Our fourth time here was the worst. The hostess stand could not get it together. We are fine waiting, but it was just a really unorganised experience. Then when we did get seated, no one came to greet us or ask for our drink order or anything for over 30 minutes. We finally had to flag down someone to see if there was a server assigned to us. When she finally did approach us, she seemed bothered and didn't even greet us, didn't apologize for the wait, nothing. She really seemed like she hated her job. I got the wedge salad which was really good. Most everyone in our party of five liked their dinners. It was busy that night; however, that is not an excuse for bad service. The food continues to fall short of the mark. We live two blocks away and popped in for a takeout order of Short Rib Bolognese. The noodles were just mushy. Far from al dente this mixture appeared to have been made, mixed and stored previously. There was not enough moisture in the dish either, the serving was painfully dry. We were in Dunedin for a bachelorette party and our bride wanted to go clubbing in Tampa but then we accidentally walked past this and she changed her mind to sit on the cute patio under the string lights!! The side Cesar salad was big enough for two people. It had this amazing garlic crunch Crumbs that was very different. And extremely yummy. Food was decent for the price--although the crab fries definitely could use more crab. I liked this one. The fries were thick cut and crunchy. I ordered the Steak Sando. It is a short rib sandwich with fried onion crisps. I asked for the Thai cole slaw on the side. The short rib in the sandwich was rather dry. I ate half of it and I couldn't bring myself to finish my sandwich. I switched with my boyfriend, who ordered an Italian Stallion. Such a terrible and poorly run establishment. Made a reservation online for 8 people and showed up 5 minutes early. We were told that the only table that could seat us was taking long, so we had to wait for 10-15 minutes. We were totally understanding and wandered around to waste some time. We came back 20 minutes later without getting a text update about our table. We show up again and everyone seems shocked to see us. Nobody had a clue what was going on and the same hostesses I had spoken to were now checking the walk in list for my name. I reminded them that we had a reservation. They are flustered, continue taking smaller party walk-ins, and proceed to tell us that we have to now wait an additional 15-20 minutes for a table. Ridiculous, especially after successfully making an online reservation and having to put my credit card information down in order to do so. "Bull" being in the title is fitting. Avoid this restaurant or you will be stuck wandering around Dunedin without a reservation on a Saturday night. read more

Even when we came back to be seated upon receiving the text that our table was ready she really just seemed bothered to be at work. It took forever for anyone to come over to us and just as long to receive the water we requested. Our food came out and we hadn't been given any silverware yet - it took so long to get silverware that we joked about watching our food get cold because we didn't have utensils. I overheard the servers talking about being completely out of silverware moments later. Because we were seated so close to the kitchen I could also hear the servers talking about customers... they really should be cautious when in earshot of patrons.
