    Lovely Cookies (24)

The chocolate is good, but the customer service is seriously lacking. I've visited Melt & Dip several times over the past few weeks, so I know what to expect. This visit, I ordered the Dubai chocolate cheesecake and Lovely Cookie. The cookie was barely baked, completely runny, and practically souping on the plate. When I brought it up, I was told that's "how the cookie is made," which was honestly insulting considering I've eaten here before. I also had an uncomfortable experience when I entered my phone number for rewards and was questioned about whether I had used the customer before me's rewards. Then, when I asked for a refund, I was told they don't do refunds because they're a franchise, while the employee smirked. I was left waiting another 20+ minutes for a remake I didn't even want. I brought someone here because I had bragged about how good it was. Unfortunately, the food may be good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. This experience was disappointing and honestly embarrassing.

WOW is the first word that comes to mind! I love melt n dip! They have everything from chocolate fountains, gelato, coffee, cakes, fruits, the list goes on and on. Not only does every plate look like a art. It's also just as delicious. Their fruit platters are extremely fresh and they're gelato is very tasty. I had a lot of things here and not one thing has disappointed all that to say you really can't go wrong. If you're in the area looking for a sweet treat this is the place you need to stop by and check out!

Service is great. But please be patient as the cashier is the one preparing the food and drinks. This is the perfect place for a dessert. The food is delicious. Atmosphere is really nice. The chairs and inside are pretty to me. Only thing I don't like is how the lights shine on the menu so it's hard to read. I got the Melt N Dip crepes twice. I customized mine both times. It typically comes with strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, and bananas. I like just the strawberries and added pistachio nuts on top. The chocolate is so delicious I was scraping my plate. The crepes were nice and crispy. My kids got the milkshakes. They approve. The milkshakes come with whipped cream on top. They have Dubai chocolate here. I did not try it yet. I want to try the waffles and cream puffs, but I'm addicted to the crepes. One day I will try them.

It was great, I had a pistachio and white chocolate crepe with crushed pistachios topping. I would probably go with something else that has a filling of fruit or next time I'll request to add in fruit to it as well. To cut the sweetness I got a cafe latte no sugar!!! The coffee itself was great, the biscoff cookies was stale. Overall the place is open late, was very clean and our friends were able to enjoy the space!!! Would go back

This Dubai chocolate crepe is AMAZING! I'm obsessed with desserts that have a little crunch, and every bite delivers the perfect crispy texture

Please consider supporting this business expansion so that it remains available to us. This does not appear to be an experiment to see how it goes. All of the signs, including outdoor signs, have been updated or replaced to announce that the business is open for dinner. The dining room is too bright. I suggested to server, who passed my comment on, that they should figure out how to dim the lights or turn some of them off. Speaking of the server, she was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Our server's name was Ava, and she is an immigrant of Greek and Albanian descent, who has been in the United States for 29 years. Ava happily brewed a fresh pot of decaf for us and offered drinks for us to take with us. We were given the regular menu and a dinner supplement. I have attached copies of the dinner supplement and you can see there are varied options--and you can also see how reasonably priced the options are. Portion sizes were great. Too much for us, anyway. I had the fried shrimp platter and the $13.95 price included the shrimp, french fries, sauteed green beans and a really nice dinner salad. Joanne had the chicken salad croissant sandwich. She really liked her sandwich. I liked my dinner but being candid, I would be surprised if the shrimp were breaded in house as opposed to prepared and frozen by the purveyor. I will try something different next time or will have the shrimp grilled. Portions were plentiful. Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience. Based on the food, the location and the prices, we are certainly happy to support Eggtown for dinner.

Food smashed into the dirty carpet, menus smeared with grease, slimy handprints on every glass and plastic surface. Is the place cleaned by toddlers?! If the missed health standards aren't enough to deter people (wish I'd read those beforehand), the layers of grime should be a red flag. If that's what customers are seeing, imagine the kitchen. Also, the food was bad. Like everything. Grisly gnarled chicken, inedible, dry cornbread, and nasty mac and cheese. I didn't try anything else because it was so gross. My family members also hated their food. Staff waited until the last minute to refill things as it seemed like someone is opting to cut some sharp corners. Again, I felt bad for everyone working there. It seemed busy enough to turn a profit, yet there was something depressing about the vibe. I came here last year with my dad, and it wasn't like this, so it was disappointing. We were relieved to get out for under $100, but it was just nightmare fuel. Not worth it. Owners need to be more involved in operations here.
