Michael is usually the one who helps me and it never fails; as soon as I walk in the door he shows me his new fav flavor of the week and by the end of my visit I'm usually leaving with a bottle of what he had me tried!!!! Vape shops in general have a notorious reputation for being a bit pretentious but it's NOT the case here. It's always welcoming, fun and an easy experience every time I visit! Judy, (owner), spent nearly an hour educating me about vaping in general, and also the real truth about nicotine which helped me to understand what it is and what is not. She is a wealth of information and she shares this knowledge on her documented source website, which I reviewed in depth before I settled on Vapor Vault as Amy choice. I can honestly say that her counsel is credible and trustworthy. I've not met Mike that shares retail duties with her, but if he's up to Judy's high standards, he'll be a #1 advisor, for sure! In this day and age of sales representatives that just want to "get the sale over with", and move on, Vapor Vault is a much appreciated breath of fresh air. I'm a lifetime customer, without a doubt!
