We were able to get the last Dubai Chocolate inspired cake for Mother's Day. It comes in a box, much like ice cream. It's very rich, so a small piece is all that's needed. I came to this location after driving to another location in Riverview for the Dubai chocolate Sundae that was just released. The other location I placed a mobile order and they didn't have the product so they weren't able to sell it to me. They did process me a refund and told me to come to this location on Lumsden. When I got here a gentleman got on the mic and I asked if they had the Dubai Chocolate sundae first he said no, and then another lady came on and said they did have it, from there it was absolute chaos The guy was asking me how to make it over the mic, and the other lady would cut back in and it's the pistachio and chocolate. At this point, I didn't want it anymore, but then they gave a told me the total and I ended up just driving up to the front because I thought maybe they finally got it and the picture is what I received it was a scoop of pistachio and chocolate ice cream with caramel and almonds, and a whipped cream and cherry on top nothing at all like the Dubai chocolate sundae. They charged me $10 for this and it went into the garbage. I've talked to online support and they have given no help about the situation. I don't understand how you release a product and nobody knows about it or how to make it at anywhere. read more

Customer service was wonderful and the ice cream and donuts were delicious. I sat in there with my friends and enjoyed my meal. The place is very clean and welcoming. They allowed us to do art in here for a long time. These employees were wonderful and deserve a raise. read more

It didn't surprise me that this location had bad reviews because my experience was definitely similar. This BR location is intermingled with Dunkin Donuts and they had a drive-thru but we wanted to experience sitting inside like the old days and enjoy our ice-cream but maybe we were better off with the drive-thru. When we entered, there were at least 4-5 employees working behind the counter but only one was helping the customers so there was already a wait to get ice-cream. Their ice-cream selection is VERY limited and I was surprised that they didn't have Cookies and Cream. That was a huge disappointment on my end. I wanted to sample the chocolate but the lady ended up just giving it to me on a cone so if it was good or not, I had to no choice and thankfully it was delish. I also ordered a donut and that was good but the customer service was lacking and I mean I wasn't expecting 5 star service but at least, some basic customer service. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM:The employees are NOT supported by the manager! Every time my family goes here to have ice cream, 31Flvrs is usually out of stock of at least 3 different kinds of flavors. My son& I went here on 12/9/19,we waited n the drive thru for 20 min. I decided to go in&get my $ back, but the very nice employee couldn't give me my $ back bc the manager wasn't on site. I kid you not, 4x prior they didn't have stock in ice cream, one time they closed the store bc there wasn't enough help IN the store, so we used the drive through but the service was horrible bc there wasn't adequate help.This latest visit is our last til we see a sign saying "under NEW management ". This review is particular to the Baskin Robbins at this location. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. We used the drive-thru to order 3 Banana Royales. The receipt showed the purchase of 3 Banana Royales. The attendant verified that we wanted hot fudge on all of them. We stated that we did. I only checked the top order in the bag. That was my mistake. When we got home, we discovered the bottom two ice creams had no bananas and no fudge. Instead, they were topped with pineapple. After 3 attempts to call them, I finally got ahold of someone to tell them the mistake and let them know I was on my way back. She was polite and said she would have them ready. They were ready when I arrived. I double checked the order in the parking lot and saw that they were again no Royales, because Royales have 2 scoops. I went inside and politely asked about it. I was informed that there were indeed two scoops of ice cream in the cup. The lady had put them in herself. Despite understanding that it was impossible to fit 2 scoops of ice cream, bananas and toppings into the cup, I nodded and left. I had no desire to to argue over the blatant lie with the shift leader. I just got home and emptied the cup into a bowl. There is only one scoop of ice cream. Overall, this has been an exhausting and time wasting experience. I will not go back to this place. read more

The best ice cream that I ever had was the German chocolate cake from the Baskin Robbins at Myrtle Square Mall in the early 80s. I've tried to find it again and again for years but it was never available. Recently I saw online that it was possible to special order if your local BR was willing to do it. I called the Lumsden BR and they were AWESOME! Everyone I spoke to was exceptionally helpful. They ordered it for me and after hearing me reminisce about it for years my family got to experience it. Awful! This is the absolute worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. They are the slowest moving people. Waited in line for 15 minutes for ice cream with 4 people working behind the counter moving slow as molasses. If you want to leave with a horrible customer experience, this is the place for you. Not to mention the staff isn't friendly and the place is dirty. This Baskin Robbins definitely taints the good name of the company. read more
