The place is so cute and very clean . I had a chocolate fudge brownie ice cream in a bubble cone with gummy bear and it was delicious. My husband enjoyed his chocolate peanut butter protein milk shake. My sister enjoyed her strawberry and coconut ice cream with fresh strawberries. Everything was delicious. Summer field trip!!! This new place is in the same plaza as Publix - a nice Boba drink while I shop was just what I needed! The inside is so clean and well decorated. Did not sit but loved the little games spread out to play while you drink. The young lady behind the counter was patient and helpful as we mulled over our options. The honeydew tea was ok according to my son- my Thai milk tea with 25% sugar and boba was the real show stopper as I caught my son stealing sips of mine over his as we shopped. This is a hidden gem that we ended up finding during the late night! We were in the mood for a sweet treat and this location popped up open till midnight. Once you walk inside, you notice the trendy lights and the various board games scattered around the tables. It's an inviting atmosphere with plenty of options to choose from, like Boba tea, gelato, or ice cream. The best part was the amazing service we received from the owner. He was so nice and willing to help us explore all of the options. He gave various samples for us to try while looking for the right decision. I chose to go with Biscoff cookie and Italian cookie, the gelato, which were both so tasty. I think the best part of the night was when he offered us the bubble waffle cone as a free sample to try. It was absolutely delicious and fluffy. It was so nice for the owner to engage with us and we truly got to see his passion for his newly open business. Some of the best customer service I've EVER experienced. Steven was a most generous and nice host. It was my first time there and he let me sample as many flavors as I wanted. He ended up giving me an extra scoop since I couldn't decide between two flavors and he wanted me to try them both. He wanted our ice cream to be cold when we got home so he packed all of them in a bag with a bunch of ice to keep them nice and cold. He also gave us an extra drink for free once we mentioned my sister in law and how she wasn't feeling well. We also also received a couple of waters for free as well. The actual gelato was INCREDIBLE! There were so many fillings inside. The strawberry had actual strawberries. Biscotti cookie had big chunks of cookie in it. Probably the most impressive was the key lime pie which had actual slices of lime in it. The ambiance of the place was very sleek and cool looking also. This would be a great first date place as they also had board games you could sit and play. Their waffle looked very interesting and is something I'll definitely be coming back for. A very fun upbeat ambiance that is carried through by their staff. The staff were so kind and helpful. Then menu is extensive but the staff are SUPER helpful at explaining what everything is while guiding guest to what they would like. They have regular ice cream, toppings, gelato, fresh made bubble waffles, muffins, preworkout and protein drinks. There's something for everyone and the space is really warm and inviting. 4 of us stopped in at White Igloo this afternoon while traveling down Hwy 19 and we had a great experience. Yeah, it's pricey but what isn't these days? Our treats were all delightful, the atmosphere clean and family friendly. We were quite impressed with the two smiling young men who served us, especially Justin, who went above and beyond the expected as we sat and ate and watched. The counter wasn't busy so he brought us each a cup of ice water. A little girl at the next table was having a meltdown so he found 3 balloons and presented them to her and her two brothers and - presto - sobs and tears melted away. Bravo, Justin! read more
