Love this spot. Ben, Sam and the other staff members are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Kratom and Vape stuff (I don't vape but I've seen them work) .The tea is the best I've had in the entire Tampa Bay Area. It's potent and smooth, not gritty or extremely bitter like a few places I've gone. For the money you get a good serving and it's not a cup half filled with ice... you know who you are... The owner is super down to earth and you can tell he's picked a good team. Even if it weren't for the nice folks that work there the tea is the best in the area. They offer Kratom concentrate shots and cbd shots as additives which I've never seen anywhere else. CBD and Kratom make a surprisingly nice combo. Highly recommend. Point system is actually worth being a part of and if you're a regular or semi regular you will actually get a free tea pretty often. read more

BUYER BEWARE ~ No Returns, only store credit! A couple weeks ago I stopped in to buy a cheap vape pen for a friend who is sick. I bought the cheapest pen for $16 and was told that if for any reason I could return it within 30 days of purchase. I took it home and charged it. I put a cartridge on it and nothing happened. I continued to charge and repeat the process and again it did not work. A week later I went back and explained that it did not seem to hold a charge or work. The person who was working tried it with his own cartridge and had to inhale very hard for very little effect. He told me it seems to work and I should take it home and recharge it. Once again, I did that and nothing. I returned to the store a week later and stated my case. I was then told to look at the bottom of my receipt as it says no returns, only exchange or store credit. I find this practice to be fraudulent as the equipment (goods) they sold me did not work, I do not recall any sign posted stating a no return policy (per state statute) and I was told I could return it. Most reasonable persons would believe that if I could return it, I could my money back. Instead this place gave me a credit of which I had no use for! I ended spending an extra $5.00 and opted to get some CBD to try. I plan to file a complaint against this merchant and recommend that you find a place that honors the things they sell. I know they can send it back as a return to the manufacturer and get a credit, too bad they don't honor their customers in the same manner! read more

good products and great customer service! the few times that we have had an issue with their product they've made it right without any hassle or having to jump through hoops. in fact, one time something happened with my husbands device which caused him to loose all of his juice that was in it at the time and they not only take care of it and replaced the part but they refilled his juice for him! they go above and beyond here! we have tried many e-cig places but this is where we send all of our friends. read more

The WORST vape store I've ever encountered! Cheap obsolete product at the most outrageous prices imaginable. They claim you can return within 30 days, but they WILL NOT refund or replace for ANY reason. I used to love this place but the past two months dealing with them has been horrible. I am from IL and have always made my vape purchases from lizard juice. I ordered a kit over two months ago and was sent the wrong one. It was understandable that a mistake had been made so I called and they said they would send me a return sticker to send back the wrong kit so I could then receive the one I had ordered. I waited over a two weeks for it before I contacted them again. I sent them emails and even called but no one ever got back to me. I waited a couple more weeks and still hadn't received anything so I emailed them again and the same thing happened. I finally got in contact with costumer service and they seemed to still not care about this issue. I just find it ridiculous that they made a mistake and did nothing to help smooth over the situation and seemed like my business meant nothing. So once i receive my refund I will not be bringing my business back to this company. read more

I am an avid vapor of RY4s. They are absolutely my favorite kind of eliquid and I have literally tried over 100 different variations from different companies. Lizard Juice USED TO have the best one, by far. It was a masterpiece and I would tell everyone to try it, those people would fall in love with it too, it was that good. About a year ago the company changed their formula. At first I was told that they just ran short and had to buy some cheap nasty RY4 to sell without even changing the label (That's very dishonest). Then I was told that it would still be coming back, but they had submitted their formula to the FDA too late and would have to wait a few weeks before selling it again. Then, finally, I was told that since they submitted it too late that they would never be allowed to make it again, which makes no sense at all. For 2 years I was an extremely loyal customer of theirs. I only bought my liquid and hardware through their stores and constantly referred new customers to them because I thought they ran a great company. After asking enough questions about what had happened to LJ4, multiple employees at different stores told me that I was crazy and was the only person who tasted any difference and even had a few tell me that it wasn't even a big seller despite the fact that it was labeled as their #1 seller. The company had always been very responsive via email until I had one bad thing to say and then they stopped returning my emails even for things like broken product I had shipped to me. I no longer care about the liquid coming back, but I'm going to continue to spread the word about their shady business practices. Their liquids have always been on the higher end of the pricing spectrum, but that was never a problem because they were always very high quality. They have since pulled many of their old original flavors and replaced them with inferior (read: cheaper) ingredients that will cause you to cough and leave a bad taste in your mouth. Lizard Juice essentially pulled a bait and switch and now sells eliquid that should retail at $4.99 for a 15ml bottle for $12. There are other local shops who produce their own superior juice locally for much more reasonable prices. Lizard Juice used to make some of the best liquid out there, but it appears as if they're much more concerned with their bottom line these days than the satisfaction of their customers. read more

Their juice is ok. Only a little bit overpriced. It ONLY comes in 50PG/50VG which is staying way behind the times and needs of experienced vapers. Though they only appeal to new vapers and uninformed vapers anyway. Their hardware(batteries/atomizers/accessories) is WAY expensive. Probably because they print their logo on another company's stuff and call it theirs. You can get the same cheap stuff from those actual companies for much less elsewhere. Their replacement wick price is a complete ripoff. One single coil wick for $5??? You can get a pack of 5 for $8 online!! Just do a simple search!! Their Lizard Pro Tank is the Kanger Pro-Tank 3 Mini, which can usually be purchased for $13 -$15 online.......but they sell their Lizard logo for a whopping $22!!! Their L-VOD tank they sell for $14.99 is the Kanger EVOD that sells normally for $5.99!!! Their base starter kit they sell for $50, can be purchased.....the same exact products without the lizard stamped on it, for $20!!! Kanger by the way is a China based company. Their products are not bad, but they are not exactly top-of-the-line as LJ calls it. But not quite generic either. I still use a couple of their products, and I'm not one of those that use the Mods or rebuildables. I still use the EGO based products and have saved more than half again the money I would have shopping at LJ and other shops. A few of the other local vape stores are the same they jack up the prices on equipment. Some have way better juice that they make locally and mix in house while you wait! Online has the best prices for batteries and atomizers. Don't overspend on ridiculously marked up hardware!! And don't fall for their "it's made specially for US!" crap. Yeah, meaning the lizard logo, and the rights to call it their own product. It's the exact same product!! So shop around before paying for their logo!! If they want to stay competitive they need to stop making people pay for their logo, and just sell the other companies AS they are, and at the competitive pricing! Decided to give these guys a try last Sunday by buying a "Starter Kit" at $50. Within a couple of days I had to fly to Tennessee for work. The tank that's used to hold the liquid leaked all over in the pocket of my computer bag and was empty when I got there :(. The next day I refilled it and it then leaked until it was empty in my pocket. I contacted them online and after a long delay was informed that this product will leak at altitude and the tank is likely to be ruined.. I was advised to use the second tank and "try again". No sense of responsibility for not informing anyone about this particular failure or any other. I asked about other causes of failure and was advised via chat of a long list of possible problems - none of which I was informed of when I purchased the starter kit which came with no documentation. Seems very much like an unproven technology with no regard for customer satisfaction. Strongly suggest that you wait a while to see how they fare before wasting your money.
