I explained this to the owner of this food truck and she let me know that they don't even use mayo to make their deviled eggs! I love a traditional deviled egg with the relish and paprika and all, but you won't find those here. All the eggs have a unique flavor and spin to them. I tried the: Buffalo with Bleu cheese Thai green Curry German Bier Cheese Blueberry Jalapeño All were different, but delish! I found this truck at the Sunday Morning market at Starkey Ranch.
