I'll get 5 at a time a couple times a year to bring to my mom who's out of state. Last week they convinced me to try a Tyson bar because they're all the rage. It lasted two days and quit working. Went in to see if they could exchange it and told there's nothing they can do.. dog I bought this POS because you convinced me to. Any other place I've been to has swapped out the old Fume sticks or the HQD bars when they'd burn out in 2-3 days, even the Shell gas station in Dunedin exchanged one for me. Anyway, will no longer be going here, bummer because I need about 7 more MNKE bars before I head back to San Diego next month. I'm out $20 because I took their advice, and their poor customer support just lost a customer. Anyone know who else sells MNKE bars?

Michael is usually the one who helps me and it never fails; as soon as I walk in the door he shows me his new fav flavor of the week and by the end of my visit I'm usually leaving with a bottle of what he had me tried!!!! Vape shops are a dime a dozen but what separates a good shop from the rest are a staff who genuinely cares & selection. I was more than happy as it seems this was that kind of shop. The owner & staff were amazing. The selection of juices & mods were plenty & I noticed some of my own favorites on the shelf... & there was an adorable dog to greet us upon entering, too. While I didn't need an explanation personally, my family did & the owner's enthusiasm & knowledge was reassuring to them. I purchased a mod, some juices, & batteries - basically everything to get my cousin started. They were helpful in showing my cousin how to get his new vape set up & we were on our way. Upon leaving, my cousin was happy with this change. I was glad he was open to it, but also knowing once I leave, he can come back here for his needs. His wife & son (both nurses) were absolutely so shook they immediately sobbed in the car before we left. Decades of smoking has come to end.
