    Chocolate raspberry truffle

Walking in it's bright and clean, the friendly shake baristas greet me right away and offer a taste of their many chocolate bars behind the glass. I tried pb toffee and it was delicious. I ordered a raspberry chocolate truffle shake. As i watched it being made i chatted with them about trying everything. They said yes. One of the ladies had quite the fun personality and made me laugh even let me taste test my shake before i got it. It was tasty. I just wish i had asked for it thick. I couldn't finish it. Very filling. Will return soon.

Now opened here in Brandon FL. Stopped in this afternoon to get some treats and check out the new location. They inside has a few tables and bench seating for guests. The staff is super friendly I got to meet Amy and her team and they gave us a quick chat about milkshake factory. We were able to sample some chocolates and went over their most popular flavors of milkshakes. I ordered a banana fosters milkshake and it was so delicious! It has a great taste, bananas with toffee sauce and cinnamon is just perfect. Definitely will be back soon!

Clean restaurant friendly workers even coming in right at closing time they was still nice and gave great service. Was delicious the toasted smores marshmallows was so good

We decided on a late night treat and gave this place a go. Lots of flavors and chocolates to choose from. The service was very welcoming and also offered samples of our choice to try. We arrived on a Friday night and though they were busy, we didn't wait long for our order. Happy to have another regular stop added to this plaza.

Chocolate chocolate and more yummy chocolate

Terrific place for gifts!…read more I got an email from Yelp recently, telling me about places I should go visit. I saw this Chocolatier in Carrollwood and knew I needed to visit. Located on N Dale Mabry, in the same plaza as Burger 21, Peterbrook Chocolatier is open most days until 8 or 9 PM (except Sundays). This is very convenient for a busy person like myself. I rolled in around 7 last night, and was warmly greeted by Pam. I told her I was looking to get some gifts to show appreciation for some folks and she showed me the most popular items, and then gave me freedom to wander and collect. These folks cover so many things is chocolate. Potato chips, Oreos, Graham crackers, espresso beans, malt balls, raisins, gummy bears, toffee and so much more. They have a very large selection of ready to go baskets full of goodies for Valentine's Day, or you can have one custom made with treats you know your sweetheart will adore. They also have a case of beautiful chocolates you can have boxed (they have heart ones for the holiday!) and Gelato for a yummy snack. I bought a few extra things for myself, and I must say, the chocolate is delightful. I tried the dark chocolate covered candied oranges and they were fantastic. Highly recommend visiting this place for a tasty treat for yourself or someone else.

I got Chocolate covered pretzel rods, peanut butter cups, malt balls and Dubai chocolate. All extremely delicious! They just opened in June. Located doors down from Burger 21.

I must be the only person who didn't know that Mike's Pies is hidden in an office/warehouse space…read moreon Windhorst near Falkenburg Road. They've been there for 3 years now. I was still getting their key lime pies at Winn-Dixie up until this past week. For those who are not local, they started their business in Tampa over 30 years ago. The pies can be found nationally at restaurants and grocery stores. They happened to be one of many contestants in a pie contest on GMA recently which prompted me to look up their address. They are closer than I thought. As others have said, it's hidden. Thankfully I read the reviews stating that because it still took me a while to find it. I had also read that you need to call ahead if you want something specific, or during the holiday rush for pies. I went on a whim to see what they had available. They had many frozen pies, and I believe some were being held for pick up orders. She said there was one seasonal guava cheesecake left. At that point, I didn't even really care what other flavors they had. I think they had key lime, pecan, and others. It was guava that screamed the loudest to me. It was a very quick transaction after that. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I kept it in the car for a while because I had other errands to run. It defrosted enough were I could pull out a slice of it and pop the rest into the freezer (yep, it can be refrozen). These cheesecakes are already pre-sliced which is very convenient. Mind you, these are larger than any of the Mike's Pies sold at grocery stores. There are 12 big slices in this cheesecake. I couldn't wait for my slice to defrost. I went ahead and ate it partially frozen. It was the best cheesecake ever! The guava is not just on top of it. It's mixed inside the cheese cake. It had guava in every bite. It ended up being so creamy towards the end as it continued to defrost. Maybe because I took my sweet time savoring each bite. I so wish this flavor was on their regular local menu. I remember seeing it on the menu at Fat Willie's Fish Camp back in September but they ran out of it. I feel like this cheesecake was meant for me to find. I will get it again whenever it's back on the local menu. This cheesecake will have to last until then.

They have beautiful sets of mixing bowls that remind me of the Great British Bake Off show. I saw the traditional teapots that you see all over the English countryside. There's snacks, chocolates, hard candies, tea, frozen pies, curry sauces, cheese, and even ice cream. I felt like I was back in Woodbridge, England. I honestly haven't seen this many grocery items in one place since being stationed over there. It really brought back great memories. I ended up buying some sweets. I was mainly looking for a box of Cadbury Roses, and some hard fruit candies with soft centers. I can't remember the brand name. I ended up getting the Cadbury Bournville bar in the Old Jamaica flavor. I thought it had been discontinued. This is actually the first time I've seen it in years. I also got the Simpkins Mixed Fruit Drops. It's the simple things that make me happy. All tasted exactly as I remembered them to be. I didn't get to hang out at the store long enough. I think that's a good thing, because I would have bought the Cadbury Eclairs and the Walkers Roasted Hazelnut Toffee bars. I'll need to pace myself. I can't wait to return for more goodies. It will be even more tempting at Christmas time when they bring in seasonal candies (hopefully liquor filled), and tree ornaments.
