The location is very clean. I have never experienced bad customer service at any of the locations I have visited. Today was no exception, I went to pick up my order that was placed online and was pleasantly welcomed with a smile and a "hello" by Hannah. Raymond is the one who filled my order today and as always, he was so very friendly and was prepared to answer any questions I may have had. I will continue coming to this location. I turned 64 this year and besides the obvious, it also means I grew up in a time when customer service was a real thing. So over the years I've had to accept the fact that actual customer service is a bygone era. However the staff at Largo Surterra are simply amazing at customer service. I worked in public safety all my adult years, which means i notice everything. What I have specifically witnessed is employees that go above and beyond to provide a pleasant experience to everyone who walks in the door. Always applying special care to those in need. I had Surterra recommended to me by Dr. Hoover from Marijuana Doctor in Clearwater, and couldn't have been happier with a first recommendation. It was a little drive, totally worth it however. Going inside, it had been easy enough to find and was very clean. The staff at the desk was very helpful on working me through my first time and helped find products that works best for me. I was informed of new patient discounts, and I was so thrilled with what I purchased. I'd say surterra is good for soccer moms and stuff but if your a aficando then go to trulieve or some of the others in this area read more

Nice store, very clean. Everyone working there was very nice BUT for a 1st time user with a new card more help would have been nice. I told the guy at the desk I was new and had no idea what I was looking for and needed some help to learn about their products. He made a couple recommendations but offered no other info. I asked a couple questions and got quick basic answers. Btw I was the only person in the store at that time. I went ahead and took his suggestions and placed my order. He said it'll be right out. A few minutes later I was handed a bag of products with no instruction. As I was leaving I saw a room that said private consultations. I would have liked to have been offered a consultation so I could understand exactly my choices were, what to expect and how to use the products. At this point the store was very busy. I left a confused as I was told by my doctor that this place was great at helping you wade through the mountain of products. I guess I asked the wrong questions. The next place I try the first question I will ask is can I get a consultation to help me better understand your products and how to use them. read more

staff are very unprofessional and are not budtenders. do not go to this store. they pretend to be "bud guru's" but they are the typical google this and google that aswell as having no clue besides what their company provides them for terpenes. they aswell do not provide COAs, you have to request COA's by email and they take anywhere from 1-4 days. by far the worst dispensary EVER as being a bud tender and KNOWING, not googling, and by supplying COA's is the main reason why we have medical cards and go to dispensaries, otherwise we would be buying street weed still since its the same equivalency(no COA, random bud) . aswell this is my 9th dispo in florida ALONE ive visited and purchased from, and everywhere else here in florida has HONORED FIRST TIME PURCHASE DISCOUNT. this place did not honor it. instead i was met with snarky and rude replies when i asked for the basic common respect every other dispensary has given me, which is allowing me to use my first time purchase discount regardless what other promotions are going on. trulieve first purchase was 60% off and i bought 2 oz of flower and it was on discount (roll one 20$ 8ths) and they 100% encouraged me to use my new MMU discount first purchase WITH THE DISCOUNT ON THE BUD. i paid $120? ish on my first purchase for 2 oz of flower with them. fluent i purchased 1 oz of flower for 72$ and it was premium! thats just the first 2 of my 9 visits that honored my MMU first time purchase with their store discounts. skip foward to shit surterra and im buying shit weed thats literally mids that they are trying to sell as premo, wanting to test it to try and lower my tolerance, asked to use my MMU discount with their 40% discount on the bud (reg 8th was 55, discount was around 20ish$ ) and was told by an illiterate bud tender who cant do that math, that if i used my mmu discount with their store discount of 40% they would have to give it to me for free which is low iq reasoning.. 240$ for the ounce without any discounts. 40% store discount on that bud made it 144$ for the ounce. with my MMU first time purchase of 60% it should have brought the grand total of 57.60$ for 1 ounce. that price matches up with every other dispensary that has honored their in store discounts + first time MMU purchase discount within a 10/20+ range. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. bad "budtenders" if thats even what you can call them, bad product, bad communication, bad business overall. they even talked shit about trulieve saying they were trash. trulieve is way better and more dependable than this shit show of a "dispensary" stay away. read more
