Their selection is awesome, their prices are great(on par with direct from manufacturer), and did i mention their selection is great?? A little story to explain why i love this and it's important: A friend recommended the joyetech ego aio vape pen as a starter pen to get me off cigarettes and more into vaping, they showed me the manufacturer's website, and there i found the design i fell in love with! Only one problem, they were out of stock, the manufacturer was OUT OF STOCK for something THEY MANUFACTURE! Now i definitely gave my antivirus software a workout for the next hour as i searched for any online retailer that offered the pen, as you can guess, most websites were based out in china and nearly *ALL* were flagged as malicious links. After rewording my google search, i came across smoktek, admittedly i was a bit suspicious at first, but after clicking the link and *NOT* having it flagged as a malicious link, i figured it was worth a shot. They had the exact pen i wanted!! Seeing the shop was based out of florida was pretty great too, since i wouldnt have to pay international shipping. Placed my order and a few days later i'm now a happy camper in possession of the exact vape pen i wanted, in the exact style that even the manufacturer didnt have in stock! 5stars, would definitely buy again!

I have to start by saying I love this place! This is a shop that is family run and truly takes care of not just the community but the armed forces. They give us discounts, Rewards, And most importantly knowledge of the products. I have bought several mods several tanks countless juices, Which by the way they always allow you to taste, Many many coils which they always have in stock, And learned a lot about Everything from coils, Wattage, different tanks, rebuildibles.... Probably spelt that last one wrong but to sum it up lots of info on lots of products. With all of that said my favorite part of the shop is the people I mostly deal with Lauren she is one of the managers and daughter to the owners... this is a family run business And you can feel that family energy right when you walk in the door, Lauren always greets me with a smile, Doesn't mind all of my questions and is wonderful with customer service. Not only knowledgeable and kind but also cares About what the customer wants and needs Not the bottom line for the store, She is fantastic!!!! Her brother who is the other manager Named Michael is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to teaching rebuildable tanks, He has taught me so much about how to properly do it and guided me to the correct tanks. I have not Had a whole bunch of interaction with their parents the owners, I have seen them many times in they are always very kind and helpful the mom, Vickie, Helped me find new drip tips for my rebuildable When mine was having issues, She was very patient and helpful! To sum up my review this is a wonderful family run business that is very military and veteran friendly extremely knowledgeable has a beautiful clean shop that allows you to test juices before you buy them and is constantly adding to their inventory I highly recommend going in and visiting. Just in case you were run wondering- The products I personally recommend from here are... While driving my favorite tank is a Valerian made by UWell, This one is a little bit pricey but worth it If you want something that is still very good but cost effective go with the Crown 3 by the same company As for hours rebuilds go Avocado makes a great product, I learn using the unicorn cotton but definitely work towards using the bacon cotton it makes a world of difference. As far as mods go I love the Tesla's, We have 2 120 W Tesla's, Which are fantastic they are a little bit Heavy but they have a great quality feel, Also they have plenty of power for a daily user. The big downside to these is the battery door on the bottom sometimes it can get people problems, The easy fix go on Amazon by the silicone case completely fixes it for under 10 Bucks. I also just bought the Tesla 220w, This one Is very cool and has some LED lights on it I know the Tesla also makes a smaller version I think it's 85 W but the cost difference is not that much so do your research and pick what would best fit your needs. BEST juice LUAREN Introduced it to me. Cinnamon pretzel. It's not too sweet taste exactly like the pretzel stores at the mall. Anyway I hope this helps thanks for all the knowledge you guys have dropped on me ca t wait to see what you guys get in nest! PS, Because of vaporing and of this store and family I have completely given up cigarets, I have dropped from a 6MG Nicotine level, to 3 MG, and now only do Zeros And it's amazing.

Vape shops are a dime a dozen but what separates a good shop from the rest are a staff who genuinely cares & selection. I was more than happy as it seems this was that kind of shop. The owner & staff were amazing. The selection of juices & mods were plenty & I noticed some of my own favorites on the shelf... & there was an adorable dog to greet us upon entering, too. While I didn't need an explanation personally, my family did & the owner's enthusiasm & knowledge was reassuring to them. I purchased a mod, some juices, & batteries - basically everything to get my cousin started. They were helpful in showing my cousin how to get his new vape set up & we were on our way. Upon leaving, my cousin was happy with this change. I was glad he was open to it, but also knowing once I leave, he can come back here for his needs. His wife & son (both nurses) were absolutely so shook they immediately sobbed in the car before we left. Decades of smoking has come to end. It's been almost a month now & I'm told he continues to vape & I couldn't be happier & thankful. If you're on the fence of giving up the stinky sticks, stop by. Thanks again Blue Cloud Vapes!
