I think I'm in love with this business- they just can't do me any wrong lol We went to their Riverview location today, but the owner had to wrap up early for a big Latin event tomorrow; so we did what we had to do- DRIVE all the way back into the middle of Tampa to get our "FIX." No shame at all! The Riverview location has a concession trailer that shares the same parking lot space as Auto Zone. For the record I have been going to Frappe Xscape for a few years now since discovering them a while back, so you could imagine the joy I felt when I saw their trailer right in my very neighborhood- yes! The owners have done a excellent job with their Frappe recipes...every single mix I throw at them is on point- always. I recently inquired about catered parties, and was told that they'd done a birthday party for approximately 60ppl for UNDER $400; I expected it to be well more than that! This place is super cute inside too. They have 4 or 5 tables, and some stools near the front. There was only one person working, but he did a good job getting everyone's order & making everything in fairly good time. I also wasn't in a hurry though. I noticed they had a few take out orders, which is a good idea if you're in a hurry. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors.

They take ice cream, place it on a super cold plate which is likely powered to freeze, spread it out real thin, then use something similiar to a paint scraper or 1 1/2" putty knife and slowly push the ice cream fwd on a freezing plate causing it to roll. They continue to the other side of a the plate making 1 roll. They repeat the process stacking them side by side in a cup till its full and put on toppings to complete the creation. Its really Yum!
