For the past three years, we've been going to Reboot every week! We love popping in with our kids on the weekend or heading there for a Thursday date night. There are so many great games to play, whether solo or with a group, and the staff is always amazing, especially Jon! The vibe is perfect, and the décor strikes the ideal balance between nostalgic and modern. They regularly rotate their craft beer selection! And truly CRAFT beers! 5 stars isn't enough! I was introduced to this gem of an establishment four years ago and I have frequented it ever since. I've been on dates here, brought my mother here and hung out with friends countless times. This place has something for everyone. Machines are never down, are rotated for freshness and the rotating drafts are awesome. Service is always top notch! Great place in Dunedin!!! I typically go there to hang out and enjoy the fun atmosphere. The array of games is just amazing. You can choose from different pinball games to all different types of arcade games, board games, & card games. Even if you're sitting at the bar you can enjoy playing one of the video game consoles against somebody else sitting at the bar. It is a lot of fun! The bartenders have always been very cordial when I have went there and insured that my drink was always filled. They've always been very accommodating and offered me to play the video games while I was just hanging out. It's a place that you can go even if you're single because there's probably other people that are around you who are single playing games too. As I said you can play video games at the bar area and you may end up playing against somebody else on the other side of the bar. You never know when you can meet a new friend. They have a very good selection of drinks, from taps to different cans and bottled alcohol and non alcohol drinks. They also have different soda available as well. It is very clean anytime that I've ever been there. There's a game room off to the side to have a more private get together. It is great for families, friends, and a place to meet new people too. Although , I've not eaten there because their food menu is limited to my knowledge, I still highly recommend going! It is always fun! read more

We come to Reboot several times a month because we absolutely love it. Our bartenders are always fantastic, taking the time to explain new rotational crafts or grabbing us a test pour. If you are here for the games this isn't it. If you are here for decent priced beer and want to sit at the bar it's a great hangout. I brought my gamer teen here hoping for a fun night out and some nostalgia from the games I played as a kid. What I found was very very limited options. Games that didn't work. And the Xbox being taken over ALL night somebodies 7 year old. The place is very small with only a few crappy games. Seems more like a place for parents to drink and let their kids run around than a place GenX can drink and have fun. I did however spot a room with a poker game on my way out so that may be something to look into. Or maybe when it's 21+ hours but otherwise it's a no thanks from me read more

Calling all xennials and old millennials! Reboot is a trip down memory lane for old school gamers. Filled with nostalgia galore, this dimly lit, arcade-clad bar features classic pinball machines, retro consoles, plus a secluded board gaming area. You'll also find a quarter machine, vending machines and full bar. My absolute favorite game here was the TB Lightning vs. Boston Bruins themed custom hockey bubble table. My two favorite teams to watch face off! Sadly, I didn't bring the B's to victory that night. Located within walking distance of restaurants and breweries, Reboot is pretty easy to find. My group of friends explored this place during the week and it wasn't busy at all. I'm a huge fan of barcades and Reboot did not disappoint. read more

Great little arcade bar in the heart of Dunedin. Always having a good selection of craft beers, and machines are almost all always operational. Nothing worse than seeing a cabinet that is Out of Order. Slingers are always friendly, offering a sample and getting you what you want. Unprofessional and untrained staff. I visit my family that lives locally once per year from California. I visited Reboot last night with my parents and had my ID taken for suspect of being fake. I am 27 years old, was clearly with my parents and do not drink alcohol. Owner needs to get properly trained staff. read more

I always have a blast when I come to Reboot. They do only serve beer and wine, no cocktails. But, they have plenty of options for both of those. Anyone should be able to find something that they are able to enjoy. They have a HUGE game selection here. The entire outer walls are completely filled with games. Giant selection of pinball and classic arcade games. It's a fun throwback. Outside, they do have a couple of free yard games (beanbags, giant tic-tac-toe). Smoking is allowed in that outside section with your beverage. It seems like they do switch out games quite frequently so there is always something new to try. I also love that they are open late for those late-late nights out. Staff is generally friendly (although when busy, they try to be efficient and not waste time chit-chatting). When it's a slower hour, they are happy to have a conversation and are more than willing to help you find the beverage that meets your needs. read more

It's the first time I have ever been here and when I first stepped in, it was like I popped into an explosion of color! There are so many games and even more of a drink selection. TLDR: Fun games & variety of drinks. Bring cash. We made our way over to reboots on Valentine's Day & it did not disappoint. The bar tenders were very friendly & they offer a large variety of beers. All sodas are in cans & a few beers are offered on tap. They have a vending machine for snacks. We used the ATM to take out cash to get quarters. Surprisingly our $20 in quarters lasted us about an hour (most games cost a dollar). We had a great time taking turn playing pinball & playing the arcade games together. It was better then your average dinner date night & I am so looking forward to going back again. Bathrooms were clean & bar tenders tried to keep reminding patrons to keep masks on when not seated/drinking. Overall they did a good job at keeping everyone safe and had sanitizing wipes available in each area to clean the games before and after use. Hand sanitizer was available as well. read more

Very unique concept! Great craft beer selection, awesome service and video games!! This is a great place to either start the night before going to dinner or after. The selection of games was very cool. From Street Fighter to PAC Man. They even have card games available with a large table to play on. The place is small so it gets really loud when it gets full. Also parking is very tough because it's right in the middle of a neighborhood. There's also no food. Although they do have Hot Pockets and Ramein noodles for sale. So make sure you eat first or have plans to eat after. The VR game was my favorite and the beer was great. I look forward to going again. read more

I've been to reboot twice, and it's OK. They mainly have craft beer and have some canned and bottled beverages. They have a lot of classic games: pinball, Pac-Man, Galaga, etc. which is cool. It costs about 0.75 cents to play them. As the reviews mentioned you can also rent a controller for $5. It's kind of disappointing, because I want to go out and socialize but playing games is a pretty solo concept. Maybe just the kind of games I like are solo, and you might have a better time sitting at the bar and renting a controller. I'm just not good at those kind of video games, so maybe I'm just not reboot's prime audience. read more

Fun place to be after walking around Dunedin Main Street if you're into games and a gamer. They have a decent selection of pinball machines, some shooters and other arcade machines with several Xbox titles. The women's bathroom is very clean. They had a good cider for me and a stout for the hubs. Easily a fun place to spend your Saturday afternoon. read more

This was so much fun! They have all the old games from 90s so it was super nostalgic and my friends and I loved it! We spent time playing all the ok'd Mario games and duck hunt! They also have old school arcade games and a great bar and corn hole! Super unique place I've never seen anything like it! Wish the tap list had a little more variety. The majority is sour beers and I don't like sours. I prefer porters and stouts. No porters but the one stout they had was very good. Good beer prices $6 each. Lots of video games to choose from! $5 for a remote for as long as you like. They had a virtual reality game room which was very cool! $5 for 15 minutes in there. So fun! They have a great collection of games and we had an amazing time. They have a young, retro aesthetic and have a bunch of craft beers/ciders. No cocktails, but that didn't bother me. Their pineapple cider is my fave! Brought a $20 and got cash from the bar to get quarters. I like that the machines take quarters instead of requiring some funky tokens. As i passed by this new Dunedin spot I couldn't resist checking it out and being the first yelp reviewer. Well let me start by saying its deff not your typical bar as they offer lots of entertainment to get busy with, as you walk in to the right is a VR room !!!! Yup a little room u get to put on a pair of VR glasses and go crazy, or u can sit down at the bar and drink while u play some mario with friends or u can find other spots in the corner to play some other Nintendo, arcades, pinball and of course some traditional games like Jenga, monopoly etc. Will deff be back here and try it all. Love this bar we are in Dunedin, we go almost every weekend. This past weekend we have had guy with curly hair and girl with long black hair. Working 2/23/24 together who worked together as well a few weekends back and they are not very pleasant... texting while taking drink orders ect they act miserable not the best to be around no greeting....First time maybe we thought we caught them on a bad day but after last night we got the same attitude.
