It's my first time visiting Foxtail Coffee even though we have a location in the Jacksonville area. It's pretty cool and very clean inside with comfortable seating and tables. Lots of FT merch available, too. I ordered a hot breve made with heavy whipping cream (rich and frothy!) and an iced latte for later. Both of my coffee beverages were fresh, strong and delicious. Really good beans. The service was fast and friendly. And this location was the perfect pit stop on a three and a half hour drive from home. Impressed. read more

This is a great coffee shop. It has the warmth in its decor and vibe that Starbucks lost throughout the years. People were overall nice. Plenty of seating room with variety of table and seat types for whatever you're looking to do there. I've had coffee here three times and each time has been delicious. Went in for a bagel. They posted bagels on their board. When I ordered one I was informed they do not have bagels only bagel sandwiches. Ordered a cinnamon roll. When asked if I wanted it heated I should have known not very fresh. Have had similar ones from grocery that I heated myself. Did not try coffee. read more

Great location! This foxtail is located in the south of Riverview. I live between both locations and I prefer coming to this one! The inside is nice and spacious and I see plenty of people hanging out enjoying themselves or on their laptop working/studying. Everything was very clean and they have a wide selection of drinks and food items. We tried the iced Chantilly Latte and to eat, the Ham egg cheese croissant and the loaded hasbrown sandwich. It's their 2nd Riverview location. This one is closer to Big Bend Rd. It's not easy to get to when driving south on 301. You have to make a u-turn. It's much larger than its sister location. I can see why many people use it as a workspace with free Wi-Fi available. I love the décor here! Especially the monarch butterfly wall art. The wood furnishings make it more warm & inviting. The espresso in the lattes at Foxtail Coffee is always nice & strong. I never have to ask for another shot. The mocha latte with the strawberry foam was good, even though I rarely like that combination. I really liked the vegan & gluten-free oatmeal cookie sandwich. The service was friendly. The space is large, fits 88 ppl. I love the size, especially compared to the other riverview location. There's multiple unisex restrooms, multiple lounging areas, two bar areas with outlets, and tables. It's pretty dark and cozy. The individual taking my order, possibly management, was sweet - offered an option for the drink, I wanted. Very kind. The barista, on the other hand, rolled her eyes when she got the drink order. Did not think to tell me she filled my drink literally to the brim, it was spilling from the top... didn't realize until i got in the car and it spilled. I even had to pour some out so the top could fit. Just very inconsiderate with a hot order. SMH. The business should also offer drink toppers, as well, for when individuals like this one fill your drink to the top and the beverage doesn't spill out the drink when driving / transporting beverages. read more

Foxtail Coffee has been consistent across the board for me. I enjoy the iced cafe latte with simple syrup. It's usually pretty strong. The staff is always nice and very kind when I ask for water in my personal bottle which idk why I always feel like a burden when I ask (used to just filling it up in a water fountain or dispenser like at The Blend). Lots of table and work space here. Good wifi. Great for wfh. I think I got the pesto panini once and that bread was soooo good. Been here multiple times to wfh and there is great outlet availability too. It picks up later in the morning but nothing too noisy to focus. You can also order through the app and have the drink ready when you get there which is convenient! read more

I frequent Foxtail ever since I first learned about them in the Orlando area. They have great coffee and food items. With that said I'm not sure if this place is new so bear with them. I say this because as I was waiting for my order I heard them apologize several times to customers about food orders and offering refunds or other items. My coffee was great and given to me quickly but I will say it took over 25 min to get my food order. When they brought it they apologized for the wait and offered me a free drink on them next time. I was now running late to my destination grabbed food and ran out, unfortunately I didn't look at the food till later and realized I didn't get what I ordered. To say I was bummed is an understatement. I won't judge as I said not sure if it's new staff or they just opened. Just be patient and not rushed. I'm a huge fan of Foxtail Coffee! Every location is nice, but this one is my favorite. From the beautiful ambiance, to the nicest staff, you can go here for a quick coffee break with friends or to even do some work! First day of school! Dropped the kids off and hubby and I decided to try foxtails. Early morning it wasn't busy at all. Walked in and was very impressed with the establishment. I've been to this location before and initially didn't love the coffee but I came back to try it again and I liked it! Not the best coffee I've ever had but still enjoyable. I got a latte with a ham, egg and cheese croissant which ended up being about 15$. The sandwich was extra hot and so was the coffee. It wasn't super loud in the coffee shop (at least when I went on a Friday morning) which I appreciated. There was lots of seating. They know how to make a cappuccino! The best I've had in the area! It's on the smaller side, but it's cappuccino, not coffee with milk. Beautiful inside and a nice space to hangout, I saw some people on their laptops. I took the coffee to go and the lady was fast to make it. Friendly service. this is my second time in to Foxtail Coffee and i honestly have to say the customer service here is apalling to say the least, specifically the heavier set girl who's always on bar w/ a ponytail and slight highlights has been extremely extremely rude to me for now the second time. she should not be in a front facing customer service position. her energy is not welcoming whatsoever, she was literally on her phone texting prior to taking my girlfriends drink order, i then ordered and as she asked what i wanted she rang it in and then completely walked away, no thank you, no "would you like a receipt" no "itll be right out thank you so much" I've worked in the service industry for over 10 years, server positions in fine dining etc etc and this is honestly a joke of a place, take your money elsewhere where baristas actually take care and consideration for guests that come through the door, you lost a whole family of customers, good job (btw you drowned my espresso shots w cinnamon powder when i only asked for a dash, practically dumped half the cinnamon powder in my drink) no apology no can i make you a new one just handed it back like uh thanks. read more

Phenomenal location just what we need in the Riverview area. Beautifully decorated and very cute and spacious for a coffee shop. The breakfast items are very tasty and comes out fresh and hot lots of good choices for the coffee and teas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I've visited about 4 days in a row sorry not enough pictures but I certainly don't wanna spoil it for you as it's a must visit and hang out spot to meet local friends or colleagues maybe just to sit and enjoy and catch up on emails this is certainly the place for it. I was excited for a new coffee shop to be opened up near my house. Apparently I came in on their grand opening. The cashier had problems putting in my order of a London fog and a hot tea. I see that they time the hot tea to make sure that it is perfect to taste but by doing the cold beverage first with hot ingredients it melted and became watery and the lavender I ordered was also non existent. Given the cost of 12 dollars for two beverages, in all honesty I shouldn't have had to have the London fog be remade. I will come back and likely I will order coffee to see if I have a better experience l. If the coffee experience is better then I will retry the London fog, though the tea was really disappointing even on the second time around. I recommend for the London fog, steeping the tea in the way cold brew is done so the concentration is stronger and is already cold so that it doesn't melt the ice causing the drink to become watery. read more

I question all tastebuds that say this was good. It was a waste of $6 for me. The ice coffee was watered down and not sweet at all. I specifically said I wanted it sweet, I had to go back for two lire pumps and still not sweet. The barely put any half and half in the coffee so don't even know why I was asked it I wanted it because where is it??? I paid for extra caramel and simple syrup and cannot taste it at all. I used to come here 2-3 times a week because I had $100 gift card to use and needed a place to study. The ambiance is ok, plenty of places to plug in and work, but unfortunately that's the best thing about the place. If you order food with your coffee 95% of the time they won't see the food order or they forget, but either way you're not getting it with your coffee and end up having to ask for it twenty minutes later. The iced coffee flavorings they use taste really chemically, I don't know how to explain it. I use regular monin or whatnot at home and even that is way better than the stuff they're using. The cafe con leche is ok so that's what I would end up getting but gosh I wish this place was better, it has so much potential. read more

We were excited to have a coffee shop close other than Starbucks or Dunkin, but the service there is less than par. The girl with the white hair is complaining the whole time saying , "get me out of here " she swings her hair around and is constantly itching her head as she puts the lids on drinks. She then took her white jacket off and swung it on the counter at the bar and all you can see is her hair flinging onto the counter. She is too busy talking and complaining that makes all the customers wait. Then when another co worker asked what did you order we answer and she grabs the drink and shoves it on the counter with a look of disgust. Her attitude is horrible. Have been here multiple times and the staff is super friendly. The coffee shop itself is nice and has great seating. The problem I have run into is if they are busy they seem to rush and my coffee's have barely even been warm, I even tried to order it extra hot but still barely warm. I'm not expecting scalding hot drinks but I would like more than lukewarm. I have been there when they are slow and it has been good. Just would like some consistency. read more
