This is the bar at the top of the Fenway hotel if you dont already know heh. It is pretty spacious and had a really good flow of air to keep you cool. The view is pretty good if you are sitting at the edges. I have been told you have to beware some tourists that'll wrestle up to the side to capture the sunset even if you have already been sitting there so prepare for that. The Bar proper is pretty generic and the drinks are ok-ish as i have had better for less elsewhere. Even with that its still a cool place to visit once in awhile. If you ARE going to be sitting at the bar be cautious of the local bee's wanting to share space with you. Just dont sit by the areas where the drink ingredients are stored on the top and you should be ok. There are steps once you get off the elevator to get into the bar but there is a wheelchair lift that will get you the next few feet up. read more

We decided to take a ride to a favorite of ours on 12/26/2025. A very special place to enjoy the best of sceneries. We had the fish dip and a drink each and took in the view. Andrew was our server. He was attentive and quick. We were here for the sunset and wowzerrrr it did not disappoint! We i've been here for several days. I waited for our last day to come up to the Fenway rooftop and enjoy this sunset experience! Word on the street is that it was the best espresso martini in town... But the beer was cold and the service was impeccable so we did not wait for anything as time-consuming as that! The bar opens at 4 during the week. We arrived right at 4 so we could eat and drive to the causeway for the sunset. We ordered drinks and food right away - but unfortunately. 40 minutes later our food (a salad and mozzarella tomato sandwich had still not arrived). Our server had not checked in with us the whole time. She did finally go to the kitchen to retrieve - but no apology or mention of why it was delayed. Having an amazing time at the rooftop bar,perfect view and the bartenders are on point! It's the place to be for sunsets!! Loved that 1/2 the bar area doesn't have seats so it's standing only and so much easier for people to move around instead for stand and crowding over me to order drinks ... it works well for them! And if you don't like to stand they have another bar downstairs "The Parlor Bar " that will happily seat you ! All 6 of us will return for another sunset, it's a perfect 10 !! read more

Packed at sunset even with no live music. It is Saturday night & once the sun set everybody took off and it was empty. I wish some rooftop tables were saved for guests in the hotel. We enjoyed our meatballs and flatbread but were disappointed with the wine. We selected a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand and were surprised to spend $40 on an $8 bottle that I wouldn't serve at home. read more

Finally had the chance to visit the Fenway's rooftop bar. This has been on my radar for months! I biked a few miles on the Pinellas trail and then biked over to the Fenway for sunset views from the roof. It was convenient to park bikes out front. The flatbread was pretty good and the old fashioned wasn't the best I've ever had but also not the worst. I would probably eat elsewhere and try one of their signature drinks next time. Staff was friendly. The view was stunning and would return just for that. There was also live jazz music in the lobby which seemed like a bonus. read more

Good music and it faces west so we got to see a beautiful sunset! The mozzarella bites which are fried balls of mozzarella in a red sauce! Really good. We enjoyed the meatball flatbread pizza good but not great. Eva was our waitress and she was personable and attentive. Even though it got busy after we got there, we were not rushed. read more

If you are looking for a nice bar with gorgeous views and plan on skipping dinner this is your spot. The bar has good drinks and VIEWS!!! The place was pretty full but service was good just don't ask for food other than the cheese board lol. The place has a super limited menu and the food was mediocre but the the VIEWS are great for a drink! Valet was free which was surprising I've never had free valet so that was pretty cool. We enjoyed the cool cat and breadwinner cocktails but the Fenway sunset was average. If this place had a limited menu of really good food I would have given it a 5 star but they fell short on the food. I would definitely recommend HI Fi rooftop bar for drinks and socializing with gorgeous view. read more

My husband and I were looking forward to enjoying a nice view of the sunset along with a couple of drinks and appetizers. We were basically ignored (felt more like "snubbed"). After waiting for at least 20 minutes to get a menu, sunset came and went, and no one came to take our order. They were not that busy. After waiting another 20 minutes. I even walked up to the bar, to ask for a waiter, standing there trying to get his attention. He completely ignored me while casually standing there talking and laughing with some people at the bar. It was the worst service we have ever had, completely ruined our evening, and needless to say, we will spread the word to our friends and family! read more

What a sunset! We were in Dunedin visiting one of our daughters and randomly chose the Fenway to stay at and what a great surprise to find this bar in our hotel. The staff is great, drinks are creative and very good, and the food was great. We did not try the sushi but heard it was very good. The Southern Sipper and Summer Rhapsody were both very tasty. I'd recommend getting there about an hour before sunset if you want a table it fills up fast. read more

I recently visited Hi-Fi Rooftop at Fenway hotel. Great location with an awesome view! The crowd is 95% less than what you'd deal with in Tampa. The bartenders were friendly and accommodating. Drinks were also strong and affordable. The cocktails will run you about $10-12. I'm not sure what prior reviewers issues were with parking but I was able to find a spot downtown and walk and valet at the hotel was free. read more

We went on a Saturday afternoon, the weather was beautiful out and we thought a rooftop was the perfect plan. We were wrong. Parking: valet (which is free and amazing cause why would we want to try and park our own cars at such a busy establishment). And the valet guys were all nice and gave great service! The hotel itself was so nice and not what I had expected (I've been living here in the area since 2001) and I was surprised at how nice it looked inside. We stepped outside of the elevator and walked out to the rooftop and woah - great views! But although it was perfect weather, for some reason the rooftop got a lot of wind and cold so it was very cold and we stayed maybe 20 minutes. But the views were so great. Lots of bees flying around though. And I like how big the bar is with seemingly many employees but the service was okay. Didn't seem quite genuine and not as friendly especially for a very slow day or at least when we were there. Quite a few high tops and also a few lounge chair areas too. It was so cold we just settled on two craft beers - so it was cheap. The cocktail menu sounded okay but I don't think we'd go back to try it. read more

Beautiful view from the top of the Fenway hotel just outside downtown Dunedin. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor for access. Great for a refreshing drink with friends who want to see why you live in Florida. Wait staff was attentive, drinks were tasty, and the live keyboard music was elegant. Very beautiful bar and also the hotel is magnificent. Parking: all valet but FREE valet if you tell them you're going to the rooftop bar. Very professional service in well deserving of a tip Atmosphere: The ambiance is a bit too yuppy for me; reminds me of a classy young professional rooftop bar in Chicago. Don't get me wrong; I love the feeling of elegance and style. But it didn't give me the feeling of being a place I could let my hair down or relax after a long day's work. Attire: I wouldn't look like a beach bum here. Comfy but classy attire needed here. Women: easy maxi dress; men: polo and shorts Drinks: on the $$ side. Sangria was $10 and some change I believe, while an old fashioned was $12 I think? I think my sister in law's bill for our round was $36-38. read more

I love this bar, it's fancy but not pretentious. The sunsets you can see from here are fabulous. And their drinks are good too! I've had a gin and tonic and a coconut mojito. My husband tried their "jam session." I'd order the mojito again. As for the jam session, I didn't try it. My husband got it, because it had bourbon in it. He said he probably wouldn't get it again, because they mixed jam in it which has seeds (not his favorite). It literally had the name "jam" in it, so I'm not sure what he expected. They also have food. Not just light bites, they have full on burgers here. I haven't got any, but there were a few tables ordering food. I guess that's a bit confusing regarding the service. It's hard to tell whether to sit or go to the bar and order. I guess it depends whether you're eating. My go to is just ordering from the bar. Otherwise, I do wish the bathrooms upstairs had more stalls (it's just 2 bathrooms -- one for men and another for women). If you go downstairs, there are more stalls. read more

What's not to like once you get over yourself about the valet parking the view will certainly bring your blood pressure down! The location is stunning with views of the water and these priceless west coast sunsets. Service is prompt and attentive and drink concoctions are creative and tasty. The place has a great vibe from entering the hotel to exiting the elevator at the rooftop. Our party of six enjoyed our apps and drinks and left feeling we had a great experience. Not so much the next day when I checked my credit card bill and saw the bar charge on my card. Turns out I handed my credit card over to the server and later unbeknownst to me my brother-in-law picked up the tap. Thinking in today's world I would be on the phone forever I was pleasantly surprised I got Chris the F &B manager on the phone in the off hours who was super helpful. These taste like they're made from scratch. Pretty impressive. Unfortunately it's ruined us for all other margaritas. Also ordered some munchies. Had their crispy yummy fries and a cheese and meat platter. Good combination of cheeses with figs. My only complaint is we asked for plates and was first told they don't have any, which didn't really make sense so we asked someone else and they finally went and got us some. My kids and I sat at a high top and we were pretty much ignored so I had to go to the bar to request a menu. Then I had to walk BACK there to place my order. Stopped by last night for the nightly sunset countdown. As far as sunset views go, this place definitely did not disappoint. We drove up, valeted, and made the short elevator ride up. It was busy but the cocktail menu was great and the bartenders we're super attentive despite their bar being wrapped three deep. Our bartender Jason was super sweet and knowledgeable! Fabulous views, better views of the water than expected when you first pull up. Also highly recommend the lobby bar. The bartender was lovely and suggested I order a hand crafted cocktail. I landed on The McQueen while I listened to some great live music. The bartender said the live music is every weekday night so we'll be back! read more

Awesome view, and coming from Miami, it's hard to believe I can just park my car on the street next to the hotel without paying a penny for parking! However, as other says, there are quite a bit of bees, wasps and flies around. A wasp got into one of our drinks, and when the bartender was making our drink, she had to shoo away the flies and hurriedly close the lid of the lemon container. read more
