Our fourth time here was the worst. The hostess stand could not get it together. We are fine waiting, but it was just a really unorganised experience. Then when we did get seated, no one came to greet us or ask for our drink order or anything for over 30 minutes. We finally had to flag down someone to see if there was a server assigned to us. When she finally did approach us, she seemed bothered and didn't even greet us, didn't apologize for the wait, nothing. She really seemed like she hated her job. I got the wedge salad which was really good. Most everyone in our party of five liked their dinners. It was busy that night; however, that is not an excuse for bad service. We want to love this place, we frequent the back patio bar. The new owners book wonderful bands and have really worked hard to renovate and create a fun aesthetic. The food continues to fall short of the mark. We live two blocks away and popped in for a takeout order of Short Rib Bolognese. The noodles were just mushy. Far from al dente this mixture appeared to have been made, mixed and stored previously. There was not enough moisture in the dish either, the serving was painfully dry.
