This was my first time trying Maple Street Biscuit Company, and I was pleasantly surprised! The menu is pretty extensive, although there are quite a few things on it that I personally wouldn't eat. I'm also not a huge fan of having a million things piled onto my breakfast sandwich, so I kept it simple and went with the regular chicken biscuit: a biscuit, fried chicken breast, and cheddar cheese. The chicken biscuit was good, although I felt like the chicken itself could have used a little more seasoning and flavor. The real star for me was the maple vanilla latte, it was absolutely perfect! Sweet without being overwhelming and exactly what I wanted with breakfast. The prices were reasonable, and even though I'd probably keep my order simple, I enjoyed my first visit enough that I'll definitely be back to try something else.it was also super cool to watch them hand make the biscuits, you can see them right from the register, and it made the whole restaurant have a homey feel to it. read more

Located in Riverview , we decided to come for breakfast before our day at the lagoon and anyone who knows me , knows I absolutely love MSBC and have been to several of their locations across the state. I love their biscuits and gravy , fried green tomatoes and maple vanilla latte iced or hot ! The service was amazing and I ended up having great conversations with the manager and few of the cashiers in regards to the area and the rumor surrounding the buy out of the company and what's next. Before I left I stocked up on several boxes of coffee in the k cups because it has become my morning staple as I now make the maple vanilla latte at home or while in my brand new office and need enough to last me months in case the new company stops selling it . Each box was $19 and let's just say I depleted their inventory lol. This location is a pretty good size with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Prices are affordable and food is fresh and delicious. read more

Wow I'm not sure why I waited so long to try this place. The service was very friendly. I took no pictures of the food but best belief it was great. My partner enjoyed the steak breakfast tacos. I had a chicken biscuit with hashbrown. So delicious and fresh. The very berry lemonade was refreshing drink. Definitely you can taste the food being fresh. I recommend this brunch place and I will be back !! read more

Got my nails done today and next door was Maple Street Biscuit Co. Decided to stop in to see why it's always so packed. It was a good choice. I got the Hash Bold Bowl and a regular biscuit with their house jelly. Food was ok. Ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Service was good and they were friendly. I'll try it again and try something different. Also will eat in vs taking it to go. Worth a visit if you're in the area. Menu was expansive for many palates. Enjoy! read more

I waited for so long to try this place and it didn't disappoint. The staff was nice and the restaurant was very clean. I tried the five & dime. It was amazing. The chicken was well seasoned and very juicy. They add a sausage gravy that has very big chunks of sausage. Definitely recommended. I also tried a but of the farmer. They added a apple butter that was really good. I also tried the iced churro latte. The flavor was really good. It had a caramel chocolate flavor I think, not sure. But it was really good. Also, I had a peach-berry lemonade. It was so refreshing!! read more

After my colonoscopy (ugh) we headed to Maple Street so I could finally eat.,.yay! I would have loved to get the chicken and waffles but they don't have sugar free syrup (I know, right?). So instead I got a bowl named Hash. It was potatoes, veggies, cheddar and scrambled eggs. Have to say it was good, a bit pricey at $13.99 but good. Listen up Maple Street.... Go to Publix and buy a few bottles of sugar free syrup, we diabetics would be very grateful. The fried green tomatoes are world class! read more

My family and I love ordering breakfast from Maple Street. We treat ourselves by ordering it to-go every Sunday. Our go to's: Chicken and Waffles- 5/5- Heavenly. We enjoy sweet and savory flavors. Squawking Goat Chicken Biscuit Sandwich- 5/5- The perfect combo of goat cheese and pepper jelly to complement the chicken and biscuit. Five & Dime- 5/5- Again another flavor explosion of perfection. We get this with the spicy sausage gravy. Smash-browns- 5/5- The absolute best side. The creamy sauce included is drinkable lol. Seriously, I could put this on everything ! Service- 5/5- My order is always ready upon on arrival, packaged well, all sauces, utensils etc included. read more

I'm a sucker for the waffle chicken goat cheese sandwich! OMG the way the goat cheese and pepper jelly just oozes down that crispy chicken breading and biscuit yum! atmosphere is farmhouse chic and inviting, yes it's a franchise but the staff makes that feel insignificant. Go enjoy this favvy of mine ! read more

- Squawking Goat: unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the pepper jelly. The flavor wasn't for me. I did like combination with the goat cheese - Five and Dime: this was a pretty basic biscuit combination. The biscuit was nice and flaky, tasted really delicious. The entire sandwich as a whole wasn't out of this world though, especially for the price. I did like how the biscuit wasn't drenched in gravy, and how a lot of it was on the side so it wouldn't get too soggy - Smashbrowns: 10000/10 I would get these all day every day. I was almost tempted to get more after I finished mine! Overall, I would give this place a 3.5/5. My boyfriend did like his biscuits however, so it might be worth trying even though it wasn't my favorite! Taste the smashbrowns though, definitely worth getting read more

This is a solid brunch spot. Everything here is good and customer service is also great. I tried the Farmer and Five & Dime chicken biscuits, and the seasonal strawberry lemonade and iced churro latte. The Farmer has apple butter and cheddar and the Five & Dime had and egg and sausage gravy. I liked both equally but I can see why the Five & Dime is the more popular dish. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing and the churro latte was a good, rich dessert drink. read more

A friend invited me out to Maple Biscuit and I've never seen or heard of them before so when I checked their menu online, everything seemed really good. They specialize in biscuit dishes and entrees although they do have other options. You line up and pay at the register and find a seat as they bring your food out to you. Drinks are all self-serve which I really liked. There was no need for tipping since you basically do everything yourself such as clean up after you're done by putting your dishes in a metal tin as you exit. Biscuits and Gravy: 4/5, it was very tasty. Chicken Basket with Kettle Chips: 3/5, it was good but the buffalo sauce was a bit too sour for me and they drizzled a syrup over the chips and made them soggy which I didn't like. Sweet Grace Waffles: 5/5, star of the show. Chocolate chip waffles like I've never had before and just absolutely amazing! I enjoyed my time here, it was a great experience! read more

I arrived and ordered a biscuit egg and sausage sandwich at 8:10 AM. 27 minutes later I could wait no longer. I was the only person waiting in the dining room, there were maybe 4 pickup orders while I waited. There's absolutely no excuse they could make that would make any sense as to why it takes over 10 minutes to fry an egg and slap it on a biscuit much less 27 minutes. read more

Hubby and I visited a Maple Street Biscuit Company back in Jacksonville a few years back. For me it was okay. They service biscuits with various breakfast toppings. I decided to give them another try. Ordered the mushrooms biscuits and gravy which came with scrambled eggs. I was hoping to have pieces of mushrooms in the gravy I could actually see and taste, but didn't. Hubby had the sausage biscuits and gravy which also didn't have any sausage you can see in the gravy. However, the taste was good. We shared some Smashbrowns. Now these are excellent. The service was good and the place is a nicely put together. I feel it is pretty over priced for biscuits, but worth trying at least once. read more

I love this place and the food. There is a large variety and something for everyone. I always go to the farmer though the new buffalo sandwhich looked enticing! Tip is to read the chalk board so you aren't stumped for the question of the day. Sadly while service is usually amazing it took far too long to get my take out order this time around. The manager was very nice about it. All in all it's a staple and one bad experience won't ruin me going back all the time . read more

Had a great breakfast here a few months ago and definitely will be coming back. The food here is not too crazy expensive (although I live in Vegas now, so my concept of expensive might be skewed). I felt as if they had very unique flavor combinations without being too filling. I was able to try a few different things that everyone at my table ate and they were all pretty good. Highly recommend the meatballs! And their biscuits The one thing I like about this place was that they had unlimited coffee, and the coffee was amazing! They also have a lot of seating for such a small place. There's a huge table for like 12 people right in the middle, but people are also friendly to share the table. They also have a fun system for when they call your name, but I think that was the one thing that I didn't like as much, because it caused confusion. Basically for your name, they asked what your favorite candy was, and of course, some people picked the same thing. Either way, we still got our food, but I could tell that people were confused when names were being called. read more

My fiancé & I have ordered various times for delivery and have eaten here in person. The food no matter how received, is great! Also keep in mind that we absolutely LOVE fried chicken sandwiches. I have literally had their Cinnabons, pretty much all of their sandwiches, and even their coffee and it's phenomenal. The only issue is that I always wish I had more. The service is great when you go in. Folks in the front get the order right and are always pleasant. The vibes are what you'd expect from a fried chicken sandwich joint. Not too loud, but welcoming and a great place to stop & catch a bite or grab something quick to go. read more

Wow, from 5 stars down to two stars. Why oh why has this place sped downhill so much? I'll tell you why. Portions are half the size and prices continue to rise. Biscuits 1/2 the size they were, condiment containers 1/2 the size (forces you to buy extra apple butter) and can you find any smaller tomatoes for your fried green tomatoes? When I first tried Maple Street I would order "The Farmer" (still do) and could only finish 1/2 of it so brought the leftovers home for lunch the next day. Now I can finish the whole thing in less time then it took me to eat 1/2 before. Biscuits are tho size of a half dollar coin now. This was their claim to fame, their biscuits, why so small now? I would not order these mini biscuits to bring home for guests, I'd be embarrassed to serve them. The Farmer still tastes good, but you are paying lots more for lots less! They used to have the best fried green tomatoes I ever ate. These were tiny, TINY I say. Barely any of the crispy spicy batter that make them so delicious. They were actually greasy and soggy. Disgusting! I'm going to guess your orders are not as good when you order ahead and pick it up. DONT DO THIS, ORDER THERE! I'm really trying to find an excuse for the change I guess. Staff were great as always, too bad they are forced to serve their customers inferior portions with inflated prices now. No longer a super fan read more

So so good. I got the 5 and dime with some hash browns and a maple vanilla latte. Service was truly exceptional, the woman who took my order was above and beyond nice and my food came out very promptly. The sandwich was so so good and there was a ton of yummy gravy on the side. The hash browns were great, and I liked the sauce they came with too. My latte was also really good. Really can't recommend this place enough! read more

Fantastic! I go here everyday and it is always good. They treat you like family and everyone is so warm and welcoming.

Had retro plate. Eggs tasted like they were microwaved. Biscuit just fair and the watered down jelly was not good. 2 strips of bacon were just ok. however the smash browns were good. husband got chicken and waffles. chicken tasted like low end processed tenders. waffle had no flavor. would not go back. unsure how the overall rating is 4.3. this is a counter service establishment with nice inside and outside seating. read more

Update for Sunday Feb 11th visit around 10 am. Very busy day for this place. Can you blame them? Nothing beats a Sunday meal of indulgent southern comfort fare like sausage biscuits and gravy! I returned again. I usually get shiitake gravy but I was so hungry that I forgot to ask for it so instead today was sausage gravy. I ordered The Risky biscuit and my friend tried The Farmer. We both ordered the fresh oj, which is our favorite. The place was very busy as expected. The staff were hustling. I know from experience how challenging customer service can be especially in the food industry. Been there and would not want to do it again. It's def not everyone's forte. Our cashier was not one who enjoys this task. But the assistant manager and her awesome outgoing personality, hustle and patience more than made up for it. She was a whirlwind of happy checking on all the patrons and delivering food at a brisk pace. Inside and outside. She even held the door open for us, as I walk with a cane. Our meals took a while but that was to be expected. They were hot and delicious and I was glad to see my Risky Biscuit was finally served on a bigger plate so I didn't stress about gravy going overboard. I like that it has quite a kick of black pepper. And the fresh on was the cherry on the sundae. I shall return..... read more

Nice neighborhood spot for breakfast and coffee. Staff is great. Don't go if you are short on time. Kitchen is slow.

Decided to try something new and this place was a hit! First of all, I love biscuits. They have combinations that I would not have thought of or tried. However, the manager greeted us and helped narrow down our choices by explaining the options. Note: if you're not a biscuit person, they have other options as well. Fresh squeezed OJ is available as well. Delicious! read more

Food was good pricing is normal for FOOD...drinks is another category. $11 for breakfast egg w/cheese, biscuit and sausage not enough for leftovers (let's compare to IHOP serving for reference) It's the $6 for orange juice that threw me for a loop. Making each meal $17 per person Not sure if it was GREAT for $17 so I'm sticking with 3 stars because for $19 I can go to Cheesecake Factory and get breakfast and have leftovers. read more
