The gluten free and dairy free sandwiches & sweets were perfectly tasty and delicious. The chef is the owner's mom & she is just an incredible baker . The quality is the best gf /df food/pastries we've had in Florida. Even though the croissant is only vegan (not gf) the quality of the sandwich bread is just like fresh homemaid bread. The music in the background was perfectly soothing & joyous, which added a nice background during our 2 hour tea time celebration. The many selfie stations around were fun to get group shots in. For a little over $50 per person, including tip, you get your own pot of tea, a sandwich and a half, a small salad, and quite a few scones and sweets. The food was okay, but for me, the experience was definitely more of the draw than the food itself. I'm not a huge fan of mayonnaise-based sandwiches (and I'm also not a big cucumber fan), and the majority of the savory options were variations of chicken salad, egg salad, and other mayo-based sandwiches. They also had nut butter/peanut butter sandwiches, different hummus sandwiches, and a cucumber and cream cheese sandwich. If you love those types of finger sandwiches, you'll probably really enjoy the food selection. For me, though, $50+ felt a little steep if I were going primarily for the food. I actually visited years ago with my daughter when she was around 4 or 5 and quickly realized it wasn't quite the mom-and-daughter tea-party experience I had envisioned. Coming back this time with friends, however, was a completely different experience, and we had a really fun afternoon together. They've also done a TON of renovations since my first visit, and the interior is really pretty and makes the whole experience feel special. Overall, I'd say this is much more about the experience and atmosphere than the food.
