Cookies are such an American staple. I found their Smores Skillet cookie to be the best one I tried. I've heard that people sleep on their cakes, and that's a mistake. They have, hands down, one of the best Strawberry Short cakes I've tried. The rest of the cookies I got we meh. I wouldn't come back for them. The shop itself is super cute and quaint. I like that it's self service, however the staff should take a look at the cleanliness of the foyer. The floor was visibly dirty and neglected on my visit. Sometimes it's out of sight, out of mind, but the customer can see it all. The people were friendly but seemed to be busy, so I guess that's a good thing for a business. Hear me out! I have a love hate relationship with Crumbl. Sometimes I wonder what they are thinking with their recipes and other times, their menu is awesome. Their 4th of July week menu banged! I love their brownie batter cookie - warm and their strawberry shortcake is my absolute favorite. If those are on the menu, I'm there! I also love that they do regular sized and mini portions. I like to try it out to see the flavors that land with me. Then I'll get their normal sized portions when they are on rotation. Always a good experience at this location! Their cookies always come out so cute and tasty. A little too sweat for my liking but still good once in a while. Not sure if this is the case for other locations but this one is pretty small and doesn't have any seating inside or outside. Service is decent. read more

I'm usually very satisfied with the store, employees and my order. Today was the exception for several reasons. The lobby area when which walk in was extremely dirty and covered with leaves and some debris. Not a good look when your first open and lite door traffic. I understand that this is not the dream job people aspire to but if your disturb by a customer coming in for an order and you have to fill it, then maybe front of the house isn't for you. Tossing in the cookies haphazardly isn't a good trait. The counter tops could also use a decent scrub down as well. This had to be one of the fastest experiences I've ever had when it comes to purchasing food. We walked in, placed our order, and about a minute later we were being handed our cookies. The atmosphere was kind of clinical, but extremely clean well organized, and overall nicely branded. The cookies, the most important part, were absolutely delicious. If I had my cookies delivered I'm sure I would have been given a 5 star review. But I went to the Riverview, Fl. location. This location needs an EXTREMELY DEEP CLEANING DONE LIKE YESTERDAY!!! It smells like wet dogs and is very dirty. I thought it would smell like a sweet bakery but instead the place somehow smelled like wet dogs. I went at 10:30ish in the morning and the kiosk hadn't been wiped down and the counter the tablets sit on was very visibly dirty. The floors in the customer lobby area are nasty, like orange grimy nasty. It was normal to see giant crumbs of cookie on the work floor but that's an expected mess. But Just the stench of wet dogs and the dirty counter made me question if I even wanted to buy anything from this location. I didn't want to drive to Brandon for the second time so early in my day so I, very nervously, placed an order. Nervous because if a place of dirty and smells gross what's in my food?! How do I know if the cooking utensil are clean? What if the whole place is dirty and I end up getting sick?! Normally if I walk into an eatery and it's nasty I walk out immediately because of my before mentioned concerns. I received my order and like others mentioned the cookies are presented to you like a briefcase full of unmarked bills. No word are spoken by the presenter. You review the goods, they close the box and you take your goodies and leave. It's like an introvert dream. As for the cookies...well...they were delicious. Moist, well cooked. And I didn't get sick. I wish I got the mini's because the large cookies are exactly that. Large, which was a bit too much for me. I took little samples off each and left the rest for my family. The cookies were well worth it. I will go to a different location next time but the cookies were really good. So I would not recommend the Riverview Florida location...unless you like the smell of wet dog and don't mind dirty spaces. But I do recommend trying other locations of Crumbl cookies. read more

I went to go redeem my free cookie for my birthday, however; there was a young lady who saw me standing there after 8 minutes and asked if I had been helped. Horrible service and uncooked dough! You are not greeted when you walk in. The employees are huddled together in the back and no one comes to the cash register to ask if you need assistance. A VERY COLD and UNWELCOME greeting! You are forced to use the kiosks to put in your order. When one of the employees, several minutes later, comes to give you your order they do not say much as they show you your order. You wonder why you left a tip and wonder if you can get it returned for hardly any effort and assistance given by the uncaring employees.
