I visit Smoothie King regularly and it's definitely my go-to location. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient, and the store is consistently clean, which I really appreciate. I've only had a couple of minor issues where my usual smoothie didn't taste quite right, and I ended up throwing it out. However, I'm confident that if I had brought it to their attention, they would have gladly fixed it. I had ordered it to go and was on a time crunch to go back to the store so that was my fault. Overall, I've had great experiences here and will definitely keep coming back. Love Smoothie King! read more

I usually go to Tropical Smoothie, but while I was in the Brandon area, I decided to stop by Smoothie King. They did not disappoint. The location is small, but it has friendly staff and plenty of healthy choices. As a first-time visitor, the staff members were welcoming and offered helpful suggestions. I ended up trying the Caribbean Way. It's a fruit-forward blend from their "Enjoy a Treat" line, made with bananas, strawberries, and a papaya juice blend. They also had various add-on options like immune support or protein, depending on what you like. I'll definitely return to try another smoothie. Next time, I might even choose something healthier. read more

The service here was very fast and friendly. It's a smaller smoothie king location, not a ton of seating space - but I'm usually on-the-go to pickup my smoothies so this isn't a huge deal for me. It wasn't crowded so the seating that was available was there for the taking. There was plenty of parking in the shopping center parking lot. The store was tidy and organized - I'd stop through again. read more

Sadly it was disappointing. The blonde associate who "helped" us was incredibly rude. She was cranky and indifferent... definitely not a great way to start my Monday morning. The banana and strawberry smoothie was okay. I actually prefer the banana and strawberry smoothie from Tropical Smoothie cafe, because it tastes less sugary and it has a better consistency. I think had service been better it would have been an okay experience read more

I've walked by this location numerous times but this time decided to give their smoothies a try. The ladies working inside were welcoming. I was the only customer. The store looked very clean and organized. I did feel very confused and overwhelmed by all the choices at first. I still am to be honest lol. I placed my order for two mango based drinks, one plant based and one yogurt based. My plant based mango smoothie was delicious! The ladies were quick and efficient. I was explained to that they had a loyalty program, but only after I inquired about it and after in purchased the drinks. There is a limited seating area. It's odd that they still had some Christmas decoration up in mid January. However, I care more about the smoothies. The flavors were delicious and I'm happy that they're delicious and prices were reasonable. My 20oz smoothie Mango Kale smoothie started at $6.99. There's a parking lot available with plenty of parking! The menu has plenty of options! I'm sure I'll be back! read more

Got the pure recharge strawberry mango with blueberries added! So good! On Fridays they do $1 up did the next size so I went with it today. Still a little on the pricier side compared to usual Tropical Smoothie but I'll treat myself here from time to time because the smoothies really are tasty and blended well. Definitely didn't finish and put in the freezer to have for later. This location has great service from my experience today. read more

I am super biased as I truly LOVE ALL SMOOTHIE KINGS! Great location, great service and great smoothie! I think SK has without a doubt the best damn smoothie around. I love Smoothie King completely and this location is definitely my go-to. I feel like they carry way more options when it comes to snacks/food/supplements, etc than other Smoothie King locations I've been to. This location is also opened later to (until 10pm Monday through Saturday) The only downside (which isn't their fault anyway) is the parking situation. It's a shared lot in a Plaza which is usually packed because of the other businesses so it might get hard to find a space. Luckily they have their own reserved spots right in front just in case. In comparison to other smoothie business, their prices are very reasonable for the sizes they provide. And they offer Vegan options (!!!) for those like myself who are allergic to everything that's wonderful in life lol read more

I'm so flabbergasted with the experience I've received from this establishment today ! Livid is an understatement , I went to get my regular and was waiting for 5 mins in an empty line to have my order taken while the employee with orange hair was flirting with a customer . When I asked her can she take my order she proceeded to go in back and ignored me . Thankfully another employee was there to make my smoothies because the other employee declined my money and my order! I have never in my life experienced this type of customer service . It hurts the company overall especially knowing a lot of young faces ruin the experience for smoothie lovers like myself . Hopefully she got the man attention she was desperately needing read more

If you order from them don't order delivery through their app. Reason being If something goes wrong with your delivery order it will all be on you. They won't answer their phone when you call about your order. And if you call too many times they'll eventually just answer and hang up on you. And if you do call back yet again, they may just place the phone receiver down on the counter so you can hear them talking and working while you sit there on the phone like an idiot as that happened to me. I recorded the call and have proof of it happening but unfortunately nobody to share it with. I eventually got through to someone at the store about my order who said they need a manager and took my phone number but of course nobody called me back. I also went through the app to file a complaint so I could at least get my money back for my botched delivery but nobody bothered to call me then either. read more

Relatively quick service, when I'm finishing a 4-mile run I like to stop in here for a post-workout, low-cal protein shake. They have a huge menu of options, and you can get a number of add-ins (other fruit, energy shots, vitamins) to customize it however you see fit. Their powders are a bit overpriced - you can often find better deals online / Amazon. Convenient location has me coming back! read more

I just left this Smoothie King location after ordering a 20oz of Caribbean Way. As I drive up to the red stop light and wait for it to turn green I look down for brief moment. I had a random thought- for a split second, "What if this car in front of me just like backed into me? Ha." All of the sudden I hear a BOOM! I can't afford anymore accidents. I look up terrified. A black car has backed into me! The car casually drives forward and gets in the adjacent lane getting ready to leave. I get out of the car like "HELLO?! You hit me!" An elderly man gets out, waves his arm and leaves. I get back in my car reevaluating why I chose to leave my house anyway. I sip my Caribbean Way in frustration "Well, at least I got my Smoothie King" I think to myself. So Smoothie King if you read this just know y'all really made my day! The only highlight thus far. read more

No bathrooms for customers! Bad attitude from employees! Smoothie not fully mixed! Do not recognize anyone going here.

This place here is really awesome for nutrition bars, snacks, drinks and etc. This store has new owners which is really awesome compared to the old owner and staff they had. The new staff are friendly and actually will talk to you which is a big bonus to me and favorite in my book when I look for something I need or need to ask a question. The cleanliness of the store was quite good nothing a mess or spills on the floor. They even have a outdoor seating area for who ever will want to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather we're having. For drinks I recommend the Caribbean crave it's really good and it taste awesomely. How are the staff customer service skills and attitude? I will say this their nice and friendly. They do also offer VIP cards for $20 for the people who come in and order drinks and etc on a regular basis. read more

Smoothie prices - 20oz $5.29, 32oz $7.49 Boost $0.99 This is a chain that I've seen both in Tampa and Atlanta, but not one that we have in Chicago. (Of course, as soon as I said that, I spotted 1 at Chicago O'Hare airport.) The service here is quick and friendly. The kale drinks I've tried have all been delicious, which leads me to believe there isn't much kale in it. May favorites include the mango kale and carrot kale dreams. The shop also offer a huge variety of breakfast bars, protein bars, power bars. There are also healthy snack options like flavored kale chips (I wasn't a fan of these since they weren't crunchy and had a strange vegan cheese flavor to them), nuts, Skinny Popcorn (my favorite), etc. read more

This is the second time in a row I've had problems with this locations. Last time they forgot a smoothie for my delivery and their phone is always disconnected, so I had to leave work and go get it. Then they wouldn't give me a refund for the delivery fee. Now, an hour after I've placed my order, i went to check the status and my order was just canceled. Smoothie Kings can vary greatly between locations. I went from recently having one of the best smoothies (at a different location), to a very underwhelming experience. Upon entering, the place reeked of bleach, and the workers seemed very detached from the customer experience. The smoothie itself was just ok, not worth $8.. read more

I have realized why I have stopped coming to this place. All of the smoothies are filled with additives and supplements. Its hard to get an all fruit smoothie here. I tried one of the green smoothies with a veggie protein and it was disgusting. Fortunately for me I tried it an the store and after my reaction, the attendant offered me another option. I went with my old faithful the Caribbean Way which is the closest to an all fruit smoothie they offer. This store is not ideal for someone like me who just wants an all fruit smoothie, no protein, enhancements or supplements. If you are into that though you will likely be just fine. read more

Smoothie King - Went yesterday and again today - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Brandon, Florida

Taste was a 3 at best. I've been to all the smoothie places so I definitely had better tasting smoothies before. Menu was rather confusing, I felt like I need a study guide to order the right thing. Size for the price was good, I've noticed these smoothie prices are getting a little ridiculous. This one was high too, but got the largest helping. I feel as someone getting into a health crunch phase, that smoothie king would be the better option. They are more about proteins and supplements and less about fruity cool smoothies. I do like that aspect, but it also made it more difficult to figure out what I wanted, and the more supplements you add you could be breaking 10$ for one smoothie. read more

We bought 40 dollars worth of smoothies and went to use the bathroom and there was a sign saying only children, pregnant women, and handicap can use the restroom. We asked the employee working and she said people leave the bathroom a mess. I believe the company should consider cleaning their facilities a part of doing business. There were 4 employees in there when we ordered and none of the employees were very friendly or helpful. They did have a good selection of products. read more

This place is pretty good, I would not recommend the chocolate smoothies. They leave a little to be desired, definitely go with the fruits! I like the range of choices depending on what you're looking for, fitness, immune support, weight loss, or even a sweet treat. The menu also lets you know with a little yellow MR circle whether or not a smoothie can be used as a meal replacement or not. They do not offer food, this is pretty strictly a smoothie place. They do however have a nice range of protein powder for sale and pre workouts, and mixer bottles for sale. Also offered are protein bars and snacks, and healthy-ish snacks like pretzels, yogurt covered and not. Sea salt chips, veggie sticks, granola, Cliff bars, Luna bars, Complete Cookies. They also have protein jerky sticks, and 7 hour energy shots. Pricing is ok, but to be totally honest I prefer Tropical Smoothie over this place. They have great smoothies and the same smoothie supplements offered, and they taste better imo. They also offer healthy food options there. This place is good but not the best smoothie place. read more

$5 Fridays are missconatrude, only 32oz non "meal replacements" .. and extremely busy. If you're in a rush, call ahead.

Absolutely disgusting. I went to order two smoothies for my son and I and the girl the backend supposed to be making the smoothies was fixing the bandage on her significant others tattoo. She walked away from him to go grab my smoothies and continue making them which the front person had started. She did not wash her hands and I'm absolutely disgusted and will never return. Also argued with me that she wasn't making my smoothie just touching the blender. The public health department should visit the store. This is how people get sick & diseases are spread. read more
