I am new to vaping and with my desire to quit using tobacco (cigarettes), led me to The Vapor…read moreVault based on their excellent reviews. I was not disappointed! Judy, (owner), spent nearly an hour educating me about vaping in general, and also the real truth about nicotine which helped me to understand what it is and what is not. She is a wealth of information and she shares this knowledge on her documented source website, which I reviewed in depth before I settled on Vapor Vault as Amy choice. I can honestly say that her counsel is credible and trustworthy. I've not met Mike that shares retail duties with her, but if he's up to Judy's high standards, he'll be a #1 advisor, for sure! In this day and age of sales representatives that just want to "get the sale over with", and move on, Vapor Vault is a much appreciated breath of fresh air. I'm a lifetime customer, without a doubt!

I see a lot of military people frequent S.T.V. for good reason; my loyalty belongs to them as well; even though there are a ton of shops and gas stations (be mindful) selling product of lesser quality for more money. It's a family ran shop carrying a diverse collection of juices, and a huge selection of mods, tanks and RBA/RDA/RDTA. Also this is one of the few shops that consistently carries Uwell Crown tank coils and Smok Baby Beast coils in stock which for me is a must! Michael is usually the one who helps me and it never fails; as soon as I walk in the door he shows me his new fav flavor of the week and by the end of my visit I'm usually leaving with a bottle of what he had me tried!!!! Vape shops in general have a notorious reputation for being a bit pretentious but it's NOT the case here. It's always welcoming, fun and an easy experience every time I visit! Sure there's other vape shops 2 mins from my house but Clean Smokes customer service, and delicious e juice selection is what keeps me coming back time after time :) Definitely makes my 20 min drive worth every second!
