When I first had Crumbl cookies several years ago, they were horrible. Undercooked, overly sweet…read moreand tasteless. Yes, I tried different varieties. I had one today & it's probably a 2.5. They have work to do, but maybe they're listening to feedback from their customers. With a name like crumbl obviously they're not gonna put out a crispy cookie. The chocolate chunk cookie I had was so bland. The only flavor I tasted was the actual chocolate chunks. It's still slightly too sweet. but I don't really see the hype of crumble. The slice and bake or break and bake cookies have a better flavor than Crumbl, IMO.
