this place! They have grange door style windows so that you can Enjoy your ice cream inside and still a bit outside. They have SO many flavors of ice cream and toppings. This place is a traditional ice cream place with lots and lots of options. All the ice cream is creamy and delicious. You have to give it a try if your in the area! read more

Perfect treat for a scorching Florida summer day. Location isn't the easiest to navigate into the strip plaza, but it's a quaint walk up and order at a window style ice cream joint. Plenty of metal tables and chairs to sit, some are under roof out of the sun and a few are in the sun. Young man serving these sinful concoctions was delightful and friendly. When I asked about the blueberry cobbler he immediately offered a sample & it was a generous sample. It's was scrumptious. I ordered a small waffle cone with blueberry cobbler, it seemed more like a medium, but I'm not complaining! Price was around $7.50, but it was worth every penny! The young man apologized for my minimal wait, (not enough time to sign up for the rewards program) approximately 3-5 minutes. Three people ordered before me. I expected to wait longer. For signing up for the rewards I received $3.00 towards my next purchase and the app allows you to add your previous purchase if you don't sign up prior. This location has a drive thru, but it's kind of hidden. That's the only thing I would suggest they had better signage to indicate a drive thru. I will absolutely be a returning customer! My wife and a few friends stopped by to get a cone, and I saw the words "Apple Turnover" and had to try it out. It was one of the best desserts I've eaten in a long time. A young lady named Lauren (I Think, that's her name) greeted us with a smile, and her customer service was top-notch. Logan is the young mam who made our order and he was equally nice and very professional. If you haven't had this sundae, please go check it out because I think it's only there for a limited time. I do like this newest ice cream store on Bloomingdale in Valrico. I've only been a couple of times just to have a small scoop of ice cream. Each time has been a good experience. It reminds me a little of Carvel Ice Cream. Only because the ice cream is very smooth and creamy like Carvel. It brings back memories of my ice cream outings with dad as a kid growing up in Miami. I think he would have liked Bruster's ice cream. Especially the pistachio ice cream which has whole pieces of pistachio in it. I'd go back just for that flavor. I also tried the chocolate peanut butter buckeye which was another good choice. I will be back to try other flavors. I know it's a rotating menu, but they do have your usual daily flavors as well. I'd like to try something with cherry or banana next time. Maybe the banana cream pie or black cherry ice cream flavors. They also have a list of no sugar added ice creams as well as shakes, sundaes, splits, cakes, and pies. This is a great addition this area. read more

I am a ice cream lover but unfortunately can't have it because it makes my stomach hurt. So, when I saw a vegan dairy free option I had to try it! When you arrive the outside has chairs and fans which is perfect for a hot day. You walk up and order and the next window is where you pick up your ice cream. I went with mint chocolate chip, and strawberry. A strange combination I know. They don't have a lot of options for the dairy free ice cream which is a tad disappointing. It was still great, and I would tell people to check it out. If dairy doesn't bother your stomach, I heard the ice cream is fantastic! read more

Really disappointed in our visit to this location. We ordered four items...two small ice cream cups, one milkshake and one small waffle cone. Sat at the drive thru box for ten minutes before order was taken and twenty five more minutes at the window. When receiving the items, the first ice cream cup came out the window with only one of the flavors ordered. The man at the window then grabbed it back from my hand and said "My bad" before disappearing for two minutes. Next ice cream cup came out with the fixed one, both not full. The waffle cone came out about five minutes after, again with only one of the two flavors ordered. The man again took the ice cream out of my hand and back into the store. Please keep in mind that the cone had been touched by me and was inside my vehicle. I then requested the receipt...everything was correct on the receipt so I was confused how two items had been messed up. Lastly, we were handed a chocolate milkshake. As we pulled away, we noticed that the milkshake was pure liquid...basically chocolate milk. I then had to park and ask the girl at the front to remake it. After all the inconveniences, the ice cream was still bland and lacked flavor. The coffee and chocolate peanut butters being the worst. When my husband went to go pick it up they made him wait in line behind all the other customers saying that they prioritize customers that just placed orders in person over the ones that placed them online.
