I have drove past this gym so many times. It has cozy vibe when you walk in. There are games on the tables and full size photo pictures of the boba. There are tons of little snacks in baskets that you can get for as low as a dollar. I ordered the coconut boba and a thai milk tea boba. I really enjoyed the coconut because it was refreshing without being over powering of coconut flavor. The thai milk tea tastes like thai tea but i felt it could have been a bit stronger. Additionally, this place does have small bites that absolutely hit the spot. I ordered the chicken dumplings and they were magnificent. We will be back for more! I have been coming to this Largo location for months, at least every week my family and I go there to get our boba fix, and I typically order either the taro milk tea or the iced cafe cappuccino and they have been consistent with the taste hence we go back to this location. Yesterday, my husband and I went to get our favorite iced cafe cappuccino, I get mine with coffee jelly. My first sip I knew it wasn't the same, it tasted like they missed something and my guess was the condensed milk, I don't really like to complain but since I was looking forward to get that drink with the same taste for the 100th times that I got it I was disappointed so I said something to the asian guy with glasses at the counter, I was nice and asked if they changed the recipe, I thought he would be kind enough to offer to re-do it for me since I feel like they know us already, but to my surprise I got an attitude response, he was like "it's just coffee and milk idk how it would be different" literally with attitude. I said well I've been getting this for months now and this one tastes off. He just rolled his eyes at me. So we just left. I just can't believe how we got treated there yesterday, sadly they lost a loyal customer it felt like they didn't want to serve anyone at all cause the older gentleman got an attitude picking up order as well. I hope the management fix this issue, there's so many boba place in Largo/Clearwater area just sad how employees could hurt a business. read more

It's a small but fun place with different claw machines and other games that you can enjoy while you're enjoying your drink and/or food. They sell not only boba drinks and a small selection of Sandwiches but also some really cool snack packs and noodles you don't really find in Tampa. It's Father's Day & when asked what I craved, I said Vietnamese Coffee & Boba. So we tried Machi Boba. We were very disappointed in the Vietnamese coffee. Typically Vietnamese coffee gets it's awesome flavor from sweetened condensed milk incorporated into the coffee. The taste is unique & identifiable. In this case the flavor was totally absent. In fact this merely tasted like simple coffee & cream. The boba was fine, but my opinion is that Machi Boba needs to up their game & make more authentic Vietnamese coffee. read more

Stopped at Machi on my way to the beach. I was greeted right away and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a Thai milk tea with boba and a strawberry banana smoothie no boba. The Thai milk tea was good, less sweet than others I have had. The boba on the other hand was super sweet but very inconsistent in texture. Some of them are soft and gooey and others were pretty hard. The strawberry banana smoothie tastes more like a strawberry soft serve milkshake. There was really no banana flavor to it. If your looking for a fresh fruit smoothie this wouldn't be the place. read more

Checked out a new boba shop nearby to get some work done. They said they've been open a little over a month for their soft opening. The place was nice and pretty busy when I got there. My family and I walked in during there soft opening. They were busy moving a fridge from a truck into the establishment. The staff there are very pleasant and patient as we scanned through their menu. Typical boba spot but with some added goodies (fresh fruit, Asian pastries, candy, and Banh Mi sandwiches). We got the mango boba, honey dew boba and noodle jelly, and the Thai milk tea with boba. The drinks were a little too sweet for my taste but then again that's what happens when your kids order. They can customize the sugar level to your liking. The Banh Mi sandwiches were delicious. The bread was crispy on the outside and had a nice chew on the inside. Right amount of meat to veggies ratio. Sadly I didn't take a pic of the sandwiches. Will visit again when in FL again. read more

I just recently discovered this boba spot and I'm glad I did! They have a nice selection of drinks and food. I personally loved that they had couples cups. It helped with my FOMO. It's a cute little shop that sells not only drinks and food, but snacks and desserts as well. I got the Thai milk tea and the lychee milk tea in a couples cup. Very friendly staff and just about every boba combination you can think of. I was all about getting my fan-favorites, so I opted for the jasmine milk tea with boba and a pork Bahn mi. My partner and I were eagerly awaiting for this boba shop to open so close to our house for us to try. Since their opening we've had drinks and food from them a handful of times and everything has been amazing! Their monster boba is absolutely heavenly; it's their take on brown sugar boba or tigers milk boba and it's divine. They also have a lot of nondairy options for those of us who can't drink dairy and their lychee oolong, red guava oolong, and peach oolong are delicious and refreshing in this heat with some of their house made boba in the tea. You can really tell that they make their boba fresh in house because it is more supple and subtly sweet than a lot of the more mass produced franchise boba shops. While those shops are great, it's small family owned shops like Machi where they take their boba to a new delicious level! Do yourself a favor and step out of your comfort zone and get one of their Bahn mi's as well. The fresh toasted bread roll, the salty meat, the pickled radish and carrots, topped with fresh jalapeños is to die for honestly. I cannot stress this enough their Bahn Mi selection is *chefs kiss*. I'm so sorry for this mammoth of a review but I cannot pour enough praise onto this shop. I'm elated that it has opened so close to where I live and I plan to become a regular customer here. I would recommend everyone try something from them as well because along with their food and drinks being amazing in quality they have affordable and competitive rates when compared to some of the larger franchise boba shops like Kung Fu Tea. I love boba, and I love to try boba when I travel. This relatively new boba spot was near an attraction I was visiting so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the couple cup with Vietnamese coffee flavor and jasmine milk tea with pudding. They must have been training some new people because I noticed my drink was messed up twice. Also, I was NOT a fan of the Viet coffee flavor, it tasted nothing like Vietnamese ice coffee! I believe it is a family-run business because a kid took my order expertly and I was so impressed! Our first time visiting and trying from this place. We ordered winter melon milk tea and Thai milk tea. Somehow my fiancée Thai Milk Tea received double boba. I noticed that there are golden and black boba come together. I also got the spicy rice paper with unlisted price; the texture is a bit crispy and hard which suppose to be stretchy and a bit soft. For the second time I got the grilled chicken Banh Mi. Happy this place opened so close to home. This sandwich doesnt come with pate but I had them add it. Traditional banh mi has pate and mayo. I don't recall mayo on it either. Bread is wonderful...Hard and crisp on the outside but nice soft on inside,like it should be! The pate was a little gritty but in a small amount on the sandwich (which is how I like it)really makes the veggies pop. The veggies are good and crisp but would have liked more daikon. It had one small sliver. Biggest issues was the meat. The grilled chicken was tough and hard to chew and only had a few small pieces on the sandwich. It was mostly cucumber and jalapeño. For a quick craving it's a good choice and the price is great! If you want it exactly the "way it should be" you may need to ask for it or try elsewhere. I would definitely recommend trying one of the variations of the banh mi's offered or one of the boba drinks! read more

I really didn't like the honeydew slushy with lychee boba. It is very syrupy and the lychee jelly is stringy when you chew it. It will not separate when you are chewing the pieces. There was a family there with their two daughters who absolutely loved the boba drinks they got.
