1) There are no prices posted in the store. You have to ask the employee and hope they're being honest. 2) I asked the employee for a price on an item and heard "$42". It rang up as $49. (I didn't notice until I got home.) 3) Employee said returns must be done in 3 days or you only get store credit. That isn't printed on the receipt. It's posted on an 8x11 sheet on paper behind the register. Their website states "you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a FULL refund of the purchase price". 4) Store credit will only be issued in the name of the purchaser and only for the location you purchased at, so if you move or don't want to do business with Nutrishop anymore, you can't even give away the store credit to someone else. 5) Prices are not competitive. The item I bought was 125% more expensive than the Florida-based online retailer I usually purchase from, and 29% more expensive than buying from the local Vitamin Shoppe. read more

First off let me preface by saying I loathe taking supplements, vitamins and anything of that nature. I am quite the skeptic; but I was running low on energy and no amount of complex carbs and/or caffeine could do the trick. I recently started using Aminovex and the power shot. I was glad to see there was a local Nutrishop so I wouldn't have to order what I need online. I went to the store today and was talking with the person who seemed to be in charge. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I spoke to him for a little while when I realized he wasn't wearing a mask- didn't even have one around his neck. I was appalled! Stumbled in to pick up some BCAA's and promised myself I wouldn't buy anything else... with no force or sales feel at all Todd simply provided FREE applicable knowledge to me which completely changed my mindset. I ended up purchasing a whole stack and then was offered an inBody test, again FREE... and walked out more motivated then I have been in years. Todd assured me I could check in on the inBody machine to track results whenever.. so sure enough 2 weeks later I went in and Todd again coached me through where I am to where I want to be and what I need to do without purchasing anything. todd and vince this is for you. i started about almost a yr ago. a gym buddy and i researched a product only sold at a nutrishop. i just picked a location off the map and it was them,. not only do they know everything they talk about. they are great people and friends. i am 48 and i feel and look as good as ever but thats my hard work . the supplements they gave me and our conversatons are superior to anyone else. todd would not let me try anything he did not take. todd and i speak all the time even when im not ordering. to them its a freindship not a sales pitch. i remember once i wantd somethiing they would not sell it to me cause i don't sleep that much. these guys are the best. being a kickboxer and trainer for yrs i have came across different people and products nothing beats these 2 guys in this business our biz is over the phone cause i never met them and live in nyc. read more
