We make purchases 1-2 times every week from a smoke shop and would love to shop at Cloud 9 because it's very close to us, but they have no interest in actually making their customers happy. They got so much stuff in there that it's ridiculous, I almost bought out that whole store. I literally had to limit what I was doing. However, they had information on anything you could ask, and they helped me pick some good selections. They also have a bunch of deals there and you can buy to get one half off, I saw a bag to get one free, there was like a bunch of stuff on the walls I didn't really pay attention to. But they definitely have all your smoke needs and more and shout out to those two young ladies who helped me out. I'm sure they'll know who they are. I'll get 5 at a time a couple times a year to bring to my mom who's out of state. Last week they convinced me to try a Tyson bar because they're all the rage. It lasted two days and quit working. Went in to see if they could exchange it and told there's nothing they can do.. dog I bought this POS because you convinced me to. Any other place I've been to has swapped out the old Fume sticks or the HQD bars when they'd burn out in 2-3 days, even the Shell gas station in Dunedin exchanged one for me. Anyway, will no longer be going here, bummer because I need about 7 more MNKE bars before I head back to San Diego next month. I'm out $20 because I took their advice, and their poor customer support just lost a customer. Anyone know who else sells MNKE bars?
