Jeremiah's was handing out free Jelati cake samples with any purchase. Of course I was excited to take a trip for this lol and it did NOT DISAPPOINT!! This location didn't have my favorite coconut, so I went with strawberry lemon and sampled the birthday cake... the birthday cake was delicious, it tasted how the original carvel cakes used to taste. It was creamy, buttery not too sweet and the cookie crumbs added texture. It was amazing!!! (I want it for my birthday LOL) The strawberry shortcake was also very yummy. We got four pretty basic soft serve cones for a little less than $20. There is an inside area with a few tables. We got ours to go, so I did not visit inside, but the outside area was clean and well kept. T soft serve was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend! read more

I thought I wrote this review before but here goes nothing. It's not like the Italian ice from the northeastern states but it is a great way to cool down on a hot day. What I mean is that I'm used to Italian ice that has a bit more natural flavors instead of sugar syrup or whatever it is they use to flavor some of their ices. Lemon up north comes with lemon peel mixed in and is tart. I just feel like the majority of the flavors are very sweet. Not a bad thing, but just worth noting. Now, there are a few flavors that do task a bit more natural like coconut and salted caramel. Those both are actually very creamy tasting which is different and I actually like it. The workers are always nice and seem to be working just fine even with the COVID restrictions. One thing I find odd is when I get it to-go, they put it in a bag. It is kind of odd since the tops aren't completely sealed. So one wrong move in your car and the ice spills out if you don't have it in the cup holder and the napkins get wet. I encourage you to mix and match flavors or download the app to see what suggestions they have because some of the flavors are quite nice when mixed together like salted caramel and green apple (like a caramel apple). The app is also great because you can earn rewards points to get free ices or free ices on special occasions. They also have ice cream which you can mix in with the Italian ice and make a gelati. I'm not a fan of gelatis, so I stick to just the ice. read more

Seriously one of the best spots for something sweet. The line is never too long, and the staff is warm & friendly. I like the walk up style so you don't feel stuffy inside somewhere trying to squeeze the line in thru the door. The combinations are endless and the portions are perfect. This gelati was really, really good! I was kind of hoping that it wouldn't be since it's so close to where I live. I don't know why I didn't try it sooner. This place has been in Bloomingdale Square for a while now. It's always popular. I've seen a steady stream of people coming and going from this little shop. They have indoor seating and it appeared to be open. You place your order at the window. During COVID-19, they have blue markers spaced out so that you can social distance. The employees were wearing masks and gloves. They have a separate window for samples. It was open and I did see someone over there. I didn't get samples even though it was my first time there. I just read that the cookie butter is very popular in many of this reviews so I wanted to give it a shot. I couldn't decide between the cookie butter and the salted caramel. I decided to get both swirled with vanilla soft serve. It was pretty awesome! The small size is actually quite big since they over fill it. It was more than enough for me. I got it to-go, but I kind of wished I didn't ask for a lid. It's a prettier picture with the untouched swirl topping. I ate it right away in the car. It didn't make it home. It was creamy, cool, and had so much flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had suggestions when asked. I'm looking forward to returning for another tasty treat. Jeremiah's Italian Ice is the perfect treat on a hot, summer day in Florida. This was my first time trying Jeremiah's, but I have tried several other Italian Ice shops previously. Jeremiah's has the most flavors of Italian Ice I've ever seen! I usually always get strawberry Italian ice, but I decided to try something new since there were so many options. I tried the cotton candy Italian Ice in a gelati with vanilla soft serve. The flavor was amazing, and not too syrupy. My husband got the Scoop Froggy Frog gelati with the chocolate/vanilla swirl soft serve. He LOVES anything mint chocolate, and this was no exception. The staff was friendly and asked if we had ever been to Jeremiah's before. Because this was our first time, the team member briefly talked us through the menu. There was plexiglass covering most of the window--there was just enough open to hear the person on the other side, and pass the treats through. The staff wore masks, and we felt very safe throughout the entire experience. We did not have to wait in a long line to order and our gelati came out shortly after we ordered. These are amazing! Can I just say that?! Ok because they absolutely are. With so many options of Ice to choose from and then to mix and match them! I got the lemon and passion fruit and it was full of flavor without being syrup sweet and I'm a fan because sometimes ices can be too sweet and sugary tasting. My mom got the mango gelato which is a mango ice and soft serve. She is notorious for her pickiness with sweets but she said she has a new favorite place and so we will be seeing a lot of this establishment. My dad got the orange smash and he seemed to quite enjoy it. There are talks of returning this upcoming weekend so clearly this says something not only for the service but the food. Note wearing a mask definitely made it harder for the girl at the front to understand my orders but they are so nice about it and correcting any mistake! Great service. read more

What's not to love about Jeremiah's. Their gelati is seriously sooo good, I just want more and more each time. They have tons of favor too choose from, my favorites are cookie butter, cookie & cream and pina colada. I love the texture, so creamy, soft and not overly sweet. You order from the front window and pick up your cup from the next window. There are chairs if you want to seat outside but they also have many seats inside if you prefer indoor seating. Customer service is great, very friendly and very fast with your order. My wife's favorite is a pina colada & strawberry mix with some vanilla ice cream on top I have introduced Jeremiah's to 3 of my out of town relative's and now it's a routine visit whenever they are in town. This place is great. And not because it has shave ice or halo-halo or any Hawaiian concoction that it resembles, but because it's truly the best thing since white bread, and unlike anything else. Don't try to compare it, there is nothing like it, it's unique. The ice cream is hand spun authentic vanilla and chocolate. Swirl that with the amazing unique flavors of the ice, and something interesting happens! My favorite: Cookie Butter 'ice', Swirled in a cup, and layered with Vanilla ice cream. Tastes just like a Speculoos cookie! Delicious! Many times I've put my treat back in the freezer to have later, because I couldn't finish. There are tables inside where it is nice and air conditioned, but you have to stand outside at the windows to place and received your order. We have been coming to this location of Jeremiah's for a few years now. I have no clue why I have not reviewed them before. This most recent visit was different than any other in the past as we are now in the midst of COVID-19. My family has been embracing the social distancing and precautions pretty well. When we wanted a special treat we decided to load up in the car and drive here just to see if any extra measures were being taken. If we felt comfortable with them, then we would get some treats. If not we would leave. I am happy to say, the precautions they have implemented are good. They have added plexiglass to the majority of the service window. Only leaving enough space to pass the food. There is now hand sanitizer outside between the service windows. The ground is marked with spots for social distancing and there are signs saying masks are required. Additionally, they now only have one table outside to sit at whereas before they had four. One thing I was disappointed in was not all customers were adhering to the mask requirement nor the social distancing. The staff also did not speak up to remind people to follow the rules they have listed. We will be back read more
