They called me a few days later and gave me a quote for what they would pay. I declined. When I went to pick up my components, they told me I owed money for their "appraisal". Well, I wouldn't have a problem with it if they would've told me upfront that there was gonna be a cost for the appraisal, but there was absolutely no mention of it and I didn't sign any paper saying that I agreed to that amount. Anyways, it was a huge disaster. People were very rude and unless I paid the appraisal fee, they were gonna hold my components hostage basically. Very bad experience ....the customer needs to be informed upfront that there is going to be a charge for an appraisal. Informing the customer is good customer service allowing them to say yes or no. This place is beyond unprofessional. Once I called the cops about them not giving me back my components..they decided to lower the $$ that I supposedly owed them. Beware...

I understand that stores may have policies regarding returns, but selling two faulty products and then offering no assistance whatsoever is unacceptable. Customer service should include standing behind the products you sell, especially when there is a clear problem. I wasted my money and left feeling completely ignored as a customer. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store and will not be returning.

The customer service is friendly, professional, and genuinely personal--they know me by name, which makes the store feel welcoming and familiar. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is their selection and pricing. The shop is spacious, clean, and carries a huge variety of products, with great prices across the board. They almost always have exactly what I'm looking for in stock, and if there's something they don't carry, they're always willing to see if they can bring it in. That level of customer service and willingness to go the extra mile is something I really appreciate. The location is also a major plus, especially if you're in or around the Historic Old Northeast, downtown St. Pete, or the surrounding neighborhoods. There's plenty of parking, which makes stopping in quick and convenient. The store itself has a great atmosphere, with good music playing and plenty of space to browse without feeling crowded. Overall, King Tut's has become my go-to shop in St. Petersburg. Great selection, competitive prices, convenient location, plenty of parking, and--most importantly--people who actually care about their customers. On a recent visit, they had a THC slushy machine. Although I will say it does seem a bit overpriced but if you have a phone number registered with them, you can get discounts overtime. The service that you get honestly depends on whoever is working that day but as long as I can get my product in a efficient amount of time, I don't really have too many complaints.

I was shopping next door to the…read moreTobacco Depot (TD) and thought I'd see if they had snuff at a decent price as it is triple the price I was paying in Virginia! I was greeted with a "Welcome to Tobacco Depot" by George Robbins. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of all things "tobacco!" I explained my price-shock coming from Virginia and he educated me on the pricing advantages of buying in tubs/bulk to mitigate the higher per can prices. He offered insight on the different brands, and I actually decided to try a different brand for the first time in 10+yrs! I found the new brand to have a better flavor/feel and began buying it by the tub/bulk, lowering my per can price dramatically! I initiated a membership with the new brand and began using their mobile app to access their coupons. I was able to order coupons by mail, but the electronic coupons wouldn't scan at the register. I went to TD in the evening and learned this from the female cashier who told me if it doesn't scan, then it can't be used for the purchase. I made an inquiry with the brand, and was told many retailers don't have scanners, and manually enter the coupon. During my next visit I explained this to the same female cashier who said she didn't know anything about manually entering coupons. I also asked her about the discount marked on the shelf for my purchase as I didn't see the discount deduction on my receipt. She suggested I come in, and speak with the manager for a solution/answer to both questions. I met with George Robbins with a frustrated attitude, as I felt I didn't receive the electronic and store discounts from the female cashier. Mr. Robbins listened to my complaints and offered clear explanations for each. The paper coupons could be serviced by the female cashier, the electronic coupons that didn't scan could be overridden by him as the manager, and the shelf discount was integrated into a lower shelf price therefore not a line item on my receipt! His calm and professional interaction with me was refreshing as all my issues were answered and resolved instantly. I highly recommend this Tobacco Depot, and George Robbins, for anyone's tobacco needs as Mr. Robbins has the knowledge and demeanor to truly deliver the best product and service for your unique tobacco need!

Come meet Tony and Dani so far the nicest and most informative from handful of vape shops I've checked out so far since moving. Prices are definitely fair and comparing prices for same items at the other stores they were substantially cheaper here. Also should mention they have probably doubled to triple the selection of Vape juices that even the bigger shops lack. All around so far A++!!........
