We wanted rolled ice cream. This one was the closest and popped up on google. We drove 39 minutes to get here. According to google it opens at 3 and stated the hours were updated 5 weeks ago by a phone call. We got here a little before 3, so we walked around. We waited til about 3:10 and it still wasn't open so we called the phone number on google, and who I assumed is the owner answered stating they opened at 3:30. By this point in time it was about 3:15 so we decided to wait until 3:40. And no one ever showed up. It didn't seem like anyone was even in the building. Will no be returning. Would not recommend to others. read more

The ice cream was okay, wasn't really that special. I believe you can get better ice cream anywhere else. Once that door opened, there was a smell. Like a pluming issue smell .. IYKYK. The jars with the toppings up in the front seem to be kind of old by the look of it. Idk if he still uses those toppings or not but I wouldn't really want that on my food tbh. BTW; it was suppose to be "rolled ice cream" but it looked more like scoops. The picture was literally less than a minute after receiving it. read more

I went to go with my 10-year-old daughter thinking it would be a great day. We just came from the mall ice-skating, wow what a beautiful day. we come, doors locked, no lights, emotions corrupt in chaos, she starts crying and the day is ruined ruined. Asked for the milkshake, the one with chocolate drizzle and marshmallows, and the guy just put ice cream in a cup with whipped cream.....not what the photo showed at all. asked what it was and he didn't even know. Ice Rolls - Supposed to be "heavy milkshake with chocolate drizzle and marshmallows" but it's just vanilla ice cream.... - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Clearwater, Florida

Finally found another place that serves this style ice cream. Visited yesterday. Nice family run business. Only suggestions would be less flexible spoons and less wobbly tables, but no issues with the ice cream at all. read more

Oh boy, first off we weren't greeted - just stated our orders and the guy went into the back for about 7 minutes doing god knows what. I ordered a "Taro Boba MILK TEA" and hubby ordered an "OREO milkshake". The guy comes back and just dumps taro ice cream onto the freezer tray. I said whatever, I'll try the rolls even though that's not what I ordered. Then he puts whipped cream on top (I don't like whipped cream) and strawberry boba? Ooookay. Hubby gets his shake and says it's only chocolate and vanilla shake.. no Oreos... Very strange encounter. Very weird time. Extremely weird vibes. The freezer trays are disgusting, I was eating around caked up ice that only god knows how long it's been on there.. 10/10 would never recommend read more

Pretty good, but I just don't think I'm a fan of rolled ice cream. I've never had rolled ice cream before, so I have nothing to compare this too. Even at 9 p.m. on a Sunday (they close at 10 p.m.) there were two employees so my husband and I were able to get our ice cream at the same time, which was pretty sweet (ha, pun). It was an impromptu, lets go grab ice cream, so I wasn't able to do my normal obsessive stalk of the Yelp page/menu. They have more than just ice cream rolls, there are smoothies and crepes too. My husband got the Cookie Monster and I decided to create my own. I found it a little confusing creating my own because it said up to two flavors and two toppings. When I asked about the toppings list being split in black and red, the employee said the stuff in red has to be a topping because it doesn't mix well. So I asked does that mean I choose two that are black and two that are red and she said no they are all toppings. Looking back at this convo I think the black are considered "flavors" and the black and red are considered toppings (like a square is a rectangle but a rectangle isn't a square situation), but I never got a clear answer. I went with oreo and pecan to be mixed in and chocolate chip and fudge as a topping. My other question is if I wanted more toppings what would be the extra cost? As I'm writing this I realize I have a lot of random unanswered questions. The actual taste was fine, but nothing really exciting. It reminded me of Cold Stone Creamery, how they mix everything in. I think I like bigger chunks of mix ins, so the way they finely chop everything and it blends into the ice cream doesn't really appeal to me. Overall, it was good, but nothing I would get again. I think this is specific to me, not knocking the actual business. read more

We went here and the rolled icecream was completely sour- like inedible (our kids got soft served and didn't complain so hopefully it was ok). The service was slow, especially considering we were the only people who when we arrived. They made ours and then made the people after us before checking us out. Our icecream was already melting onto the counter by the time we paid. While walking to the car with our kids they tried to come out to us and tell us they think they charged us less and we need to pay more. Upon review with them they admitted it was their mistake but still wanted us to pay for the additional amount. Extremely unhappy at the rude customer service and the even grosser product. Also, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We will not be back. read more

Guy is extremely disrespectful , I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and he asked me what was on the order which is fine. But he said is with suck an attitude and looked at me again with attitude and point to the chair and goes " sit down" I said what and he said it again with attitude "go sit down" which the seating is outside I just don't understand why I couldn't just stand there instead of you pointing to a chair and telling me to go sit outside so disrespectful... when I was approaching the ice cream roller place I was thinking about coming here for myself but no I think I've changed my mind overall at the end he did say thank you for waiting so I do appreciate that at least read more

Worst soft ice cream cone I've ever had in my life. Grainy, fake tasting, I threw it out as soon as I walked out the door. This location is conspicuously placed in an outdoor shopping area. It's between a health food place and a burger joint. Not bad placement actually but you'd miss it if you weren't looking for it or through here regularly. The couple that owns it are extremely friendly and take great care to make your ice cream. It's a very interesting process to behold. They place the fruit in with their cream and they freeze together nicely for a very flavorful experience. Not to mention a visually pleasure to behold. Stop on by this place, you will be very pleased. read more

Went here last night. Staff was very nice and helpful. Let's be clear: you are paying a premium to watch them "make" your ice cream. The quality of the ice cream is not reflected by the price. It was over $5/each for our ice cream which looked neat, but tasted bland. I got a coffee one and my boyfriend got a banana one. It was funny watching it he made because he added (for like $1.00) Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, which ended up being one small PB Cup cut up and added in.... and the banana part was literally less than a quarter of a banana. Anyway...it's cute for kids and to watch them make it, but if you want more bang for your buck you might as well go to one of the many frozen yogurt make your own places (and that's saying something because those aren't even cheap). read more

Best ice rolls I ever went to. The taste is well distributed as you can taste the quality of every flavor you choose on every layer. The texture is a perfect smooth layer as you can taste it beautifully on your tongue. I went and brought my family and friends here over and over, and never failed them to be amazed by the best ice rolls they ever had. I would 100% recommend this to their friends/ family. read more
