I want to send compliments to this location for training the employees to be friendly even in a rush. Most people choose to forego service and bury their heads in the work when they see a line out the door, but the smile on the young lady's face who served us made our experience worth the wait. The ice cream was yummy, as usual. I just wish there was a larger footprint inside the store. We were packed in like sardines trying to get out of the rain. Had a sweet tooth and decided to get some ice cream. Went with founders favorite sub chocolate for caramel and sub pecans for peanuts. Delicious! My favorite was the waffle cone chips option. They have the nicest staff Savannah was amazing with loads of patience! Clean, easy to find store, with a huge menu. All the ingredients were fresh and labeled and organized and displayed neatly. Everything we ordered was delicious! The guys were patient with us as they took our orders. The building was clean. There was an ample amount of seats outside and a few inside. We came on a Friday night. They have these cake push pops for $3 that's perfect for the kids. My boys loved them. I ordered the apple pie creation and my husband got the cookie overload special. Both were good. We were able to get all of our sweet fixes for less than $20. Money well spent! SN: i wish they would bring back the "that's how i roll creation" that was my absolute favorite! Loved the ice cream! it is a bit chaotic to get the orders in if you have a family of five due to space. It felt like you are being pushed aside if you aren't quick enough when they start a new order on the people behind you like you aren't priority anymore. It's rushed and loud when they scream over you to get the next people to push into your area to start their order when you aren't finished. The ice cream itself is so good. It's nice younger people helping you so I don't think they understand helping the customer to feel appreciated or I don't even know how to describe it. My son is Autistic and trying to help him with a community based trip to learn how to order and be vocal in the chaos was hard. The process could be a little less pushy and loud. read more

Don't get what all the hype is about. Got 2 of the medium size with 2 mix ins (1st free on each). Mix in tasted old and was mixed in so much it was unrecognizable. No "adult" management in sight. You can't go wrong with a place that has a great selection on ice cream. Then you have a decent amount of toppings. The one downfall is the layout of the store. It is SUPER narrow. So if there's anyone in line, you're literally on top of each other or sliding by each other as you order or stand in line to order. I REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted some of those chocolate goodies that you find in ice cream cake. The young lady who helped us said the chocolate shavings were the closest. Definitely not as good. But it didn't ruin my ice cream so I guess it's ok. I love the songs they sing when they get tipped. Not a fan! Used to love Cold Stone when I lived in California. This did not seem like the same at all. I got vanilla ice cream with apple pie and caramel. Ghe girl that waited on us was very nice, no problem with staff at all. nice new place so very clean and inviting. I expected the apple pie to be the cinnamon apples with pie crust. No, just the baked apples. She said she could add crust, so I said "yes please" and she sprinkled what looked and tasked like crushed graham crackers. umm, not crust! Just made the ice cream icky. I didn't like it at all. ice cream way too soft and soooo sweet I expected my teeth to fall out. And she made way to much to fit in my medium cup, so she threw it away. Wow, what a waste! I ordered ice-cream from here on Sunday through the website. I put allergic to almonds on my order. Get my order and take a bite, it has almonds. Right away I call the owner because this has happened before but I caught it before taking a bite. This time I didn't check because he assured me the way I ordered would stop me from getting almonds. Super excited we finally have cold stone down here! We went and the service was great and ice cream amazing as always!

We went in around 8 pm on a Friday night and to no surprise, there was a long line. The line was going smoothly and we did not have to wait for long. A very disgruntled customer came in because her daughter did not realize that her pick-up order was in the freezer and they had been waiting for 40 minutes. She was screaming at the poor employees, who appeared to be teenagers, about how her teenage daughter had to wait for so long. When she was told that it was in the freezer the entire time, she then complained that someone should have assisted her daughter (who didn't ask for help) and that the ice cream was soft. There is a sign for pick-up orders and while I know that some people are not always aware of their surroundings, nobody should ever be screamed at like that. She threw a temper tantrum and demanded it be made again. The employees handled that situation so calmly and I wanted to applaud them for it. They had excellent customer service skills and continued to provide great service, despite being gaslighted by an adult. Great job team! We got our daughter's ice cream quickly and she enjoyed every bit of it. read more
